Actually ted..both are correct and Nutmeg, as I understand, has been liquidating for some time because it had large amounts of shares...it is now liquidating the rest of its position...you see that is why it failed to gain control of NNLX...it sold the bulk of its interest in order to drive the price down for a takeover but, in fact, it lost a large block of shares it had thus failing to gain control...and it did not antiscipate that shareholders would ban together to make sure the takeover did not materialize. All of this represents my understanding of the events and an opinion only. This is the way Nutmeg operates according to links I have in the Tropical vs. Nutmeg case. "The death spiral" approach and where was "jean.." and "opti-kal" when this disastor was about to befall this company? Only NOW they appear to object to a posting? LOL
