If the'BIG PHARMa',produced negative test results, and if those results were divulged to NNVC, I believe, pursuant to SEC regulations, they would be required to announce them. Ipso facto, they have not been divulged or they were positive and negotiations continue.

Good one, Dane.
Drs, Diwan and Seymour own 50,000,000 shares between them, I believe. They have only sold shares when needed to fund company related activities. As long as they have faith in what they are doing,I will remain confident for the future. But, as St. Thomas said, "I believe, help thou my unbelief".
Where's Doc Feelgood. See what happens when he isn't minding the store.
Is a form D filing a material event under SEC rules? Is the filer required to divulge the reasons for a Form D filing to the shareholders?
I meant no criticism of your post. I'm just frustrated that such a potential for humankind is being ignored.
Well, I guess the ball's in Dr. Seymour's court now. We're all at his mercy.
I just sent an email to Sen. Lieberman lamenting the funding of $140,000,000 to a Canadian company when the $3,000,000 he and Sen. Dodd sponsored for NNVC wasn't even funded. I reminded him of the many successes and validations of NNVC's drugs against multiple viruses. Something is truly out of whack with our government - DOD. FDA, SEC - you name it. I think they recruited their staffs from 'The Gang that Couldn't Shoot Straight'.
Dr. Feelgood, are you aware of any conditions in the MTA that may have constrained NNVC from working with other Pharmas during the 18 months of the agreement?
If the statements made by Dr. Seymour and NNVC concerning an Mta to a parmacological company were not truw, they would have opened themselves up to lawsuits under SEC regulations. I don't believe they would have done that, opinions to the contrary notwithstanding.
All the gains from the Dengue studies reported by Dr.Harris have dissipated. NNVC can't seem to catch a break.
Perhaps those who think Tekmira is a better investment will join their board and keep them informed of their shortcomings.
Best wishes to all as we remember America's fallen heroes and celebrate the freedom they fought for. On a personal note I celebrate the seven members of my immediate family who served in WWII and Korea -- and my grandfather who fought in the Civil War.
Piecemaker - Thanks for the Banister report. One thing struck me. I was under the impression that Dr. Diwal and his associates at TheraCour had received several patents on their work with nanomicelles. Is Banister referring to NNVC patents or patents in general?
TIA - EOM
In no way do I intend to impugn Dr. Seymour. I too believe he is doing a wonderful job and incredible work. However, if he was not in a position to deliver on his desire to share with us the results,it would have been better left unsaid, and not have raised expectations. Many of us, myself included, assumed that ASAP was a much shorter time period. EOM
They do respond through emails sent by posters. Thus the promise made weeks ago to release test results when the QP ended. EOM
IMHO it is not whining when an investor respectfully seeks answers from a company's management. One places a certain amount of faith and trust in the executives of a company when one purchases stock in that company. It is then one's right (may I say duty) to seek open, honest and timely communications from those executives concerning the progress and status of the company's programs. Promises made, promises kept. EOM
Dr. Feelgood, I admire your serenity and your patience, but the continued erosion of NNVC's SP with seemingly no support from management is very demoralizing. EOM
I would ask Dr. Diwan how NNVC will decide whether to licensc or manufacture the CIDES. What role do the new hires play in the company? Why does Dr. Seymour continue to wear so many hats when NNVC can obviously afford to lighten his burden?
Thanks,
Don
The good doctors have brushed up on Pavlov.
Dr. Seymour said NNVC has sufficient funds fora yearat current burn rate. It would seem to make sense to wait until the share price is significantly higher before exercising any shelf stock. More bang for the buck and less dilution.
joewein.net lists the papaya leaf juice cure for dengue as an urban legend.
According to this morning's news reports, the SEC staffers may be too busy downloading 'porn' to attend to legitimate business matters.
How would you propose that Theracour get the money to fund their lab production requirements, which are necessary to support ongoing research. NNVC could float new stock which would have a much more deleterious effect on th stock value.
Why don't you just cool it until they finish the sales that they announced several months ago.
Dr. Benjamin also received a MacArthur Foundation genius award.
Dr. Feelgood
I've been a holder of this stock since 2005. And, yes, I would have run to the phone bank and placed an order. Or, better yet I would have whipped out my I-Phone and dialed my broker. I'm just frustrated. No one seems to get excited except for Allan and those of us on this board. And, by the way, I apprecaite your forebearance for those like me who want to see the fruition of NNVC's efforts.
Dr. Feelgood,
I am somewhat concerned that there has been no apparent buying interest on the part of the attendees at conference presentations by Dr. Seymour. One would have expected a surge of interest from the San Francisco area if they thought NNVC held strong promise for curing viral infections.
The increased activity by Ovidius is a good sign. Kind of like the rumblings before the volcano erupts.
Ovidius,
If you are so negative on NNVC why do you continue to invest in and follow the company. It would seem that there are many more promising companies for you to follow.
This should build a fire under "BIG PHARMA" to get its act together quickly.
