At this juncture, I would say that a reverse split is a disastrous course and EIK is firmly opposed to that. It will not occur; however the merger of NNLX with a shell Co. on the NAZ is a great concept, but how can a shell meet the listing requirements of the NAZ? I just am not market savy enough to understand the process. I believe a reverse split is unwise for a number of reasons, mainly the selling of shares by a former insider and Nutmeg. At this time, no...shareholders would bail en mass. JMHOpinion
