lukejames has been suspended until 5-5-07. Click on his last post and then his name and the information appears. And his very last insane post was deleted. So we will have almost a whole month of peace on this board where we can focus on NNLX and not be annoyed by that person.
congratulations! eom
With volumes of buy/sells of over 500,000 shares today, anyone would anticipate a positive PR. Bet it will happen soon!
You are correct - It will take time for the new management team to get everything rolling but great progress is being made and since the new team took over we also greatly enlarged our position....CHEERS - THINGS ARE GOING IN A POSITIVE FASHION....
Regards Parents
My understanding is that Nutmeg received millions for its capital contribution but have sold most of its position to initially bring the price down for the takeover...now it is liquidating and there is some other liquidation going on, but as I have stated previously, the majority of investors are long term and can weather the liquidation...Also here is a link to a third party PR: enjoy this from the National Hydrogen Meeting

Those groups that were defeated in their effort to demolish NNLX are merely selling their shares along with a former insider as EIK previously posted. They would sell into any PR to undermine the share price. The majority of shareholders are long term investors as evidenced by Bret Barnhizer's ability to gather a majority of shares by proxy and defeat the takeover bid. There is no dilution going on. However for every share sold, there is a buyer taking advantage of the selling strategy. JMOpinion
Dennis - I really do not have that information, but you can email Bret B. with that question...the PR is extremely positive representing a milestone in my view.
Gun...a parallel PR has been released by NNLX and is on Yahoo Finance now...Although we do not know exact dollars, it is the beginning of great changes in NNLX's favor.
Thank you for this post, jean....!
Gun...yes, you are right....our interest in alternative energy really becomes intense when gas is high! However, I believe NNLX has the potential with its microbiotic technology to gradually transition our nation from fossil fuel dependence once the viability of the bioreactors are fully demonstratable with electrical output as the end result....and even though I am not sure about global warming theories...they certainly help maintain the interest in alternative energy so they serve our purpose. Thanks again for all your posts, links and patience!
I believe a LOT of progress will be made during the year 2007 and shareholders will be pleased with real changes made. Thanks
Nanologix, as we know, has an entirely different management team. So the company is undergoing new construction with new remodeling and is open for business. We, as investors, need to have a bit of patience as the dust settles and as the new management makes changes essential for the company's success and for our success as investors. I am confident this management team will bring to fruitition the patents in the energy and medical fields that have been unknown to commercial and investing interests but are now becoming known. Presentations at alternative energy conferences and at the National Hydrogen Convention are new steps in the right direction to achieve these objectives. We [spouse and I] are particularly grateful to Bret Barnhizer stepping in and preventing the demolition of the company in the recent proposed shareholder meeting debacle. Perhaps this is why I am sensitive to any criticism of the new management team at this juncture. I suggest allowing sufficent time for this team to implement the necessary changes and realize the potential that is here.
Great report and thank you for sharing this with us! eom
Hi to you! Were you in SA for the convention? If so, we would appreciate your description of the NNLX booth display and responses; I understand, the booth was the second most visited.
Well stated Nano-Nano...eom
Well I certainly can agree to that! the NAZ is the ultimate but OTCBB is better than pink; however I believe the intent is to become fully reporting and then upgrade when compliance with that accounting act is feasible financially.
At this juncture, I would say that a reverse split is a disastrous course and EIK is firmly opposed to that. It will not occur; however the merger of NNLX with a shell Co. on the NAZ is a great concept, but how can a shell meet the listing requirements of the NAZ? I just am not market savy enough to understand the process. I believe a reverse split is unwise for a number of reasons, mainly the selling of shares by a former insider and Nutmeg. At this time, no...shareholders would bail en mass. JMHOpinion
Thanks for the clarification...eom
also I used to check the percent gainers list daily and noted a lot of tiny stocks on the NAZ.
Gun ....I have not checked but a lot of stocks I know trade on the NAZ...like INSM which is now less than one dollar although INSM has been trading between one and three the last 2 years. AND others; are you sure --I understood that one dollar is minimum for delisting...Am I mistaken here?
I would prefer for NNLX to go directly to the NAZ rather than the OTCBB, and as a pink sheet company, to become fully reporting before the transition to the NAZ..just my view. We would encourage NNLX to fully report as a pink sheet company...I understand that the Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance that is required on the major exchanges and the OTCBB present a hugh expense for small companies. Perhaps Congress will amend the Act for small corporations.
Thanks lamprey - very interesting!
EXCELLENT!
Your post is not illuminating; I am a shareholder, you are not; I merely put myself in your shoes and I personally would not post in an investment I did not like and obviously you do not like the investment or management style or both; if I did not like the management style, I would find an investment worth my money and posts; these are the TRUE COLORS. No there is no purpose in your criticism because your money is not in as a shareholder and we do not care. You are not our instructor. Have a good day. Parents
Actually ted..both are correct and Nutmeg, as I understand, has been liquidating for some time because it had large amounts of shares...it is now liquidating the rest of its position...you see that is why it failed to gain control of NNLX...it sold the bulk of its interest in order to drive the price down for a takeover but, in fact, it lost a large block of shares it had thus failing to gain control...and it did not antiscipate that shareholders would ban together to make sure the takeover did not materialize. All of this represents my understanding of the events and an opinion only. This is the way Nutmeg operates according to links I have in the Tropical vs. Nutmeg case. "The death spiral" approach and where was "jean.." and "opti-kal" when this disastor was about to befall this company? Only NOW they appear to object to a posting? LOL
You are an investor in general but not a shareholder of NNLX so why linger here at the message board? Why? I cannot fathom your reason for posting. So you are turned off...no person can please everyone...so why post? Whether it is Bret Barnhizer or Bill Gates...no one pleases all so find another investment where you like the management team...
In my view this will be normal for a season; when Nutmeg failed to acquire NNLX and failed to bring about the splitting of the company, then Nutmeg decided to sell and is now unloading its interest. But this is only a short time-frame, and it will reverse. JMOpinion
According to your recent posts, you are not an investor here so you are not one of the FEW investors with concern. Yes previously we disagreed with the posting issues but now you are out and still my statement STANDS that MOST of the posters here [almost ALL BUT 3-- I count thus far AND ONE IS A FORMER INVESTOR] SUPPORT EIK's posts. Those are the simple facts. And two of the objectors have only appeared TODAY when, in fact, they expressed NO OPINION at the time when the company was planned to be demolished into fractions with little value left. So are not you two sagacious investors? I am impressed!
Indeed we do know exactly that LOL. eom
As far as I know you are one of the FEW shareholders that objects to EIK's posting on a MB which is a public forum here free for any investor to view. Almost all investors here appreciate his posts as is reflected on the MB so what is your problem? Personally I would encourage the transmission of information through MBs, PRs, or on the NNLX website, whatever means possible. EIK's posting here does not go down badly at all....And if you had researched EIK's posts, you would have discovered his post where he discussed the PREMATURE PR of the effort to take us off the pink sheets last year. It is because of the new management that NNLX will be off the pink sheets. And will you express your gratitude then?
And I do not believe you answered Petro's question: Why do you post now and not when the company what about to be split and diluted? According to I-Hub records, today is the first day you have posted on this board in almost a year. This does undermine your credibility notwithstanding your assertion of a 100K share interest.
I have heard from a friend that, at the National Hydrogen Convention in San Antonio, the Nanologix Booth is the second most popular and visited of all [the BMW Hydrogen7 car booth is first]. Furthermore, there is a lot of interest in Nanologix's bioreactor technology from other countries. And so we are in the beginning of a new era in hydrogen energy technology, in my view, with Nanologix as the pioneer.
jean...Bret Barnhizer never posted material information that the SEC would classify as "insider information". Furthermore, he was not an "insider" in the technical sense until recently when he became a Director and now CEO and President; I appreciate his posts knowing that the SEC encourages releasing of information to shareholders so that the shareholder has all the relevant information that the insider has and can assess the risks accordingly. THERE ARE NO RED FLAGS here. Our risk position is far higher than yours having 800,000 shares and adding. Mr. Barnhizer was also pivotal in averting a slealth takeover and splitting of NNLX into 2 corporations with massive dilution in what I believe was a spurious "shareholders' meeting" in which few shareholders were ever notified and little concret information given. We have much to be grateful for. JMHopinion
All shareholders should be grateful for this change, and we are adding to our holdings this week! Bret Barnhizer brings an administrative gift and integrity that should cause this company to prosper and become known as well as producing marketable products in the medical and energy field. This is a GREAT day for NNLX and its shareholders.
What was posted was a mere summary of the paper or presentation; the exact amount of hydrogen was explicitly stated in Mr. Hartman's WallSt.net interview and I am sure is also stated in the paper by Dr. Diz that was summarized.
lukejames...you must be patient; the share price will rise substantially in the fall of 2007 but we project a modest but steady increase from now on [esp after the Nutmeg shares are sold] Nutmeg's strategy is in a dense fog because it never perceived the value of the energy side of NNLX, only the medical so it is divesting; meanwhile we are buying all we can with each month with our excess income. All of the above is just our opinion.
Parents
We are especially privileged because Bret Barnhizer reads this MB and is sensitive to shareholders' concerns..So I encourage the long-term investors here to express questions or concerns you have. In my view the priorities are: 1.] quickly as possible upgrading to the OTCBB and become fully reporting..then all financial and other information will be readily available to the investing world; 2.] obtaining financing for further research and for making the Welch plant fully operational ...a prototype model of a bioreactor producing hydrogen and electricity serving Welch..and 3.] national exposure which I believe will be automatic when goals one and two are accomplished. The presentations of Dana Allen and Dr. Diz are true milestones for NNLX in achieving these objectives. Cheers to all; we are blessed for the entire BOD does have both NNLX and its shareholders interests at heart.
Parents...
Thanks Swan..I have really enjoyed reading the information on Dr. Diz.eom
Well I recall our friend Luke James once signed a post Luke James Kennedy III; any connection?
This is just my opinion Gun...I believe the Nutmeg Group and its members are unloading the share interest they have. Since they failed to take control of the company, now they intend to divest its interest and thus, bring the share price down....however, this is a GREAT blessing. 1.] Its interest in NNLX is dimishing and 2.] that group will not profit in the incredible gains the share price and company will make under its new management team. I kind of like that and it 3.] further provides a buying opportunity for us..at least for the next several months...so it is a WIN,WIN in my view.
Gun...it is the funniest we have ever seen.eom
