If you are really "loading the boat" what difference does $11.13 make?
I have 111300 at .0005 if anyone wants to match-buy. After that I'm out for good.
Basically, this is a shell itself. What would it take to purchase a controlling interest? Just start buying shares? I expect there are not enough OS to make that possible. So what's the next step in a takeover, presumably hostile?
I don't know how you can say that (no product). I just got a copy, installed it in 10 minutes, and am typing this message onto a green background. I'll assume that it's doing what it claims.

StrikeForce Technologies Releases its 1st Quarter 2014 10Q Financial Results
Remains Bullish on 2014 Projections
Edison, NJ – May 23rd, 2014 – StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: SFOR) reported on May 20th
its 1st Quarter 2014 Financial Results, which shows a decrease in net revenues as compared to 1st
Quarter 2013, while remaining bullish on the 2014 annual gross sales projections.
“StrikeForce and its global sales channel are signing new planned deals that potentially could be strong
revenue producers during 2014 and beyond. StrikeForce’s revenues for the 1st Quarter ended March 31,
2014 was $90,901 compared to $160,991 for the 1st Quarter ended March 31, 2013, a decrease of
$70,090 or 43.5%, primarily due to the decrease in sales of our GuardedID® keystroke encryption sales
resulting from our initiated litigation due to our claim of a breach of contract by one of our partners,
along with delays in realizing revenues from some of our new distributor’s clients, and in delayed
rollout of our new mobile security technologies.”
“StrikeForce remains very positive about our near and long term future, even more now than ever. Our
patent portfolio continues to grow; we have signed new agreements with partners and them with their
clients in the US and abroad that will be announced in time. Based on current agreements and their
minimum sales potential, we already anticipate reaching our minimum potential projections stated for
2014,” says Mark Kay, CEO.
StrikeForce is pleased to announce in keeping our tradition, the Company’s 1st Quarter March 31, 2014

What does Avita have to do with Avitar?
Did he make you any offers to invest more outside of the current miserable state of affairs?
Is it possible that there are unreported sales and potential contracts that have not been announced.
Then, after the stock goes back to .0001, Mark and friends buy it all back on the open market for pennies on the $1000. I invested much and have hung in there thru the PRs, and if I sold now I'd have enough for 2 double-doubles at Inn-N-Out.
If BR is encouraging (forcing) their clients to incorporate the same security measures, and the rest of the legal world takes notice, I could see a huge snowball effect filtering down to the employee level of many of these companies for their personal computers.
Does anyone get the feeling that this is the underlying plan, one that would directly benefit BR and SFOR with little or no marketing expense?
But do those idiots have med cards?
Did you mean "stoned" instead of "stoked". Only a stoner would find any value (or humor, for that matter) in that POS show.
Was that a slap on the back or a slap in the face?
Excuse the pun, but I thought the dialog was "vapid" at the best.
I don't see where Doug and friends add any credibility to the company. I thought we were into serious medical conditions, not Cheech and Chong regurgitation.
FOX BUSINESS right now in CA...
That being said. is it even remotely possible that BR could knowingly OR unknowingly participate in a P&D? If there was even speculation that this could happen, a reputable law firm would never had allowed this PR to come out....at least I hope so.
I have a proxy account for Canadians....
If there was a positive happening at the conference, ie. a new contract, would it be announced before or after the R/S?
Can anyone tell me what keywords I can use on Google to find PJ on the web? Have they used metatags? If not, how are customers going to find the company?
There is no evidence that revenues are being generated from such a small available market. I see a new base at 88 today and then back down to the 70 next week. JMHO
Issuance of what class b??
That's classic "It doesn't matter how much competition there is".
Tell that to Eastman Kodak.
Even .01 will collapse when people realize that with all the competition in the SOCAL market, there will be little or no revenues to report. It will take sales into an untapped (illegal) marketplace to get this stock moving instead of flagellating.
Did you see this? Time to re-up and lower your average PPS.

Reread my post. A penny after the R/S.
In a month your .0001s will be worth 15 cents. How long before that number reaches .01? I can only assume a PR is coming, but who knows!!
What possible PR could they put out unless some more states join CA. Right now it is the only market, and I am in walking distance of a nearby supplier. It will be a while before the website starts to realize any revenue stream. The market is saturated here with suppliers.
Why do you include CA and WA... we already have our sources.
Is there anything available that I can't purchase on Ebay? Is there anything legal or not that is proprietary? This picture is fading fast after I looked at some of the other mature websites.

Has anybody here actually created an account at PJs yet? I tried but the login page is confusing. Can anyone purchase non-illegal stuff without a card? Can this even begin taking orders (ie, cashflow) before the feds legitimize it (MJ)? Even an executive order can't change the law, so unleashing this beast even with a fluffy PR won't do squat, IMO.
My suggestion.....PUFF. Someday this dragon will come out of his cave and ROAR!
It's tanking....back to.0038 get out fast
If SKTO and AEGY are so interlinked, how come skto stock is down today?
Thanks. Do you have the etrade URL?
Where can I see a list of the MJ sector stocks?
Is there any chance a keyboard encryption patent be expanded to a card swipe encryption patent?
Excuse me but whoever "medical marijuana-focused logistics company" is seems like it's a AEGY competitor?
What is the company they signed the agreement with? I haven't seen any names.
So tell me again why this website is not running.
I just posted this on the HLNT board. I wanted you to see it before it was deleted. A repy to Midwest...

Here (and below) is a description of the program you are referring to. There is no mention of electrolysis as a source of fuel. Your continued obfuscation of the facts is becoming passe....

Program Areas
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy's Fuel Cell Technologies Office is the lead federal agency for directing and integrating activities in hydrogen production, storage, and delivery with transportation and stationary fuel cell activities. The program conducts its research, development, and validation activities through interrelated program elements. These elements and their focus are summarized as follows:
Hydrogen Production—Production of hydrogen from domestic resources minimizing environmental impacts
Hydrogen Delivery—Distribution of hydrogen from centralized or distributed sites of production
Hydrogen Storage—Storage of hydrogen (or its precursors) on vehicles within the distribution system
Fuel Cells—Conversion of hydrogen to electrical or thermal power; use of hydrogen to power vehicles, for auxiliary power units for vehicles, and stationary and portable applications
Technology Validation—Technical validation of systems in real-world environments
Manufacturing—Research and development of processes and technologies that will reduce the costs of manufacturing
Safety, Codes & Standards—Safety assurance and facilitation of the development of model codes and standards for domestic and international production, distribution, storage, and utilization of hydrogen
Education—Education of key target audiences—including teachers and students, state and local governments, safety and code officials, and the public—about the benefits of hydrogen and fuel cells
Market Transformation—Identification of strategic opportunities to grow early markets and direct assistance in the deployment of commercial and near-commercial systems
Systems Analysis—Understanding the complex interactions among components, system costs, energy efficiency, environmental impacts, societal impacts, and system trade-offs
