of course if that is so, wouldn't those (shallow drill program) be included in the end-of-year resource update, i. e. not in the next mid-year update (assuming the every 6 month cycle is still the plan)
www.sedi.ca is THE authoritative repository of required transaction reporting.
the database shows that on 12/20 CD reported
purchase on 12/17 of 200,000 in open market at 0.1050
purchase on 12/18 of 100,000 in open market at 0.0950
bringing his directly held share total to 1,773,659
Sshhhh don't break the spell
afaik last FB post by the voice there was 20 days ago
If we tick the voice off further we might get a "wishing you were here" note posted from Belize, Barbados, Aruba, or some such distant locale
It seems pretty safe to guess that they have not been working on this or care that anyone know of it if so
Please rest assured a plan is currently being discussed with Intertek to pick up where we left off in order to accomplish this in the coming days and weeks.
Wanderport’s Facebook is intended as a means for exchanging information
don't like tossing water on a fire but as I have a habit of saying, eventually (or inevitably) can be a very long time
one needs to keep the legal framework in Argentina in mind, provincial vs federal . . . San Juan and St Cruz are more friendly to mining, but still revenue seeking, perhaps just a little further down the pragmatic road.
It is the provincial laws that the federal supreme court has reversed, and the federal laws it has reasserted, leading to the glacial roadblock.
While the news story saying that El Tunel del Paso Aqua Negra and the MUX Los Aules are next up for provincial review, and that is encouraging, revealing provincial priorities, with Los Azules likely so ranked because it is the "poster boy" for glacier protection at the federal environmental level, all that still does not address the attitudes at the national / federal level. Those barriers, both resource nationalism and budget wores and also environmental protection are only partly eroded by provincial action of the right sort.
It remains to be seen how the political posturing at the federal level cultivates/manipulates popular opinion, or if it can once it decides to try doing so.
do where did the Argentine article get the $2.9 billion valuation for Los Axules ?
You have the wrong board.
This is Orex Minerals (REX.V)
This is not Rex American Resources
And for what it is worth tomorrow is the special shareholder meeting of Astral Mining to approve the acquisition by Orex (Astral saw approx 36x average volume today in Toronto).
Just wanting the board to be on topic, EXS, things like the recent "heat wave" for KC, like where is the resource update and what does this delay do to the one otherwise expected in 5 months now at June/July boundary, etc.
It's a tiny company with a big pile of B.S.
It would be so nice if this board could be used to discuss EXS instead of ethics and historic behaviors of individuals
Yep. I see in that linked interview Embry is still commenting on comfort level with silver in the hundreds (plural). We verge on a watchpoint for me of US brent at 100, above which sustained imo the US economy sickens rapidly, which in turn (would be used to) justify continued QE-infinity. When distrust of the equities bubble surfaces there will be few places for the excess liquidity now built up in such as the dow to run for cover.
Must admit I notice the change, in that candid assessment also.
What is that substantial stake in Canarc held by Endeavour ?
I can find no mention in the financial statements, but then the interrim and annual only mention a total for the marketable securities as the investments that are categorized as available for sale.
All other investments are sufficiently detailed in the filing to rule those out as not related to Canarc.
All the same, Endeavour does not have to report as a 10% controlling interest holder in the Camarc related filings at SEDI.
Waiting to find out why waiting is rather much how it appears
If company had not used so many carrots it would just seem like the same old company, but as the all new, fresh start, the wait is over company it makes it appear that they have run out of excuses or ideas on how to say something plausible (gee, they could try straight-talk truth!).
Almost February, so probably time to move expectations of any data on performance up a month to March.
What actually is the waiting for now ?
Anyone really know (other than "for Wanderport to do something") ?
So, to avoid subpenny as topic of the day, on above recent months' avg volume, the discussion is over shopping for a piece of equipment for Wanderport/Intertek on the assumption some mention of an oscilloscope has any legs ?
Please tell me I am missing something.
Indeed, EXN has slowly been gaining broader notice, which seems in evidence in its resisting the heavy bear pressure on producers, small and large, over the past week plus. As more do their DD and determine that in fact the relations with the federal and the state environmental authorities, and the relations with the local communities are both healthy, coupled with continued favorable news on production, on exploration both in Mexico and Timmins, on zinc and silver prices, etc. imo the revaluation of EXN will only continue seeing it outperform its segment as the beating losses suffered from circumstances over the recent past are regained.
still up on shares from the rights offering, still green overall, but seriously thinking on cost averaging up a little if this goes down much further before this bear play on mining producers turns a bottom.
Yes, indeed, a rubber band can only be stretched so far.
It is a general fact that systems seek a steady-state equilibrium, and that when perturbed will oscillate differently and usually more vigorously, the more so as the degree/extent/duration of the disturbance, all in their nature of seeking a balance/equilibrium.
So it is not surprising that so many say that there could be change of a nature one will in retrospect really want to have been positioned beforehand. The fact that such general behavior of a system is expectable does not however say when the ability to displace/perturb will be exhausted/overcome, but clearly confidence, or spreading evaporation thereof, imo is a reliable indicator for this unnatural displacement in the market. It is not just the con of confidence as mentioned in the link, for the confidence that solely underwrites fiat currencies it very much is also the fid stem, as in fidelity, faithful, trustable, fiduciary, etc. where too many already know the numbers are bogus for that awareness to do anything except spread unless/until addressed. As the economy as experienced by Joe plumber, etc. continues sluggish to sour there will be more ears to hear the message a growing chorus is explaining, etc.
As always, however, it is not really so much the what but the how and when that is to be anticipated. And so we wait. For myself it has been since before the Hunts cornered silver, and I believe what we have seen since the advent of AG ETFs and the rise in awareness of fiat is but the tip of a very large iceberg which did not catch me by surprise as far as what, but did in how long it has taken to the when times.
imo all very much so, but partial
guesses: in return for not pressing too hard, too quickly on liquidation of sovereign debt instruments western debtor nations have agreed to intervene to hold gold price down until such time as China has "equitable" reserve, whatever level that might be; in meantime governmental intervention has been used, via the market stabilization authority, to have JPM and banksters manipulate a) to meet obligation to China, b) to buy time to unwind shortfall in unrecoverable leased sovereign gold reserves
guesses: west is not going to be caught with pants down when yuan gains gold backing, instead countering with commodity basket backed unit of international exchange but whether acceptance will be greater, whether doubts over derivative/futures dependence or acceptance/doubts over trustability of opaque Chinese yuan backing gains dominance is to be seen
Tough call. One it seems some have recently made.
I actually went to the FB site last night and was pretty unimpressed by the attention to detail . . . first impressions and all . . . in that the lead posting one runs upon are full of "if we kick this can then" sort of statements lacking confidence. Didn't spend long there, just enough to see it seemed nothing new since Gatz provided an update.
IIRC Beers once commented that Intertek does not test things if the components are not certified. That might provide a way to understand the endless delay (when was testing to start ? third of the way into November?) on the Intertek engagement. The $5 Chinese knock-off magnetrons need to get replaced by 1st world commodity $80 magnetrons, but even that imo stretches the length of delay.
Did the idea of trying to get a "see it, watch it, feel it" meet and greet die on the vine ?
Are Zecco transaction charges reasonable now?
Thanks Gold.
Odd that the application has no Claims.
Isn't a granted patent application only providing patent protection for the Claims that are made that are not found to be prior art ?
Patent Application CA 2706846 IMPROVED ENERGY / HEAT EXCHANGE CHAMBER
was filed 6/10/2010
Under Canadian patent process applicant has 5 years from the filing date to request examination.
Examination of the patent application has not yet been requested.
The next, and first, post-filing, fee was due 6/11/2012
Fees are not current, have not been paid
http://brevets-patents.ic.gc.ca/opic-cipo/cpd/eng/patent/2706846/financial_transactions.html?type=basic_search&query=SIMONEAU&start=1&num=50
Is anyone aware of any other, current, active/non-expired/non-withdrawn, patent applications related to this company and the "technology" under grant from Robert ?
I sure would have missed that, thanks basserdan
Thanks, could be it. I just remember thinking at the time how "the words" were now nudging the public disclosure from what it was and closer to what had imo always seemed more likely (never bought the missing test equipment unavailable from any Intertek facility story).
You know, sort of like claiming that
"Keep guessing everyone rather than calling the company."
was posted, but it was due to the grammar checker changing word order and that the original text was
"Keep everyone guessing rather than calling the company."
lol
Pretty soon I will have to revise/extend my estimate of not until February
I am not going to dig into FB, but there was an update this year to effect that they (Wanderport and Intertek) were (or would be?) conferring in order to determine how to move forward.
That FB udate was more recent than the info you provided in your post.
It has been live to the world for at least half of a year
wait over a month for test equipment to complete the tests to verify the tests
if they had working prototype we would of seen many times over by now
Working for Wanderprt is not relevant. They are named separately, as is Andrew and Andrew's company, whereas the naming of Wanderport, its officers and employees, as a distinct mention covers all those who worked for Wanderport.
While it is (or may be) true to say they never worked for Wanderport, is it also true to say that Wanderport never worked for any of them ?
You are using the old website
http://www.wanderport-ir.com/
which was for some months suht down in compliance with the AMF orders, but then eventually showed back up on the web (likely a result of quasi-professional management of the hosting server resulting in a restore to a prior configuration)
As far as I understaand things it is a probably a violation of the AMF order for the old website to be running and accessible by the public.
As you noticed, the old site not only was redirecting to computers that are/were part of the AMF CTO'd crew, the site was hosted on server services that hosted other of the involved "scam" companies' public faces.
As was said, the Wanderpoort company profile was only updated after the AMF charges to remove mention of the Director and Vice President of Communications.
Some months after the old site was shut down the new site went public at
http://wanderportcorporation.net/
no doubt one could, but I was thinking of a consumer ready unit being tested (and in production prototype)
I can recall a number of 300% and larger run-ups back in the timeframe where there was a flow of PRs in the range of 2 to 4 per month. That was how I built my decent stock of free-shares back then.
There is an interesting economy that comes from scaling up also.
You forgot to indicate that the entry and exit has to use a 90 degree elbow at each in order to allow shielding over the whole area to prevent microwave exposure outside the holes (requirement to meet testing safely requirements in first world countries). So, with the two (or more) microwave units you describe one gets to add the other units without added cost of shielding more holes since there is only one initial entry and only one final exit.
It is sort of like how there is only one inlet and one exit point Intertek needs to make temperature measurements at in order to gather the testing data no matter how many of the magnetrons are firing.
Nope. The generators on RVs are too small.
Maybe if your whole house is an RV.
Right now, I think WDRP is geared for a whole-house unit...that's where the money is.
while I have often seen the pattern you indicate, for the past week plus this pattern has been dominant, i.e. Ag up, Ag producers largely down or flat at best with only rare cases otherwise, and while it has been clear the rise of Ag has been restrained it has not been slammed back down.
The price action on Ag mid-Dec to date is rather anomalous as year-end/year-open patterns usually go. It could be that radical change is building. Ag had as one of its main ceiling/floor boundaries 32.4 through much of 2012, multiple different times, and we have seen Ag toying right there so far this week.
Great post, well reasoned, and imo delivering a succinct summary by saying
"they look really really bad right now and they could fairly easily be transparent and clear their name by talking to us and explaining everything"
Yep, sure does. I guess the nice thing about unproved theories is that they do not have to hold water
So people reply to me on FB instead of here ? How does that make sense as I don't go to that place ? Odd.
As aside I have seen the extremely cheap magnetrons at part supplier sites, but have also notice the dominance of (supposedly) quality, listed magnetrons and yes, also watercooled magnetrons, predominantly priced at 12 to 24 times as much and more. As one gets what one pays for it would be interesting to know the proected cost to manufacture (if there is such a projection that is).
Indeed, with the web that is a self-informing issue for those willing to look for the info as part of their own DD
Wanna bet we can't buy a WDRP water heater this Christmas either?
That has to be at least the third year in a row where you have looked for takers on that one about "by end of year".
Never has been clear which side of the bet you war looking to take.
available at local US big box home store, or not available there ?
observations on latest FB
Richard stopped waiting for a tankless
Hello, good morning, I had a dream, you called and said you just saw that the tank was being installed at my home for testing
Hey Andrew or whoever is moderating this page, let's start fresh, clean up the past posts, and start with a clean slate here on FB! I think MOST of us here know the company's intentions and goals. Ours, as investors, are the same as yours, maybe more magnified the longer we've been invested, but still the same. We'd all like to see nothing but positive news...keeps the PPS stable. How 'bout doin that and keep us posted! Lookin' forward to the next progress report!
