What I want to know is, when is Moon going to pay what they owe?
And Current assets vs Current liabilities is quite favorable. Most debt is long term, made in payments, not immediate payables.

Actually assets are about 200k higher than liabilities
I can:)
Be careful judging that too much. Often, for tax purposes, physical assets are depreciated down but still hold value. The fact that banks are willing to loan, and they are turning a profit speaks volumes.
Very True
Hmm, interesting. I need to look at the restricted shares more closely. I do see stock issued for services back in 2014 area, and the share structure has grown from 2014 annual. Increase in authorized, float grew quite a bit, OS not so much respectively. It's not alarming or anything, to be expected. Just gotta nail down these details. This is why I'm DD'ing every pink stock financially right now. To find stuff like this.
Having trouble identifying any of their debt obligations as being convertible. If anyone has any information to the contrary, let me know. This seems interesting with the financial situation of the company.
Never mind, they filed them separately from the disclosure statement, I see that now. OTC Markets lists the quarterly on the profile page, but it's just the disclosure.
Who can tell me why the Q3 quarterly contains no balance sheet or financial information. What's up with that.
Check the website for models, there is a smaller unit
Holding a few I like, but I'm working on a huge project. First, putting all pink currents, .0006-.01, min 500k volume, into a spread sheet, with AS, OS, Float, financials from last Q, revenue, net profit, total assets, cash, receivables, total debt, convertible debt, new shares issued. Should be able to weed out a ton of trash.

In 2015 Q1-3, Net Profit Margin 9.18%
$75,549 in Profits
$823,253 in Revenue
Acid Test Ratio:
This ratio is figure by Cash & Accts Receivable / Current Liabilities, and is a test for liquidity.
in Q3, Cash and Accts Receivable were $53,664 and $222,034 respectively, totaling $275,698.
in Q3, Current Liabilites were $133,826
This equals a current ratio of 2.06.
Acid test ratios of less than one will have trouble meeting obligations without selling hard assets or liquidating inventory. (Not Us)
Acid test ratios above 1.5, companies are overcapitalized and should invest excess in further profit producing activities, or maximize cash turnover with high sales volume.
Poised for growth folks.
Current Ratio:
Current Ratio is the current assets / current liabilities.
In Q3 we had $474,272 in Assets and $133,826 in Liabilities.
When banks look at companies, according to a book I own called Financial Management for Contractors (I work in Earth Work Contracting), banks often use a minimum current ratio of 2:1 when evaluating companies. (Assets = at least 2x liabilities.
Our current ratio is now sitting at 3.54, which means this company should be able to meet it's obligations with ease.
Being overcapitalized gives companies opportunity to grow.

Yup, I think getting the facts in circulation will be helpful to raise awareness.
Do yourself a favor and print out the reports, read, and compare them.
Probably because there isn't a 300 Million Dollar MERGER in the wings...like other BS stocks that many love to chase, and end up losing to a pump crew or massive dilution and RS. That's my opinion. This stock is down to earth and full of reasonable potential.

I've placed a fair amount of financial information on the SHOM board illustrating why this is a turn around story in progress.
We have also seen an 8.4% increase in Total Assets from 2014 to Q3 2015.
The increase in payroll and lack of increase in sales is what I attribute to decrease in net profit in Q3. Again, expect to see that corrected in Q4 if my assumptions are correct. Despite that:
2014 Net Profit - -$69,454
Q1 2015 Net Profit - $29,196
Q2 2015 Net Profit - $33,549
Q3 2015 Net Profit - $12,204
So far net profit is at +$74,549
Needless to say, I would be quite happy with a 10% Net Profit Margin for 2015, and could happen easily I believe.
Margins could actually be better than that moving forward, given two items.
We made a large charitable contribution in Q3, and spent a fair sum on computer equipment in Q1. It's doubtful the computer equipment will be duplicated, and we will have to see what happens with charitable contributions moving forward.
