Yes, because Innovus is profitable, has a low float, received Fluticare ANDA approval, has great management, has great marketing and has a great line of products.
Let's have Casinokid's post set as a sticky note at the top of the page and see if it comes true.
"Keep dreaming all you want about a 1.00 share buyout, never happen, 6 months they will be out of business, no bankruptcy, they will just shut doors. Mark this post."
Email from Innovus, does this sound professional? Does this sound desperate?
Subject line: We screwed up (again)
"Hey, so last week you received an email regarding your latest order.
It contained a limited time special offer where you could get a free 2-month supply of Diabasens when you buy three at our special price.
We called it our "Buy 3, Get 2 Free Special Offer" and it was part of our customer appreciation program.
We planned on running it for only 48 hours but have decided to extend it an additional day. We sent out the email late it and it didn’t give people enough time to claim it.
You can still take advantage of the extended savings period by clicking here.
Supplies are limited and will only run until tomorrow, so don't wait. Go here to claim your special.
In good health,
Chris from Innovus Pharma"
So what you're saying is that profitability or not, if we hang in there, that eventually, we will be rewarded and that Innovus we won't be filing bankruptcy, we would be sold.
Bate, how could Dr.D leave a company he owns, if it's not for sale, so no buy out? Especially when the BOD is loyal to him.
I'd be fine with a buyout offer of $1 per share or even half of that, due to losing a bit of faith, but I'm still long and still a glutton for punishment.
I would not be surprised if Innovus just strung it along solely for the sake of the BODs salary as long as possible...and then still not selling Innovus, but filing for bankruptcy, so we not only don't make a profit on our investments, but we also lose every penny our investment.
I agree Bate, and we'd be very happy with a $1 dollar buy out.
@Shawn, in regard to to this:
"This stock is a POS and will continue to be a POS until we have responsible management and BOD."
Keep in mind, that Dr.D owns Innovus and he won't fire or replace himself, nor will the BOD get rid of him, because they're all friends from Apricus and they are still getting paid.
The only way to get rid of Dr.D due is to have Innovus get bought out by another company, except usually a company won't buy a non profitable company.(There are exceptions to this rule of course.)
Even if Innovus becomes profitable, let's say in Q4 2018 or Q1 2019, it would probably be only a small profit and they would really need to remain profitable each consecutive Q and would need to increase profits each Q as well, to retain credibility.
Hopefully everything will come together soon, but it will take a lot of work and some better luck.
Lol @ Harry, not it wasn't 30+ as you stated, as it turns out, less than have of that at under 14.
HC, are you sure you're not just mad that Dr.D whooped you at golf? Be honest.
.05 or lower is a sweet opportunity to average down. After all, this isn't just a company to support the BODs lifestyle :) Be honest, what do you think is worse, OVIT or INNV?
As it turns out, BillyTBone was right, the fair market value is .06 and this is close enough to .06 for him to be correct.
Billy, could you remove my once per day, posting ban?
If so, thank you.
Email from Innovus. (it looks good to me.)

Well, you got that right! Down LPCN goes and that's before the reverse split.
Whoa, more volume today! Could a reverse shell merger into a CBD company be in the works?
Well then, that must be why some companies release news everyday, like PURA regarding a water bottle label redesign.
Yes, absolutely fl89808! What's your address and I'll ship you a bottle of colon cleanser and some shaft lube, thanks.
@dbuss90, are you saying that PURA is just a share printing, stock dilution scam? Explain yourself!!!
ATTENTION, ATTENTION...My friends, now is the time to double-down on Innovus, with your full support and products usage! Now is not the time for weakness. If you don't help, you have no rights to complain. Make Innovus Great Again!
Wow @ ShawnP123! How many shares do you have at an average of .40 per share? Knowing this will us calculate your losses.
Trump might not sign the farm bill into law, because it removes the drugs checks and employment searching checks for those collecting welfare, but Trump might sign it.
And what's your average cost per share, young man?
:)
Just feel good, really good that you invested wisely and helped make Innovus the powerhouse it is today! The only logical thing to do now is wait until it goes to .01 or better yet .001 and invest another $21k+ and you'll be all set. Thank you for leading the way with all this most excellent example of successful investing!
You invested $21,420 and now at $9,520.
It's all a great big, steaming pile of win, win, win!
Ya, it will be a big win, win, win!
JBdiver, what's your average cost per share? If I were you, I'd start praying that INNV goes down to .01 or .001, so that you can average down again.
Absolutely! Innovus is so close to profitability and to receiving the original Fluticare ANDA approval, I can smell that sweet smell of success!
Rock on with Innovus!
:)
Here's a 50% off sale, with a link. Merry Christmas!

Many here agree with you DrugDoctor.
Agreed, but maybe they chose an India based accounting firm to save money? Or maybe they thought it's easier to manipulate an India firm, to sign off on the audit, rather than an American firm.
Drugdoctor, are you sure it's not possible to spend your way to profitability? J/K.
HC, Damaj outsmarted you, so what does that say about your intellect?
Yes, lol RED is a Christmas color...
Hopefully, but how could the Fluticare ANDA be a game changer?
I say this because, the market hype has worn off and became soured, so if approval was received, it might just be a nothing blip, since it's already been hyped many times.
The second thing is that Innovus doesn't have the capital to market Fluticare world wide.
Don't get me wrong, I want the ANDA approved, it just that it's not that simple, although it could improve profit margins in the USA, do to lowered productions costs, which equals a higher profit.
I'd like all this to come together, without more dilution, stock offerings, and/or a reverse split.
I wish we do all 12 for success, but the truth is, we'd be lucky to accomplish, just 1 item, Fluticare ANDA approval.
Waiting for the uplist another 3 months or so, because the form was withdrawn sucks, but I guess we'll have to wait. Obviously, we'd all like to see instant success, but that rarely ever happens with anything, anywhere.
Yes, hopefully to the moon and in order to get there, these steps will need to be taken...
1. Make the BOD's bonuses and salary realistic, based on business performance.
2. Have the BOD do some open market purchases of stock, demonstrating their belief in the future success of Innovus.
3. Sell the usage of the Beyond Human platform to businesses with non-competitive products.
4. Obtain the FDA, Fluticare ANDA approval.
5. Obtain an institutional investor.
6. Lower overall prices to increase the overall sales volume.
7. Focus sales efforts on the top 5 or 6 best selling products, not only direct to consumer in printed ads, but with electronic and radio ads, as well. Have customer service, do cross-platform selling and stress the all natural aspect of products, when applicable.
8. Better naming and labeling of products. At the very least, the Vesele bottle should be black, not white, similar to the T-booster bottle.
9. Expand brick and mortar sales in CVS, Walmart and worldwide sales via Amazon, etc.
10. Uplist to the NYSE.
11. Uplist to the Nasdaq, without a reverse split.
12. Be bought out by a larger nutraceutical or a pharmaceutical.
Lol Bate, we see right through the fake enthusiasm.
Good luck and Merry Christmas!
Well, I would normally agree with your logic and I hope you're right. These are the reasons that I'm not 100% confident in your logic regarding new technology or a shell buy out...
1. OVIT has been dormant for several years, w/o any action.
2. Dr.Wiess is old and apparently in poor health, so he's probably unable to provide direction.
3. Cancer has basically been cured with stem cells and gene therapy, so the days of finding a simple, antic-cancerous mold that grows on cow manure, (OVI-123) are over.
4. I can't imagine, any cheap, new technology that OVIT could afford to bring in.
Reasons in favor of a shell buy out.
1. It costs approximately $5 million to incorporate a business and go public, an existing company could purchase OVITs existing shell for less.
2. A new companies technology could be for treating any condition.
3. OVIT has a low market cap, making it an attractive buyout target.
4. OVIT has a low float of shares, making it an attractive buyout target.
5. The OVIT share price is low, making it an attractive buyout target.
6. Dr.Wiess and his daughter are most likely wanting to be done with OVIT for, due to age, poor health and wanting to work for a living.
I suspect the volume in OVIT today is nothing more than a hopeful opportunist, buying shares at a low price, which is especially low now, due to the end of year tax loss selling, by frustrated investors and the buyer today is just hoping against all odds, at the biggest long shot in biotech history, of OVIT being successful with a new technology or being bought out and reinvented as a new company.
My point about this (https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/TSXV/RLV/stock-news/78876051/relevium-launches-30-new-bioganix-174-gold-brand) is that it should be Innovus in Walmart, but the company mentioned in the article is more advanced with their product line.
