The only people that have total control of the PPS is the market makers (Who has walked the price of this stock down) who are and have been short all these MMJ sector stocks since January.
The only way to cover there asses is to manipulate the price like they have across the board. They (MM) know dam well there is going to be a massive influx of buying coming soon (November) and they MUST clear the books. Shorters too.

Vapor Group knows what is taking place and the only thing they can do is march forwards with the business plan of increasing Q revenues and paying off debt. The market will correct it's self and pay well while doing it. IMO Only
