Of course. The problem may be that no price is good enough for JJ's "baby."
We don't know what the offer was, but say, at 10 cents per chare, that's a cool 35 million. Not bad for a Chilean lawyer.
I can see JJ balking at a lowball offer of 2 cents per share, but would be surprised if anything below a dime was on the table.
