Rotation definitely increasing, warmer water now starting to feed the storm, trajectory is much farther south than Bill or Danny, time to batten the hatches in the south, stock up on water just in case and have a stack of plywood handy. This should go without saying on the eastern seaboard and Gulf areas.

This is an interesting video, Clemson University testing homes for wind damage potential, and shows some preventative steps that can be taken, seems like it wouldn't be a bad business segment for NSMG to get into, pre-cane proofing as it were:

Yeah, the action kind of surprised me as well, but not to the point of being off-guard, I was waiting for them, and picked up some more shares at .33. I keep seeing large blocks of buyers popping in and out on level 2, so again, it's looking like some accumulation IMO.
I can be fooled, but the charts cannot, and here in a day or so, we are about to have a big convergence as the 20dema crosses up the 200, since the 200 has only just now stopped declining, and the stock broke out hard above it on Wednesday, Friday's action was a simple test of the 200 as new support, if we get the convergence on Monday, we will move to the next level in a big way.
Good luck!

It sure was fast! I had looked at the various NOAA charts in motion yesterday, the IR's and visibles, and there were a few that definitely showed the rotation, I started to post them, but thought I may be jumping the gun, and sound like I was pumping after Danny got blown out.
Jimena has turned pretty fierce in the Pacific, and worse yet, it's hugging the coastline, the same southwest force that blew Danny out, seems to be keeping it from heading west, the 5-day cones are now showing it to impact Baja hard. The water gets cooler just north of Baja on the ocean side, so expected to weaken, but still a small chance of the tip of Southern California to get tropical storm force wind and surf, something i'm guessing they are a lot less well prepared for than the eastern seaboard is. Between the peninsula and the mainland, the water is still bathwater warm all the way up to where it ends, 50 miles or so from California/Arizona area, seems possible that it can draw fuel from that despite the peninsula interference.
El Nino` does strange things, that water is seriously warm down there.
El Nino` also brings some much needed rain in the winter to south and central Texas, we are in severe drought conditions, just ran 55 straight days of 100 degree+ weather, so this will be welcome relief, but the flipside is, a stormy spring in Texas/Oklahoma means tornados.
I truly hope these guys continue to grow and prosper, a solid company that is able to respond quickly to disasters, is badly needed here in tornado alley and the Gulf coast. If Erika gets into the gulf, it's really bad news for us down here, it gets quickly forgotten in the media, but it actually takes years to rebuild from these things, we are still not fully healed from Katrina and Rita, and Galveston is a huge mess still from last year, and may never fully recover, a lot of historic homes down there were just wiped out beyond repair.
So this stock is in essence, a hedge of sorts for me, if no hurricanes hit, I still get some steady growth and appreciation in price and the happiness of knowing my people down here are safe, that's a GOOD thing!
And if the hurricanes do hit, the stock price will soar, and will pay me a nice paycheck, and i'll be able to take off and go do some volunteer work as a first responder, and not have to worry about money as I do so.
Dragynn
I see, wow, that's a long time. I have checked the usual sources and just doesn't seem to be much to even indicate they are still doing business? Has anyone from this board called the company or IR if they have one?
Seems to be a lot of action lately in these .0001 stocks, mostly daytraders it seems, but still, a trade op is a trade op. Perhaps i'll call Monday.
Thanks for the info Pick_the_one!
Dragynn
Hello all,
Any news at all from this company? I notice a distinct lack of filings and PR's, yet volume has picked up and some actual trading is going on.
Dragynn
Agreed that the color is nice, offsets the slight bit of redundancy, but agree with other posters that the icons are too large.
IMO, 20x25 pixel, and a better place would be along the top of the message body, in the middle just to the right of the reply options, more user friendly, I seldom ever scroll below where the text of the post ends, took me a while to even notice them. For sure use the icons and color.

To Admin: Feature request.
Hey y'all, just a quick request/suggestion, I am an Apex Ameritrade client, so as such I get free level 2 on all listed and OTCBB stocks, but not on pinks, I see you have level 2 service at 16.99 that is very inclusive, but I just need the pinks. I don't know, but I think maybe a separate service for just the pinksheets level 2, might be a seller at like say 7.99 a month. I know I would take it at that price.
I know I know, i'm a tightwad, lol, but it's really served me well being a cash preservationist since the recession hit.
Thanks and have a great weekend all!
Dragynn
I agree my friend, many heads are better than one, more eyes scanning the charts, boards, and news, make for more profit, let's do it! Check your e-mail.

Awfully quiet in here, has everyone given up?
Followed this company for a long time, as I have lived not far from them previously, and I still like what I see. One day, IMO, big backups will be installed in all large markets for both power companies, and manufacturing plants as well. And their product is state of the art.
Dragynn
Another insider sale, 6 million more shares, that makes 12 million this month. I'd have to agree with your assessment Maddogs. If insiders are selling too, doesn't give one a lot of confidence in the short-term future.
Insider sales+dilution+reverse split....three strikes man, sorry.
Looks like the potential "Erika" just got a probability upgrade at NOAA.
http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/
K-Add, if I may, to put this in perspective, there is not really that much selling going on, the sum total for today is less than 5000.00 worth of stock, several people on this board probably own that much. I myself own over a third of what has traded, and i'm just a little fish.
It could be folks who've held a long time, or just need some trading cash for other hot stocks, hard to pass up, i've seen some seriously unbelievable runs lately, and have been fortunate enough to participate in some of them. Can't blame a trader for that!
Momentum is the name of the game right now, our turn here will come, and likely be all that much more powerful since the bulls are literally stampeding anything that's hot. So there are two ways to play these hot runs, either wait for it, and maybe get a nice double or even triple, or pick a few good stocks and get in at the bottom, and take the full 1000% ride. Best strategy to me, seems to be a little of both, along with some solid longer-term creepers and near-term chart plays.
I received an e-mail reply from Scott Knoll today by the way, he is fixing the phone problem ASAP, lol! And he re-iterated that earnings will be next week, along with an update on current company progress, so be of good cheer, market is down today, so i'm not going to watch and agonize over the ticks, just going to enjoy this gorgeaous day.
All the best,
Dragynn
Good Morning all! Well, the forecasters seem to be right, that strong wind coming out of the southwest sure looks like it's trying to blow Danny out like snuffing a candle.
But the Storm that's going to be Erica, is a whole different sort of storm, man, that thing looks like a bullet got launched, moving fast, tight and hard, and at a much more southerly trajectory.
IMO, we wake up Monday morning to a serious hurricane headed towards the gulf or Florida, and a good earnings report to boot, and if Scott can get the Pinksheet slackers to wake up and smell their own whack, we may have a record week ahead.
I am cautiously optimistic as always, but risk/reward is the name of the game, and potential downside is half a penny, potential upside is 10-20X that. Am I wrong about this?
Best of luck to all today!
Dragynn
UPDATE: I have updated the I-Box with new info, a lot of clickable links to various subsidiaries, added IR info and link to SEC filings, and also the current share structure.
If anyone has anything further that might be of interest to investors, just let me know!
Dragynn
Your pardon, but your post is a bit confusing. You speak of making the share price "malleable", which by definition I assume you mean "movable" "shapeable" etc. And in the next sentence you speak of it being very "controlled" after the R/S, could you clarify when you have time?
Also, no offense, but it has been overall my experience that drastically expanding your authorized share structure (dilution), followed by a reverse-split, is generally disastrous for the PPS, and thus, for the share holders, seems to be the hallmark of some of Pinksheets "caveat emptors" in fact.
And lastly, a reverse split, followed by a forward split, seems a bit amateurish and confused to me, Neah Power for example, recently did that very thing, and not only did it destroy the share price, but the liquidity as well, it barely trades at all now.
Other than index funds, a walk through the holdings of major funds, show that they don't hold a lot of really speculative stocks like this one in great amounts, and none at all when they are engaged in a dilution/split flux and currently have little in the way of sales.
And certainly, before any major institutionals will take a serious look at them, they will need to uplist to either the Nasdaq, or the AMEX at least, and in addition to a minimum share price, there are also revenue and shareholder equity requirements to be satisfied.
Good luck!
Dragynn
The R/S as approved and reported will actually be in the 1-50 to 1-100 range.
Some of the bondholders have already converted, 46 million shares between August 5th and when they reported earnings...or rather the lack of truthfully.
Dragynn
The volume for today should catch a lot of eyes tonight, I see some large bids popping up on level 2 here late in the day. With some luck, .40 should be the jumping off point for a move up, volume usually precedes price.
I did notice this board has no moderator, and the I-box needs updating as well, i may apply for it.
Luck!
Dragynn
I haven't heard that one, I am in Texas, which incidentally, would be a great market IMO for them to expand into, though perhaps a little over-saturated at the moment, but a broad demographic for them to work with here in the valley close to San Antonio.
Looks like accumulation to me, seeing this on a fair amount of stocks recently, that either are, or are on track to be, profitable very quickly. These guys have reduced their losses from last year by quite a bit, made the moves necessary to cut costs, and just generally leaned out some.
Big volume, not a whole lot of price movement, and they aren't diluting, I checked the filings. So IMO that points to large individuals, or institutions accumulating.
Good sign to me, always swim with the current, i'm holding.
Good luck and be careful!
Dragynn
JMHO, but I think the forecasters, really jumped the gun a bit in reducing the number of expected storms for the year, it sure seems to have ramped up now awfully quick. And with the warmest ocean temperatures in 130 years of monitoring, it seems very evident that global warming has produced a state of fertile growth for hurricanes and typhoons, likely for years to come, this seems to be the new status quo.
Regardless, knowing what I do now, and after my conversation with Scott, and also with the housing market rebounding in a big way, I feel that Rhino's model of fair valuation, is a solid one, and more if the revs keep growing and costs are controlled as we have heard thus far this year.
So i'm proportioning a larger percentage of my hold as a longer term one, a ten-bagger from here looks attainable, though i'm sure we'll see some churn, and some nice spikes from storms, and some dips in winter.
Buy the fear, sell the strength, keep a core and add on the dips, not all that complex really!
Okay, done rambling for now, most of the action I was working, was early this morning, gotten a little boring here, thanks for listening!
Dragynn
You got me friend, this one popped up on one of my scans last night, it had a nice breakout from base a couple of weeks ago, then broke aboove resistance at .39 on strong volume this morning, so I jumped early.
Charts never lie, so this seems a good bet, volume is extraordinary, right now it seems to be forming a new base at .40, with a higher trading range to follow. The little shakeout was pretty fierce, but very short. I would say chances here are good, not a bad place to buy right now in fact. I look for a late afternoon rise as shares change to stronger hands.
GLTU!
Dragynn
SBSA hot today! Nice breakout, can it hit a dollar? More? Chart looks smokin', no resistance in sight that I see.
Good Morning all! Danny sure is a slow mover it seems, but looks like it's about to get into warmer water. Winds seem to be changing to, that new one off the coast of Africa? Look at the motion map on it, looks like it might be a big curveball, the kind that gets into the Gulf eventually, bad news for my friends on the coast if it does, the Gulf is warm as bathwater right now.
I think they might want to adjust the number of forecast storms again, the quiet first month was just sandbagging by mother nature, now they are rolling off the Ivory Coast at one a week.
Looking forward to earnings news next week and hopefully Pinksheets upgrade after that, third quarter should be dynamite if all goes well!
Again, all just my humble opinion, and I do have a substantial (for me) position in this company, don't want to sound like a pumper.
GLTA,
Dragynn
p.s. telecoms are hot for trading right now, VG and WAVE already ran, ZHNE, FRP, and others are running now, make some money guys!
LOL! Okay, you just fooled me with your post, I thought "yikes", this fellow doesn't know? Yes, I know the links are older, but with the wording of your post, I just wanted to get you up to speed.
I saw the articles yesterday, if they can just get those hard-heads to agree who gets to be the High Mucky-Muck, and who gets to be the Grand Vizier, then this is a solid investment, a great long-term hold. I just hate these pissing contests amongst grown men, hate it even worse when some people have to pay with their lives....
Enjoy the pullbacks guys, cheap shares (let it drift a little more! :)
Good Hunting today Gappa!

So yes, these are legitimate concerns, especially the mining contracts part, this is why I too am on the sidelines for now, awaiting some word on who's going to run the show. Some clarification addressing this specific matter from the company would be timely as well.
I really like URST, and this is the vanadium find of the century, but coup d'etat's are bad for business.
Does anyone know of a PR addressing this issue that i'm not aware of? If so, please post.
Dragynn
Ahh, never mind, found it! Re-read the 10-Q, they got tagged for 700,000.00 for alleged late fees, though one preferred holder waived the charges on 300k of it, and now they have filed to get the whole thing reversed, no monetary damages, but they get 400,000.00 back if the ruling is in their favor. Sweet! We'll take another 400k on the bottom line!
Say Dono, you know more about this company than I do, what's with the PR's that just came out?
LOL! Hurricane Bill rained on the Clintons in Bermuda, now Danny is gonna rain on the Obamas.
Here in Texas, we got Bush, and the worst drought ever, and 55 straight days of 100 degree+ weather...You guys up there in New England wanna trade? Can a brother get a current or ex Democrat president to visit down hyar?
Wow, am I crazy, or does the in-motion map of Ignacio look like its taking it towards the California coast? I thought Pacific storms pretty much had no chance of impacting U.S. west coast?
Hi Rick, yes, very much so, but also a little tired, sounded like he's been working his tail off, but his confidence was also very evident. I am tickled with my position here, and glad I added last week!
Morning all! Talked to Scott Knoll yesterday evening, the CFO, great guy, very pleasant! I asked about earnings release, he said he had hoped to have them out this week, but it would probably be next week as he has been backed up with paperwork for all the info that Pinksheets wants to upgrade and update their info. He was pleased that I knew all about Pinksheets and how off their published info could be on a given company (I had to laugh, as an active trader, I have already made dozens of calls this year and gotten the same complaint, plus I know for FACT that there are instances of companies that have pinksheet's blessing that are nothing but pure scam, one guy and a stock printing press, and "caveat emptors" that are doing millions in sales, lol!)
I will say though, that his concern and frustration was refreshing, obviously they do care about shareholders, in fact one of the goals he stated was to continue their practice of posting monthly sales figures, full transparency, from a pinksheeter, that's astounding really.
They have cut costs to the bone wherever possible, and have done exactly what i've seen the smart companies do this year, gotten lean and lightfooted, and Scott stressed what I already knew, this is NOT just a hurricane company, they don't require the storms to do a solid business, the hurricane response capabilities are just icing on the cake.
So, earnings next week, likely followed by more PR's soon as they fulfill Pinksheets fairly onerous requests for financial data and such, and get their rating upgraded.
IMO, you would have to be nuts not to take a long position at this price, and I do mean long though me personally I will pick up extra for trading just like I do any stock, but the trend is your friend, and all recent data indicates we are headed back up in the housing and construction markets.
ANNNNNNNNND......
there's storms a-coming our way.

Great post Dono! Also here from yahoo:
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Index-shows-home-prices-apf-207842798.html?x=0&.v=12
First quarterly increase in 3 years. The interest rates are low, and consumer sentiment is up and it shows very clearly in the consumer discretionary SPDR which set a new high for the year intraday today, and the organic rallies in individual stocks are showing it, look at VG today.
Of specific interest with regard to AERT, the homebuilders SPDR did the same thing as CD, closing at a new high for the year. Big-time good sign going forward!
The AERT chart itself, is a thing of beauty currently, we closed above resistance at .50 today, a convergence having occurred yesterday as the 50 day exponential moving average, crossed up the 200dema (the fabled "golden cross"), the averages are now stacked in the right order and the 200 has turned upward, volume has grown the last 3 days straight with today being roughly 4 times the recent average. On-Balance-Volume is at it's highest point in a year, and with MFI and RSI show that a LOT of money is flowing into this stock.
I will be surprised if we don't have a loooooonnng white candle tomorrow, setting a new 52 week high somewhere over .75, and setting us up for the run over a dollar.
But that's just one ol' country boy's opinion, I ain't no professional, so do the DD and be safe with your investment decisions!
Dragynn
BOOM! 1.00, here we come!
See what I mean Dono? New HOD, right on time, as soon as the .50 sellers wise up and realize THEY are the only thing between themselves and .75, up we'll go!!
JMHO of course!
Lotsa day left Dono, volume is still very strong, already double avg. daily, she's churning, organic breakout IMO, just now really reacting fully to last quarter, seen this with a lot of stocks this year that have had upside surprises on earnings. My trading partner, who's been doing this a lot longer than I have, says it's institutionals, shuffling and picking up profitable stocks, they could have paid .60 or more last month, or waited, and slowly accumulated in the .40's.
Not a daytrade here, chart play for me, creeper, can't watch level 2 on the creepers, it'll make you sell every time, a little faith and patience here will get you an easy double.
Lots of action out there the last tow days if you need quick cash, VG up 50% today, UBRG up a crazy 900%!!
Dragynn
Couldn't really see any rotation until I hit the visible satellite, and from that view, looks like it's picking up spin.
http://hurricane.accuweather.com/hurricane/satellite.asp?region=nhe&anim=1&type=vis&basin=atlantic
Still has yet to hit the really warm water.
Exactly! And so easy to predict support and resistance too, this is actually a fairly safe one for even the clueless, guess some folks just got too much fear to pull the trigger. Risk/reward, it's not really that complex. Buy low, sell high, buy fear, sell strength, yada yada. You would have to be the aforementioned Stevie W. not to see the potential for an easy swing here.
Dragynn
Oh no, of course, NITE never does anything annoying, shady or manipulative with any stock, we all know that. ;)
Yes, indirectly you implied they were, you mentioned people selling for a profit, and your comment was based upon my observations which also had to do with selling. Do you wish to withdraw your remark at this time? And may we get back to actually contributing something useful to this board? I do have a limited number of posts per day.
Thanks again!
Dragynn
How exactly is anyone selling at a profit today my friend? Did the folks who bought 4-5 months ago just now decide to sell today? Is that your belief and the basis for your taunt?
Any more well thought out and erudite insights you'd care to share?
TIA,
Dragynn
