If the site wasn't having issues then I wouldn't be asking.
I'm sure it's him, but the scenario described is more of a reason to actually call Peter instead of relying on board info.
What is the IR phone #?
Legitimate concerns. It would be nice if Peter would come and answer our questions.
I sent Peter an email regarding the website. Effectively, the only working pages are the main page and the login page for members. Every other link redirects to the main page. I inquired as to why this may be, and asked on the behalf of other shareholders, that the news be updated to reflect recent events.
Anyone have the IR # anymore?
.02 is not a good buying opportunity, .018 was.
I second this. I attempted an order to see how legit my 2 year investment is and would have ordered if not for my health insurance making the prescription cheaper. The website is screwy alright, but someone has their hand in the changes being done. Most links link back to the main page, and prescription information is not accessible. I'm not so suspicious about the site, but the phone number worries me.
Tried and failed. They don't sell laudanum, can you believe that???
Out of .01 land: Last Price 0.02
If the ask is .015, and an order is put in at .016, will this effectively raise the ask, or do more harm than good? I know nothing of the practices of the MMs.
I got a good bit at .015, can't seem to stop myself though. With a declining price the next day is always a better deal than the previous. I don't like hitting at the ask so much, but for this price you can't go wrong. I'd like to think sub-.01 I'll pick up $500 more, but as good of a deal as that sounds, I'm happy moving up with what I have instead of down.
Bid up to .018. I'm off for the day. Hopefully something positive (or less negative) at closing. Good luck all.
Now .013x.015.
Its nearing too close to the date, so its too late to turn back. But with the right news he could make up for it.
We'll be fine. The only difference between the bottoming out at .01 last year and now, is that we're in a better position with acquisitions and revenue. Yet not enough demand. I want some real PR and not the filler we've been seeing. The dividend I could care less about, its just a psychological way of making you think you have more shares, the PPS will drop to make up for it. A dividend seems to me more like a reward, instead of an apology card. Now is NOT the time for a dividend.
Anyways, 32.5k @ .015.
.014x.015, with someone selling off a 250k position.
Not a bad opportunity for buying though.
I don't think we've seen anything like this since early 2006. If you look at YTD, you'll see a steady decline. I'm concerned, in the previous year the penny prices were mostly due to volatility but this has been dropping for months with almost no change on PRs. A repeat of last year will not be pleasant, all through the summmer our PPS barely moved.
I'm glad to have picked up what I did at .02. I'd have bought more but have a cap on my weekly spending. It seems everytime you think you get cheap shares, the ask drops a bit more. I remember when I loaded up on shares at .08 thinking that was cheap!
I'm glad to see us up from .02 a bit. Maybe we've hit the bottom and are ready to move back UP?
jrdig7: Would you mind messaging me an email or some means of contact? I'd like to ask you a question or two and am unable to PM.
1.. List the financials on Pinksheets.com for the audited yrs under the report tab. If they are on there as audited, which I think he says they have, that should be fast and cheap and may up the SP.
2. Put out a realistic Shareholders letter *with very makeable timeline/milestones for major events and then:
3. Keep shareholders updated twice monthly.
4. Consider a stock split F/S 1.5 for 1 to hold in investors until his up list.
I'd like to see a nice shareholders letter, and a bit more PR would be nice to make it feel like we're not alone here and that Mr. Fiorillo is more open with the shareholders. Updated NOBO would be nice ever since he began to PR that NOBOs would be put up ever month (?).
Stock split... I've never seen a penny split before but I'm sure they're out there. This wouldn't do much to keep me happy, I always felt the uplisting 7/1 was a bit unrealistic. Realistic given enough time but it felt a bit rushed, and after 2 mentioned acquisitions and no word from Peter, I expected it. These dates given by Peter, the 5-yr business plan, the PRs, they are all goals and not deadlines. Sometimes things don't work out as they should, and if the business plan always worked perfectly there would be nothing but good news on the stock market.
I don't expect RXPC to shoot to the top, but it's such a novel idea, with an honest and hardworking CEO, I'd like to believe that the idea will pay off. I can completely relate to the RXPC's mission statement. I one day forsee RXPC's being thrown around just like LabCorp is today, in a positive light.
24350 @ .02 Not a bad day...
Sorry for the misunderstanding, that .034 wasn't mine, just an announcement.
My avg is $0.0289 currently. I bought a large amount of cheap shares at .02 in 2005, then made some impulse decisions and bought smaller amounts at .08, .1. I've since been jumping on any opportunity to purchase at < .03, with the occasional buy of a few k at a higher price to help myself and others.
Hit at the ask, .034.
Seeing a little green here. What we really need is another PR.
How would this stock trade hands privately? If I wanted to trade 100k shares with an individual, could it be done via certificate? What are the rules governing private trades for this matter?
GM all!
I thought Peter was planning on the retirement with an uplisting, basically those restricted shares are just not reissued. I may be wrong, he hasn't said anything about it.
Aren't there certain rules associated with this, such as the corporation having to buy at peak hours (not within the first hour of market open), has to buy at the ask, etc?
I'll drop back later, but so far this 'slamming' isn't very impressive.
Pumping: http://www.spamnation.info/go/stock/RXPC.PK The emails were unauthorized.
I corrected myself that I implied buying/selling for short-term gain. I'm guilty of it for one, I've convinced others to buy that have sold their position since they were expecting $1 overnight.
I meant short-term, ignore that.
Not entirely true with the dumping. Many of the 200-400k sales can be accounted for, and the individuals were known or members of ihub. Most of the dumping is from individuals looking to play RXPC as a short, that is simply not how a company like this works. Some have disclosed this as well before their order.
Nice intellectual atmosphere here...
Mr. Fiorillo scared them off. Anyone else seeing these tumbleweeds?
(Although the timing may be as such to accomodate those on the transit home.)
Typically .005. It'll close when someone's done selling their position in RXPC.

Small-town pharmacies may be a dying breed
I'm glad my money is going to the eventual support of these pharmacies and their continued existance. Though I live in the big city, I value businesses like these. Hopefully we can make the above statement a fallacy.
Peter, unfortunately you need to display a lack of integrity and morals to run for office in the US. I think honesty alone would disqualify you.
(meant as a joke)
