And as you can see... they've certainly been trenching...
Please recall that it was the investor relations group who told a poster here that no exploration work had been done on the ADL lately.
Yep. News will be gold to patient investors.
Gambit? That's an interesting word to use in a professional publication, Greg.
As BE stated so eloquently in a recent post, "WTF are you talking about?
Sounds like a great idea!
A reminder that when posting, attempts at verbal effrontery are perhaps better left in favor of pithy aphorism. Sometimes, with words, "All that glitters is not gold."
Whoah! Did someone just dump a million shares?
It is often quite amusing... what funny quirks people find interesting in this life... isn't it...
BE hasn't a clue what he's talking about
If they were offerng him a dime a share, I don't think we would be sitting at 2 cents.
Well said. This is no private matter.
my position was and is why should he take less than the rest of us expect?
With no deal on JJ's shares, we can probably just expect some sort of generic announcement relating to the continuation of their lame drilling program
Up and at 'em!
It will happen suddenly and without warning to retail investors..
Best to be holding. This is not a trade!
OK, so you think the properties they purchased have great value, but they consciously decided to dump shares instead of realizing the potential?
Who cares about Bald Eagle.
you seem to think it was incompetence or accident and that the mountain had/has great value, whereas I believe they knew going in they were going to monetize the stock, not the mountain
Feel free to explain what you meant to indicate that it's been (or will be) a good investment.
We'll agree it's an investment disaster for everyone but a few insiders and their friends.
Intentional, accidental or simple incompetence, there we'll disagree.
There was never any belief in the mountain by insiders.
There's more to this than just another penny scam.
In my opinion, JJ and company have squandered a great opportunity in favor of dilution and personal enrichment.
IMO
You can't know that for certain.
a little geologic knowledge tells us that this deposit has potential. The pity is the "sure thing" ATM was chosen instead of taking more opportunity to explore.
IMO
The pity of all this is that we have a potentially valuable resource here that has not been given a proper chance to be evaluated through exploration.
Guess the ATM is a sure thing as opposed to taking a chance at proving up the property.
The subject of promotion, compensated or not, is a little touchy so I shouldn't have gone there. In particular, just another bad choice, so that's not surprising.
Do you suppose paid promotion is happening?
JMHO
It appears some were... hoodwinked into buying MDMN at high's with the promise of it going higher...
The past is the past whether it be ten minutes or ten years.
Truth and honesty is a timeless virtue and never goes out of style.
The BOD, JJ, and Les could all learn to stand behind their word and earn a little respect in the process.
Same goes for anyone who goes back on their word.
Key players in a multi-billion dollar future market.
who knows commodity prices may rebound by then... but those prices will be what they will be...
JJ was told about Ulander but he didn't care and demanded to proceed! Does that tell U anything?
And I still say... .02's... are probably a good bet on making some nice coinage on MDMN... if the price falls further... even better returns...
As far as selling in the teens... and shorting down to cover in this range...
Darn tootin'
Look at that loading. RGBP get your shares folks.
I doubt if there is a short position of any size here. I'm only aware of the one self-admitted short who admittedly looks forward to sub .02 buybacks after promoting the stock at levels in the teens and who has welcomed disastrous business decisions in the past.
Shorts are 'ecstatic" to be able to cover at these near . 02 levels.
Given the impact of this novel breakthrough technology I would say that they have a GREAT chance to get an orphan drug designation
BE does run a small hedge fund, but I highly doubt that he shorts the stock, he has been a long time shareholder not believing in management, but believing in what the geologist have been saying for years about this being possibly the last world class find in South America
No matter. I am discarding the accepted facts showing us that short selling of penny stocks on U.S. exchanges are nearly impossible.
When a short seller presents irrefutable proof of their actions, there's no need for debate.
You know, if it walks, quacks, etc. like a duck...
My mind's made up and that settles it.
Why would one applaud a rotten deal such as the Ulander fiasco and feel ecstatic about the possibility of sub .02 share prices after promoting the stock at much higher levels?
Sir/Maa'm, do you advocate a short position here? If so, sub .02 would be a great buy back price after having sold in the teens.
Nobody in MDMN management failed in taking that shot for the Brass Ring…
It would take me 15 minutes with Photoshop and a PDF of one of my brokerage statements to make my position look ten times greater than it really is, and my PS skills stink...
