That is the shorter game when the float is locked and no one want's to sell them back their short.. It has been plain as day on L2 and the 10K blocks hiding their cover.

We seen this back in Feb./March too.
If this is the full cover and it looks to be by volume, we should exceed the 52 WH in the next 3 to 4 months. IMPO Only
