swami, The stocII program is a large investment but will be a huge cost saving in the long run. we can only hope the obama administration can see the big picture. I beleive the major bread winners for this program will be Cubic, lockheed martin, Saic and Meggitt. Virtra has great systems but has no capital to buid for any large orders so they will need to team up with a prime contractor to receive any part of this program.
It doesn't look like to me that defense budgets will shrink anytime soon contrary whats been said by our media outlets. Here are a couple of recents links from some hard sources.

Not much activity here lately but recieved this today from Virtra
Question and answer
Mr. Ferris.
Can you give our board some insight on the large trades of over 7.5 million shares? This has happened on 6 occasions during and after normal trading hours. What could they be?
Thank you
xxxx xxxxxxxxxx
Dear xxxx,
There is a broker-dealer with clients who invested in VirTra in 2007 and there is some block moves between accounts.
I’m not aware of anything else out-of-the-ordinary.
Bob
Another conference at the end of november. it's in Italy and their new ditributor Tess-Com Italia will be there. Virtra is making positive steps.

nice find eschrine...hope to see more from ti training corp!!
Does anyone live in the orlando florida area that can attend the itsec show december 1-4? it would be nice to hear first hand from an investors standpoint. Virtra may be able to get you in as a guest!
I attended trexpo east back in 2004 and used the system....it was quite impressive BACK THEN. I hung around the tent and booth to listened to conversations with interested customers.
Just a tought
TEEROY
What? You answer my question with your own? forget about it, I got it.
Teeroy
e, would you be so kind to provide the number of times virtra has attended ITSEC

what's going on with these large share blocks....wish someone who new!!!!
check out this link. It talks about a class going to virtra to experience their 270 degree 7 screen simulator. I haven't heard anything about a 7 screen 270 degree ivr product yet???? It's an interesting thread but nothing really substantial.
I like this quote "He's been working with the company for a while now and assures me it is absolutely the most incredible video/FATS-style simulator ever conceived."

"It seems an investor moved their stock from one broker to another"
15 million shares is about 8% of the outstanding shares and why was the share price so low when the transaction took place. .04 cents for the last large transaction....sounds like a bullchit answer to me. Was this a current or NEW investor. I'd say these transactions were for the new distributors coming on board and this just sweetened the deal....just my opinion.

For anyone who cares....definition of front running.
Front running is the illegal practice of a stock broker executing orders on a security for their own account (and thus affecting prices) before filling orders previously submitted by their customers. After the broker has made their original transactions, they can expect to close out their position at a profit based on the new price level. Front running may involve either buying (where the broker buys for their account, driving up the price before filling customer buy orders) or selling (where the broker sells for their own account, driving down the price before filling customer sell orders).
I honestly doubt these large trades were front running.
E-
If i'm not mistaken if front runners were covering there short position they would be buying at the asking price not .04 cents. On the other hand maybe some of those international distributors want some vtsi stock.
Thanks swami, A large trade like that is usually a positive sign.
did anyone else noticce that on the 18th of august their were 7.5 million shares traded! can anyone find out if there was one large buy and how much it was for.
Thanks Teeroy
Hello everyone...It was nice to see a 2-q net profit of over 200k, i was shocked to be honest. On a bad note virtra still owes dutchess around 1.2 million dollars which I hope they get similar terms on repayment like the irs deal.
Has anyone heard about our relationship with titraining and any potential new distributors??? Im looking forward to those announcements...hopefully soon and hopefully some large sales!!!!
Good luck
Teeroy
SirFelix,
This past Memorial day weekend My buddies and I experienced the Americas virtual army in O.C. Maryland....it was BADASS. I ask the recruiters who made the simulators bud they had no idea. I'm pretty sure lasershot is the only supplier for the virtual army experience.

Hello Ellington,
Your questions are all very good....
What does this mean below? Did we overpay dutchess? I thought we still owed them money or shares from the 2006 loan. Management needs to explain the current situation! Who's after who and for what?
Nature of Suit: Contract - Recovery of Overpayment and Enforcement of Judgment
Cause: 9:9 Motion to Confirm Arbitration Loan

The 10k will be late and was signed by Ferris......does steve haag still work for the company??? Who did you talk to from IR
TIA
Ditto- Didn't expect his resignation so soon but have thought something was up.....it's been way to quiet!!! Dalby states their will be a new management team???? so Virtra could either be aquired, merge, or deap pocket investors and a board might be interested. I choose #3. Just a thought.
TEEROY
Kelly, What's your point and why was it directed at me? The bio about Jason wasn't from the Virtra website...... BTW you need to put an X in front of your new name!
Best wishes

long time employee??? I don't consider 2 years a long time. What do you consider long time?
Who is your source and how reliable are they ? TIA
Jason Englebright, age 33, has served as our director of product services since 2005. Prior to his employment with VirTra Systems, Mr. Englebright served ten years in the United States Air Force, where he qualified as expert marksman, and served as both a tactical operations member and instructor, and as non-commissioned officer-in-charge of the Combat Arms (CATM) section at Buckley AFB. Mr. Englebright received his associate of science degree in criminal justice from the Community College of the Air Force in 2005.

here is one of virtra's vendors who states "Today, a growing percentage of RMA Electronics, Inc. overall sales are to international customers. All international air shipments are made via FedEx International Priority/Economy at substantially discounted rates. Please note that freight amounts for online orders are for U.S. domestic shipments only. Please contact RMA Electronics, Inc. if you are interested in a rate quote for freight for an international order. Duty and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
http://www.rmassa.com/aboutus.htm
This supports SirFelix's assumption that Virtra has several international sales forthcoming.
Teeroy
Thats a great point. You have to wonder why virtra's not announcing any of these contracts. Things have been to quiet lately and am wondering if we're in for a rally of PR's to get our share price up. Is this why Kelly Jones is getting his shares ready?? Pure speculation on my part!!!
