I have had personal replies from Eric, the CEO, usually within 24 hours. The biggest news he shared with me is that they are starting up an Investor Relations program (which they do not currently have) hopefully within the next month.
Hi Tiburon99,
We tested the program on one of our ships last summer- and it was very well received so that we are expanding it to our other ships. We have a total of 13 ships with another new ship coming in 2008 where we have already stated we will install this "Wet" cleaning system onboard. Other cruise lines have also called us to ask our results, so there seems to be some interest there.
While we've not done guest surveys, the ships management love the system, which is why we are expanding the program across our fleet.

What concerns me most, is that there is all this talk about "dumping" and people waiting to sell their roundup shares (when we eventually GET them!) until the "dumping is over" -
Not to be a basher here, BUT- today only 1500 shares traded- that's only 3 people- hardly "dumping" - and we're down 21%!!!
Huge spread on Scottrade - bid .0027 ask .0032?

Anyone follow the Jones Soda run-up here? It seems that Jones Soda (JSDA) followed the same run-up as Hansen Naturals. I'm inclined to believe that this company has the same potential.
I like the slow steady build it's been making and think the company is now on the right track to turn this around.
Anyone else share the same thoughts?
Huge run today! Up 30+ % with no news.
OK, more games! Bid back up to .013???
Well, teach me a lesson here. There was money to be made- but all about timing, nothing about doing my homework or having a solid company.
I got in this morning during a dip at .021 thinking I got a good deal. Just dumped 1/2 at .017 and the other 1/2 at .011.
Best wishes to all who are still in... it just got too scary for me.
News for 'WNBD' - (SMART(TM) Wet Cleaning Facility Honoured by Texas House of Representatives Derba Mills and Clothesline Cleaners of San Antonio Commended for Environmental Entrepreneurism)
BARRIE, ON, Jun 18, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Winning Brands
Corporation(PINKSHEETS:WNBD) www.WinningBrandsCorporation.com announces that the Texas
House of Representatives in the 80th Texas Legislature has adopted
ResolutionNo.2615 commending the forward thinking and creative environmental approach
ofSMART(TM)Wet Cleaning customer Derba Mills and her chain of professional
garment cleaners. The Resolution notes that the solutions used by the
chain donotrequire hazardous waste handling (contrary to the traditional
petroleum-based solvents still used by most dry cleaners). The solutionsreferredto by the Texas Resolution are manufactured by Winning Brands
Corporation and distributed to a growing number of environmentally
orientedcleanersunder the name SMART(TM) Wet Cleaning Solutions.
Clothesline Cleaners of San Antonio, Texas has several locations in the
city andwasan early adopter of solvent-free garment cleaning during Winning Brands'
testing phase. SMART(TM) Wet Cleaning Solutions and Clothesline Cleaners
haveadoptedan "Open Door Policy" of permitting government officials and dry
cleaners to see for themselves how to achieve substitution of conventionalsolventsin the estimated 35,000 American dry cleaning plants still using
Perchloroethylene (Perc). Clothesline President Derba Mills appreciated
thecommendationby the Texas Legislature for this work and said that it is "...good
news for each of us working for a healthier San Antonio." Winning Brands'
CEOEricLehner looks forward to the day when media will notice the advanced level
of this solution to a widely recognized problem, noting that "TV, radio
andnewspapersshould be searching out Ms. Mills and our technology partners for the
good news story that millions of American consumers want to know about
right now--the era of solvent-free professional garment cleaning has arrived."
WNBD just participated this week in a major "cleaning" show in Las Vegas. They had a booth with Miele with whom them team together for their "Solvent Free Solutions" product which is the alternative to using perc/traditional dry cleaning.
Hopefully they got a number of new leads. I expect that as this alternative becomes more widely accepted, WNBD will get a huge uptake in the sales of their cleaning solutions related to this program.
I received today an email from Eric Lehner, WNBD CEO in response to my concerns shared with him about the recent stock drop.
He informs me that he has been told that there was naked short selling. Further, to protect the firm the NASD has put a symbol on the trading system to ensure that persons selling have a physical certificate. In addition, as I indicated before, they hope to have an investor relations program up and running shortly.
Bought 1001 shares @ .18 last Friday- total $180.18 plus commision.
OK, not sure why I just didn't buy 500, but well, I knew something was going on and just got in at the last minute.
As of close today, SCOTTRADE now has me listed as 2 shares MCCI @ 1.01, total $2.02. Guess I couldn't even sell that right now if I wanted to, commission would even be covered!!! :(
Now I just have to wait for my other 498 like the others!
Dennis - ditto here, not a premium member, and I'm still learning. Tks.
I'm sorry, I'm not sure what appearing on this list means for this stock-
Is this an explanation as to the downturn because it is being shorted?
Does this mean that the shorts are expected to cover?
Is this good news or bad news for WNBD?

_____________
LET'S HOPE SO!!! UGLY DAY TODAY!
Actually, I work for Holland America Line - we were the first major cruise line to adopt their eco-friendly dry cleaning alternative.
We tested it on one of our ships- and liked it- so we expanded to our other vessels.
I actually became interested in WNBD when I saw the press release that we jointly put out- of course, now wish I would have waited - purchased my first shares at $0.50!
For some reason, I keep buying more every time it goes down- thinking I keep getting a better deal.
I too was extremely concerned (I'm in for 450,000 shares - many of which were purchased at much higher prices!) - so I emailed the CEO Eric Lehner.
Without divulging any major news, Eric did share with me that they will be updating their website and creating an investor relations department later this month.
Of course, financials were also promised at the start of 2007, so let's see- but if those items happen, its a step in the right direction for our little stock.
On a side note, I can also assure everyone it is a real product- the company I work for uses the dry cleaning soap- and are really pleased.
I can only tell you that during the dip today I went to pick up another 30,000 shares and I got 10,000 as a partial fill before the other 20,000 could be delivered....
When you speak with Rhonda, find out why she left WNBD- I have MCCI and WNBD both and was always interested in the connection as to why she was involved with both companies!
WNBD - Threshold Security?
Newbie comment/question again- WNBD has apparently for some time now appeared on this list of "Threshold Securities" - quote "A threshold security is any equity security that has a significant fail to deliver position for at least 5 business days."
What does this mean? I understand from reading old posts here that this is felt as one reason why we are trading so low here.
I guess I am naive and innocent- but isn't there a way to stop this? Or maybe this isn't even bad... but it seems like something that we wouldn't want to be happening.
Please help- what are MM's? How can one tell that it is related to the pps?
I am new to the board here, but am into WNBD deep here (bought some back in the $0.50 & $0.30 range).
Can someone please help a newbie with some terms?
For example, MIXZ just posted the "MM's are still in control, this is faked movement" - what does that mean?
Another comment I need help on is what is "PEC"?
----------
On a whole other note, I do believe in this company. I work for the cruise line who is using their product onboard our ships for dry cleaning- and can confirm that there is REAL product out there- and it works well.
