Newbie comment/question again- WNBD has apparently for some time now appeared on this list of "Threshold Securities" - quote "A threshold security is any equity security that has a significant fail to deliver position for at least 5 business days."
What does this mean? I understand from reading old posts here that this is felt as one reason why we are trading so low here.
I guess I am naive and innocent- but isn't there a way to stop this? Or maybe this isn't even bad... but it seems like something that we wouldn't want to be happening.
