They also said 100% full enrollment will be in November. So I'm thinking we get the news sometime next week, hopefully monday
This is correct. We wont see any interm data until 14 days after the full enrollment PR
Welp guess we get our PR in Monday. Dec 7th or 8th for data release then. IMO
Ok lets get that 100% enrollment news outta the way today.
Checking back in at 8!
Nope. Probably Monday
Well...lets see if today is the day we get our 100% enrollment news
Agreed, positive data in a sense validates their other studies. Sling shot in terms of share price.
This is trading so cheaply now, I couldnt help but add this week
I've added 100k shares since Monday. I've successfully flipped this on the way *down* to a tune of 15k since March. My first buyin was above .30.
I am so friggin bullish ATM, I currently hold the most shares I've ever owned. So many data points suggest positive data. We know its safe. GL
I'd be shocked if this hits higher than .30 prior to data. No love until data confirms efficacy
Next week 100% enrollment...I am so ready for that PR. It sets a HARD clock in eventuall full data release
Agreed with rising covid cases that we are in a perfect storm to release data. The timing could not be more perfect.
Yet here we sit at 600k shares traded daily (peanuts in terms of $$) and at .20.
I am uber long with a lot of shares I would personally be shocked if I could sell my shares at $2 plus. This is a small company and it will be one of a cocktail of therapeutics. Logistics matters.
A $120 million market cap at $1 seems reasonable to me.
$1 is realistic.
Don't forget this Tell:
https://nbc24.com/news/local/promedica-toledo-hospital-testing-new-coronavirus-treatment
TOLEDO, Ohio — ProMedica Toledo Hospital is one of the first hospitals in the country to test a new oral medication to treat COVID-19 on a couple patients as part of a global clinical trial.
"We are in clinical phase 2, 3 testing the drug ifenprodil. It's one of several drugs out in the market currently being tested," explained Dr. Marla Matal, one of the lead physicians in the study.
According to Matal, the patients are receiving the treatment twice a day for as long as they are sick.
"What we hope this drug does is block receptors for the COVID virus that causes acute lung injury and increases the inflammation of the lungs so, by the drug blocking the receptor, we hope to decrease that inflammation and decrease the number of patients who need to be put on life support measures such as getting intubated."
At this point in the trial, doctors are hoping to find out if the drug is working and to make sure it's not causing any adverse effects.
"So at this point, the hope is that we do get people feeling better and not worse and that they get out of the hospital a lot faster to be with their loved ones."
Early indications are that the patients are responding well to the new drug.
"So far we think it's been going well. We don't have the entire data to put it together to see if it's significantly making a difference, but at least patients who have received the drugs, no one has gotten to the point of needing a breathing tube so far."
Moving forward, more hospitals will be added to this trial with the hope of getting up to 160 patients receiving this new drug across the country.
One other thing that sticks in my mind....
back in April/May, I forget exactly when, Dr KSS said (this was *long* before his appointment to their advisory board) that he expected an early data release if they were detecting a positive signal. This was a time when he was talking with the regularly.
It seems like this was always the plan from the beginning...So I'm very confident we have a partner waiting in the wings after release of positive data in the first week of December. Act accordingly.
I have added substantially over the last 2 days - over 200k shares. Feeling very confident.
My guess is the trial will be completed prior to the interm data first week of December. That means the last patient will be enrolled and have completed their 14 days on the drug.
That means full enrollment will come no later than the end of next week.
Maybe even this week... Possibly prior to Friday's biopub meeting with Chris?
We are getting many signals that data here will be positive. I do think we have a winner here.
Loaded up today for the final push prior to data.
I added 10k shares at 2 today, hope I dont ha e buyers remorse. This was a huge move down on strong volume and I'd love to know the reason behind it.
Also.....I'd love some type of update from the company!!!!!
So basically no new updates. The waiting continues...
Not expecting any proce movement today but im hoping enrollment is complete. Sets a hard clock on data release.
Still think this price is great for accumulation, I've added some today
We should have full enrollment this week. Going to be an exciting next 4 weeks im expecting good results and proceeding to p3
The waiting game is almost over here, seems like we'll have data within 60 days. The question that remains is will it run into the data?
Getting close to a mayo update. Should be this month, buyout soon after?
FDA meeting Tuesday. Seems like we'll know sometime in October the results
Awesome post thank you
They will not be taking this to market in 2021, it will be bought. Company has already stated they have been approached by interested parties.
Its why we haven't seen the prototype yet.
I am very long I doubt my "pumping" which isn't pumping will have any affect on share price one way or another.
I do not expect a prototype to be unveiled. I expect validation testing by Mayo first and then a buyout in which the buyer will implement their own design, so no need for a prototype.
Expecting a Mayo update soon. The word is that they are validating testing *BEFORE* prototype because a buyer will take them out and use a design of the buyers own.
Basically no need to develop your own prototype if a buyout looms imminently. GLTA I have doubled my position in the past 7 days.
So we know it's safe and doctors are saying that its working well. I say bottom is in folks. 20s will look cheap in a few months.
Probably within a week. Maybe even later this week but my guess is early next week.
So we have confirmed safety, and news reports suggesting the drug is doing well.
LOAD UP BOYS!!!!!!
In an interview last year the CEO said he expects testing to take about 2 months. So we should be close, maybe only a few weeks away
Reporting out of Ohio indicates ifenprodil is working
$MDNA End of Phase 2 Meeting on September 29th and a recent NASDAQ uplisting.
Going to exploding going into the end of the year. It's already a top performing bio stock up 443% 1 Year Performance with *only* a 187M MC.
$MDNA End of Phase 2 meeting with FDA on September 29th, easy double by end of year.
Probably later this week or early next week we hit 50% enrollment and get an update on the timing of data.
This is my largest holding -- ever. Lots of value to be unveiled here in the coming months.
My 2nd largest holding. I am hearing rumors of buyout before the end of the year
XBI up huge this morning. Hopefully we see some movement with the market
