Not gonna lie, with the conference, I expected a slightly different (stock movement) outcome today.
I know it may not go over well with shareholders...but I respect that. He has always proven worthy of keeping important information close to the vest. I am glad that he is using discretion and not out spreading rumors (like some companies/CEOs). He has to tread lightly when it comes to releasing information to shareholders. Trust is essential especially with the size of the company/clients he is engaging with (Altria, BAT) because those companies dont want their competition knowing what is in the works. He is operating exactly how a company licensing technology needs to operate if they intend on playing on both sides of the fence. Thanks again!
Thanks! I always appreciate how quickly your Unka Bunka returns your messages. Now I am just waiting for the day the stock takes off so I can post a Cow-A-Bunka.
They are still on the NYSE....if they hit a dollar than it wouldnt be long until the RS again to stay afloat.
If they dont get consumed...or close their doors for good...they really need to transfer to Nasdaq and free themselves up the annual NYSE listing expense. Just shows you how (financially) mismanaged the company is.
They reported another "goodwill" write off. Meanwhile typically companies save the 4th qtr report to show their biggest write off. By the end of this year they are going to end up writing off 3.5B.
A good person to follow on Twitter is https://mobile.twitter.com/BettingBruiser. He seems to be on top of the (mostly Canadian) industry.
Good catch. I see it posted on the SEC site however it is not linked to iHUB nor can I find any online acknowledgement when I Google anything related to the company. Which I find odd.
LXRP cant get no respect! Come on share price.
Makes you wonder if:
1) the new Colorado law, where banks and credit loan companies can loan to the industry, must not be offering favorable terms/conditions. Enough so that JD and Ruden decided it would be in the companies best interest to rework outside of a loan. Which could be understandable because the industry is high risk. Interest rates are probably pretty high.
2) they didnt qualify so they had to renegotiate. Or,
3) maybe they qualified and the contract was renegotiated so that the approved financing could be redirected toward other acquisitions.
You are right. i mean we had Nuka since the beginning but if Altria and/or BAT go through it's revenue will look like peanuts. i have been waiting for the Hill Street venture. wasnt that expected by summer?....i know, COVID. Big things to come for sure....just the wait suuuucks. Oh, and sorry for the fall today...i moved my order up so it would go through and every time i do the stock falls to where my order was (before the bump). I think it's the market trying to teach me patience.
I agreed...not widely followed indeed. i cant find enough information on it...or the specific on how it works...but TGOD just announced that they will be producing chocolate edibles, with a company in Quebec, and they will be using Stillwater Brands Ripple Technology for fast onset and consistency. When i go to their site all i can see is that their technology is "patent pending". it surely looks, and sounds, like DehydraTECH. Upsetting that TGOD chose to license tech from a company south of the boarder and not within the same country.
If the stock is 0.25 at the time of the RS/uplist...and the goal is $4...then the factor is 16 ($4/0.25 = 16). 1,000,000/16 = 62,500
Right. I mean had this been any other stock that signed a deal with Altria AND British American Tobacco...even if it was ONLY for research...the stock would have gone up. Obviously they dont see "research" and "RS" as positive indicators to move the stock up before the uplist.
I guess they are hedging their bets that the stock will RS on a value lower than 0.28...and if they plan on buying back in after the RS, they would do better.
I mean 1M shares sold at and avg of 0.28 is $280K....if the stock is 0.25, at the time of the RS, then the factor is 16. If they were to hold their shares through the RS they will have 62,500 shares after uplist...whereas if they sold now they could buy 70K shares at $4.
In defense, on the August call, they did say, "in the next 'few' months".

"Citing limited due diligence, Medicine Man Technologies’ parent company, Schwazze, recently terminated a pair of acquisitions of Colorado marijuana businesses. In an investor release, the company noted that through its “rigorous M&A process,” key business and valuation issues were revealed, forcing the company to no longer pursue the acquisitions. Schwazze should be commended for walking back the deal after acknowledging the troubled financial landscape."
Thanks. I hope you are right but history has shown that any deals surrounding "research" don't move the stock as much as shareholders expect it to. Great potential catalyst for the future for sure.
No deals were completed either...so if we are keeping score, JD is ahead.
Any idea how their Colorado acquisitions coming? All their news is similar to Andy Williams news...and we all have seen how well that has been working out.
While I agree with all you say, I know I will be disappointed when it (officially) doesnt happen. I wanted Medpharm's IP (LEAF technology...and whatever else they are developing) added to the company because it will assist them in delivering consistency in products by accomplishing (and what is challenging in the industry) accurate dosing. Ironically, Justin talked about consistency on the shareholder call. He stating that they were going to take a short term hit, for a long term gain, by focusing on streamline the (entire new) companys cultivation process. I also figured that Medpharm wasnt happening when their most recent report...the one that stated that they were letting the Medicine Man Dispensaries term sheet expire...did not discuss the status of the Medpharm acquisition, but was sure to highlight the duration for use in product development.
Nice play on words!
Very concerned that this sell off was an early warning Medpharm is soon to be the next deal to fall through. If not, I am not sure things are going as smoothed as we all hoped...

I agree...it should be over $4 however some other factors i am considering:
this is the OTC markets, so no respect;
at the time of their announcement there wont be revenue numbers to support/maintain over $4;
$4 was the 52 week high;
and, easy double profit taking to slow the climb
I had a dream that news was released today or tomorrow...just in time for the holiday...and the stock went to $2.08.
Huge, almost 62K, bid waiting at 1.16. At least we shouldnt close below this today.
I grabbed a little more as well at 1.13. Great help in averaging down.
I was watching a special on COVID where a company was able to use computer algorithms to search (global) Google history and determine when people started Googling the symptoms of COVID therefore claiming the pandemic first started last OCT/NOV. Is it insider trading if there is no "official announcement" but they use the same system to report on the number of times events are searched and key in on specific values? Google recently invested $450M in ADT...and supposedly...trading was significant just before the release of information to the public. I am not saying that same thing is happening here...but I also would not be surprised if it is used more often than we think. I hold a position in another stock that has been trading sideways for a decent period of time. Late yesterday, just before the ticker was halted, for pending news, the stock jumped 3 cents (which, for this company, is a significant jump). Coincidence? I think not.
that's what i was thinking. like the 'investment algorithm' knows before the announcement.
...and why the dump?
I have my fingers crossed that this turns into a ding-dong measuring competition...
Just in time to announce it in their presentation tomorrow too.
I wonder how much of the R&D is transferable? The Altria deal was for 2 years of R&D...this being 6 months makes me think they get to skip the early stuff.
Thanks Abundance...damn I look away for a few hours...now i am kicking myself for not just buying the ask when the market opened this AM.
Dang! I thought this was going the other way...
Almost 20K available at $1.30.
Thanks Knife. Yeah, I see it. That is not much. I could have sworn the last time I looked it was significantly higher (+10x) than that value.
I am with you. I think the only thing holding up the Starbuds deal was the financing. I also think that the financing paperwork is lined up and waiting on signatures at the bank but first the industry needed the Colorado Banking Bill...that goes into effect tomorrow...or the Safe Banking Act, whichever came first to pass. Exciting times ahead.
I am wondering if, before the reverse split, Chris is considering another forward split? You know, knock out those shorting the stock...and then figure out the realistic multiplier to RS and get us to the Nasdaq initial list price. Look out for us long term shareholders by lessening the impact of the RS.
Tomorrow, at noon, they present on a virtual Micro-Conference...maybe we will find out.

I noticed that too. Thought it was interesting. I missed adding a small amount when it dropped this morning...have been debating on whether or not to jump and pick up some at 1.31...or stop looking until the end of the day.
They also claim to have a presence in several other states.
