IMHO it is not whining when an investor respectfully seeks answers from a company's management. One places a certain amount of faith and trust in the executives of a company when one purchases stock in that company. It is then one's right (may I say duty) to seek open,honest and timely communications from those executives concerning the progress and status of the company's programs. Promises made, promises kept.
