Janice,
The gurus are just attention-seekers talking smack.
I agree with you here. They don't know anything until a PR comes out from the company.
Janice honey,
CIM seems to be the important part of this puzzle. We shall see. Right now there are all sorts of speculation from stock issuence, cash divys etc. All sorts of money is coming our way according to the gurus. I've heard all sorts of rumors from money at .54 cents, $1.47, $3.50 Sterlings $16.80, Tramps $40.00, USCI changing symbols to USCM and being part of this reorganization and so forth. We should know sooner then later.
CMKX was/is an Exploration company and not a Mining company...so far
No one except top management know whats going on.
grump,
It's not a hard board. We know something is about to happen. It's going to be interesting to find out. Especially dealing with a mining company. Some mining companys are worthless and then the next day when valuation comes out they skyrocket.
Invest,
You don't know that.
Janice,
Now we know we're getting something so it is not KoolAide. It's just what the value of Entourage and CIM that is of primary importance. Valuation is the Key.
Midas,
You're right. Full of them. We're going to have to wait. But soon we shall see. May 15th or sooner.
Invest,
The stars and planets have foretold it to me.
TSX,
"Other Assets" could be anyting including cash. Right now its wishful thinking. But it sure sounds good.
Invest,
You and Fam sound just like Market Makers or Stockbrokers. From what I gather so far CIM seems to be very important in this situation.
Janice,
Yes, you are right. I'm glad you agree. Lets see what other things come out as well. CMKM is not dead as you stated. CIM is just around the corner so says the gurus. But I'm waiting for "Other Assets" if there are any that comes from CMKM.
Janice,
Well you asked. Now you see it. There is action going on in the company so its not dead as you have made it out to be.
Janice,
Information is being released all the time.
https://esos.state.nv.us/SoSServices/AnonymousAccess/CorpSearch/corpActions.aspx?CorpID=446994&CorpName=CMKM%20DIAMONDS%20INC.
Invest,
You're just speading false diatribe.
Janice,
A lot of things are going on. We still need to find out what other assets are being distributed. And CIM of course needs to come out of its shell. A lot of information can be found. We know that by all the DD.
Janice,
That's right. However the time is not RIPE. When it is then we should know. And it looks sooner then later. Looking at this situation in its entirety we know something is going on.
Janice,
Not really. Something is happening with the stock. It should be interesting to see how this turns out. Right now the company cannot let out any information or they would be in violation of Rule 10b5 of the SEC Act of 1934. You know that.
Janice,
We're going to see. Right now I agree with you as the counter on the TaskForce web site has not hit that magik 800 billion counter. Supposedly there are several thousand people that have not sent in their certs.
Janice,
I agree. You buy stock from a Stockbroker who gets it from a MM. The MM had stock to sell and the brokers sold it. Was it the MM or stockbrokers that sold more then what they should have sold. They either knew or should have known what they did was wrong. A company can issue the shares and the brokers through the MM sell shares. The question becomes who sold more then what were available? It sure looks like the brokers to me.
fam,
The brokers sold more then what were available. They should have known better.
Janice,
The stockbrokers sold more shares then what they had available to sell. What don't you understand?
Janice,
Brokers are middlemen. The ONLY people who can issue stock are CEOs.<i/>
Ok, the person from whom you buy stocks from. The middlemen are the ones that oversubscribed the stock. You've been around long enough to know that stock of these pennys are sold on a best efforts basis.
Janice,
We do know that we're getting Entourage...maybe...we shall see. Other assets could be anything if at all. I'll agree. But we do know the entire situation as a whole is still alive. I would like to see if anything happens with CIM as CIM seems to be of great interest.
gump,
I buy stock from a broker. I don't know where you buy it though.
Janice,
We still don't know whats going on. We do know there is still life going on in the company. We're getting Entourage and other assets whatever they may be. My desk is full of worthless spin off companies though. The next few days should be interesting to see what transpires from the company.

Janice,
We don't know what assets CMKM and CIM hold. We do know that we're getting Entourage and Other assets. The mining claims may be JVed out by know. For instance CIM could be a holding company for shares in other mining companies. It does not matter who has the claims now as long as CIM gets divys from them.
fam,
We don't know what assets CIM has currently. BTW: The sellers of shares to the public are brokers. Didn't you know that. Everytime you buy stock it goes through a broker.
Janice,
We don't know that. Urban issued a lot of stock and the brokers sold more then what was available. Thus oversubscribeing the issue when the name change occured. From what I've seen here is that CIM seems to be the key. Those CIM shares seem to be worth a lot of money if there is value in it.
Janice,
How can the company issue more shares then what are available?
It must have been the brokers that did it and thus illegally issueing fake shares. I asked a good broker about it and he said the "issue was over subscribed" and its that simple.
Janice,
I bet it was a PR thing for the movie.
Janice,
Yes, the shareholders are getting their Entourage and Other assets for CMKX. We just have to wait and see if another company buys the shell if it is a shell. And they did NOT get all their shares of CIM a couple of years ago. Shareholders only got 1/2 of the CIM shares they were entitiled to I believe. Maybe you can help e here. Was it GEMM instead?
Janice,
I would hate to be on a cruise ship in the South Pacific. Maybe this is just all PR for the movie remake of Posieden
Janice,
CMKX is kaput. But we still don't know about CMKM. And CIM
being irrelevant seems to be most important. People are short CIM from the payout a couple of years ago. Shareholders only received half their shares. I've noticed a lot of gurus don't want to talk about CIM for some reason. But I agree with you. Until we find something out from the company we don't know what is really going on.
Janice,
My understanding is that CMKX is now CMKM. CMKM and CIM have JVed with other mining companies. CMKX was just an exploration company and now exploration has turned into mining. News should be out shortly from what we've been led to believe.
Janice,
I agree. I don't know why Urban took the 5th. But time will tell. At least the stock is not dead in the water. Things are going on you must admit. If its good for the shareholders we shall see. Mining stocks are very different then most stocks from what I've seen. You're not dealing with a company that has an idea or a one product widget for sale. If there is value in the property then its just a matter of time. I hope its sooner then later.
Janice,
Perhaps you're right. But the kool-aid seems to be coming not from the company but the socalled gurus from what I've seen.
We should know however soon what the company is up to. I certainly would like to see some cash but right now its a delusion. If the delusion becomes a reality I would so much like to revisit the fine arts museum in Vienna. Time will tell. Something seems to be happening with the company.
Janice,
I certainly hope the SEC steps in if this is a scam. In the meantime I wonder if the conglomerate that everyone thinks is forming has formed and ready for IPO. Too many people have fallen in love with this stock for some reason. I guess its because everyone has a delusion they're going to be fabulously wealthy. It would be nice though.
Janice,
A large quake just hit the South Pacific. Maybe this is a precurser to what is about to happen with this stock. News should come shortly.
