Xkem, the trian like the one in that old movie: The Bridge on the River Kwai.
Many Indian drug companies aren't concerned about manufacturing other companies drugs.
you also said the q would come. . .
agreed. dead for now. but, I still holdout.
that is rather puzzling. . .
Q on monday. . .doubt it. why wait until the last possible moment. face it, we have been played. one third of the outstanding has been traded since the beginning of the slid from .02 - July 11th. I'll still be here, but I feel like a fool who also still beleaves in this product and its potential for good. but, i'm, not optimistic about monday.
I'll take your word for it, but this is what etrade shows: Burg (Stephen F) 2,673 shares - $27 value 0.64% 0.00% Low
Burg never had a stake in the company from what I can see - jsut a job. He only ownes about $25 worth of stock. Wait, after today about $15 worth.
I completely agree.
give me a break. we're all at risk of a terror attack. there could be one in my pants right now.
foxy, with all due respect, this dd is so old I see little in it's value. thanks anyway. I do believe in Nigeria, but let's talk about current events. things change rapidly in this country.
I don't believe in the delete. Let all be heard.
slide number 8
India is miles and years ahead in the generic market game.
Now that's funny.
It just amazes me how these guys can get away with what they have done. They just kept the best for themselves and BDGR got the rest. Where I come from, people like this get . . . well they just disappear.
The only thing more criminal than Lanza, is the SEC allowing this common conman to operate unconstrained. Million dollar homes and restaurants. . . The SEC is about as reliable as our former head of the justice department. Maybe the SEC's head needs to be cut off, too. Or, better yet, maybe a cabinet post with the current administration.
Averaging down is for chumps. . .I know, I was one of them on this stock. But on the brighter side, if the rain hasn't completely disrupted production, there may be some money left over each month, now that Lanza has left the building. . .if that is even true. . .
Let them short the pennys. They could loose the firm on this one. However, when ever I check for shorts it's a one day cover.
Re: Drift's message:
ATTN: Anyone here can question any poster's CONTENT of their post BUT there will be NO MORE going at ANY POSTER. All posts of that nature will be deleted and turned into to IHUB Admin. TIA ps. I know many here are not happy about the sorry state of our stock. We ALL made a decision to buy so it IS WHAT IT IS.
This is fine if it applies to all. . . and the censorship stops. Some of the moderators need their delete buttons turned off.
I can vouch for Offley. He's no basher. . . He's just a guy whose wife is going to kill him if he looses anymore money holding this paper. So, get drillin'.
Saying it should be an American, because they are the best business people, will surly bring in foreign investors. That was the point of the deleted posts.

ryan, i for one have no confidence in the mgmt. do you?
Regarding my faith in the new management: the Nigerian Government is considered one of the most corrupt entities in all of Africa. However, that is the past and there are new people coming onboard that can change that. There are people on all sides who what proper change. Where do you think they learned this form of colonial rule to begin with? It has gone on for centuries: the French, English, and Americas have thought them well. But it is time for a change.
I have no data to say the new BOD is going to be any better, and if they are corrupt, I have no defense. What I do know is that chapter 11 is just silly it only reorganizes the debt – a major setback. A chapter 7 and total liquidation of assets would be a problem. But, very unlikely.
We have intellectual property rights here, world licensing, trade marking and a need for a very important drug. Correct me, I encourage it, but chapter 11 is just a stupid statement, but an ill informed trader looking to incite panic.. I apologies in advance for the name calling, but there are some savvy, slime balls here trying to hurt this company. Hang tough. Like I said before. If we have lost, the game is already over. Go to the gym or for a ride or something, but don’t listen to these bashers. They lost their soles long ago. Money isn’t power it is energy to do more good in the world. I’m looking for energy for future benefit.
Well said and simply spoken, Drift. There doesn’t have to be an international conspiracy to have accounting errors, fraudulent or otherwise. If we have lost it all it has already happened. So, stay the corse and let the new BOD have some time. Whom ever it may be in the end. . .
Why make it worse than it already is? Idle speculation of this type is just bashing.
Since when can hockypond speek for 90% of us?

Drift the problem is that 90% of us have no confidence in this stock or the management old and new.
From Drift: Our FIRST QUARTER Report was NOT Audited. All CEOs and CFOs are now responsible for ALL numbers and their accuracy per the SOX agreement. It is true that Pandey was a BIG spender but the company is not broke. The Nexim Bank and UPS Capital would NOT lend all that money to a company who a few months later went Bankrupt.
This is exactly spot on. Say no more is taling out of shear stupidity.
Say no more is a perfect handle for you. So, shut the f$$k up until you actually know something. Panic Ass.
A short interest cover of one day is nothing to get upset about. WE just need time to recover. Sure there are going to be some traders making a bundle - frankly,I wish I were one of them. However, our product needs to get into the market and we need to see mgt's numbers and projections. We have nothing left to do, other than wait. As for me, I should be workig, but this whole thing has stressed me out so, I'm going sailing. Sailing on a crappy day in Chicago is better then watching this all day, week, month. . .
Nice work.
Dear BOD:
If you, the BOD, are going to treat us like dogs, you could at least throw us a bone. A simple PR stating managements diligence in getting all figures correct, the state of construction in Nigeria and, or the progress on distribution of our product . . . We’re not asking you to scratch our bellies, just a few words to stop the free fall. I’ll thank you in advance for your hard work.
Now, that isn’t asking too much is it, Dr. Swift?
""Nicosan would not pass customs. All pharmacy packaging gets extra special treatment when it comes in this country. They open it, they check FDA status, They don't send it back, they toss it. No notice of non-deliverablity is sent out either.""
This is not exactly true. India, for one, sends a lot of prescription drugs into the country for end users. Not exactly legal, but lots get through.
Now, now, no ethnic bashing. . . individuals make their own choices. That's what being American is all about. Don't succumb.
You must get all your insight from your third eye. . .your brown eye, where all your words come from.
Don't be fooled by the traders. The meds work. There is a great deal of value there. Anyone offering advice to sell and save your last penny is really desperate to screw anyone, probably anything, if he can get someone else to hold it for him . . . hold your nerver and don't let this chicken f*&ker burry you.
This is not a disaster. This is rampant, runnaway speculation of doom. Just relax and wait for an explanation. You have gone this far. Let's not forget that there is a viable product and people who need it. Some on this board just want to be rich off this. You are no better than those who manipulate the price or steal the company funds. . .
It is also, however, irresponsible for management to let a stock price half without explanation. . .
Don't be a dumbass.
here is a big disbeliever:

Sounds like another big penny scam.
