It was a well-written PR with lots of good news. I think Simply Alpha's people actually read some of these before they publicize them. I see a lot of poorly written PRs, but SA rarely promotes them. Well done IVDN. Let's have much more of this.
Sometimes wishes are granted. They just don't happen on a schedule or often. Many times I've wished for a blocked fieldgoal only to be disappointed, but I digress. This is excellent news. As repeat buyers they obviously like the product and find value in it. Can't ask for much more than that.
Agreed. This is really good news. There is only one reason to buy a stock - the buyer thinks it will appreciate. He's a director. If there are positive signs, I would think he would know.
There are many reasons to sell a stock but only one reason to buy a stock. The buyer believes the company has significant upside potential. Being an insider, one has to assume he knows more than the average person.
Good point BlazingStocks. In this day and age, nobody does anything for free. If a person has a name and a following, they expect payment or they refuse to allow the use of their NIL. Having Nicole Kidman as a product user is an accomplishment for any company, let alone a smaller company. Could it be that the product really works as advertised? That's my guess.
Every order may be the first of a string of re-orders. Additionally, each sale is an opportunity for nearby communities to see the products and decide that they may also have a need for them. Whether the sale is large or small, each a role in the mix. Well done Lamperd Less Lethal!!
Agreed. The risk/reward ratio is quite attractive at these levels.
Excellent point. This is going to take off. The build up will take time, but it will happen.
When the time comes to sell the business, it's the IP that makes the difference.
Well said ProfitScout. The ingredients are now in place for growth and possible acquisition. But these things do not happen overnight. They take time. We should be looking for progress quarter after quarter. The finish line (an exit or fully valued stock price) maybe years off. It's time for a ride we can all profit from.
Each new product is an opportunity to find a new market. All this product development work coupled with distributors is the right formula. It will pay off. Stay the course!!
Distributors are the key to greater sales. Growth is a long process. It doesn't happen overnight. Each distributor and builder moves us one step closer to critical mass.
Not just the best, but also a wide range of products for almost any non-lethal need.
The cost difference between IVDN's product and the competition is modest when the total cost of installation is considered. Installing house wrap is labor intensive. The benefit of an additional R-6 is a powerful incentive in a world in which energy prices are likely to rise in the coming years.
Seems like this is a teaser for more to come. Looking forward to hearing more about how rapid turnaround generates orders.
If and when the time comes that someone is interested in acquiring IVDN, the e patent will play a very valuable role in determining the value the company. Great news.
AI is appearing in many applications, and it only makes sense that Cytta's program should use AI also. If it speeds up analysis and helps to identify problems before they become crises, then it will be well worth whatever buyers need to pay for this addition. Well done Cytta.
If the company can show growing sales by a substantial amount, it may have the leverage it needs to work a deal to deal with its financial issues. The company needs to show traction. If it can do that, the rest of the issues become solvable. Let's see what the numbers show.
Agreed Green Dolphin -
Lots of good news coming out. I like the upside potential here. Holding on for big gains.
It is hard to imagine that someone has a more complete product line of riot shields than Lamperd. They appear to have a shield for most every situation and user height. We have already had a call for a 'human moat' on Tuesday of this week in Florida. It's only a matter of time before Lamperd's products become a major priority for many police forces, national guard units, and private security forces. Stay the course. This will payoff big time in the months and quarters to come.
Looks like progress from the quarterly report. Long and strong IVDN!!
Interesting product line, especially for law and code enforcement people working in rural and sparsely populated suburban areas.
Great to see that Lamperd is getting out to these conferences. This is where many sales begin.
Energy prices are unlikely to decline in the coming years. And with increasing electricity demand, utilities will need to expand production and transmission capabilities at today's inflated costs. All this means locally produced power is going to become cheaper each year as the alternative becomes more expensive. Solar power is only in the 3rd inning. There's plenty more to come.
Love to own the manufacturers behind growing brands. The face of the company makes money but so does the manufacturer. Brands are what adds value to a business. It's not a simple matter of just revenues and profits. Brands have staying power, sometimes for many decades. Long and strong CURR.
Gaming is obviously a growing industry with new technologies expected for the foreseeable future. This is a business like pharma - a few giants and lots of smaller players. The trick is to buy up a basket of these stocks and play the momentum and news. Love this company for its technical capabilities and share structure. When the day comes that this moves, it can move big. And that's what an investor wants.
When your current market share is measured with a micrometer, market share numbers are not meaningful. What is meaningful is whether IVDN can be in a situation where it can sell everything it is capable of producing. To do this, one needs distributors and marketing. The nice thing about having distributors is that they do much of the advertising. The company supplies the materials and the displays and the distributor meets with the buyers.
Looks like another great product. It allows police to use equipment they already have to do more. Looks like a winner.
Companies like this build momentum over many quarters. 15% is a good start. If they can show even more growth in the next quarter or two, I think we'll be on track for a profitable company. The product is sound and that's half the battle. Marketing and sales are the other half.
Lamperd seems to have a shield for almost any application. Love to see this detail in the product line.
I just wonder if this new CEO is going to understand that he is dealing with a small business and not a mature version of a big business like Kroger. He's going to come in and I am concerned that he'll find that the company is ill-equipped to grow. The company's direct to consumer business was a one hit wonder suitable only for the Pandemic. It's too expensive, it lacks a marketing niche, and it doesn't have the distribution to ship to many people quickly and inexpensively.
As for the company's base business of serving restaurants, growth will be expensive. The company needs to shrink its reliance on US Foods - not because USF is unreliable, but because it is a major red flag to possible acquirers. This means the company is going to need other distributors or ship direct to foodservice clients. The company will need additional fulfillment centers to make that happen.
Bottom line - expect a step back in profitability before the company can move two steps forward. But from a leadership standpoint, this is excellent news.
Excellent. New riot shields announced in plenty of time to stock up for the 2024 election. While I hope we don't need them, the prudent thing to do would be to buy a few hundred just in case.
Looking forward to seeing how the company changes following the sale and what that means for profits and growth moving forward.
It never hurts to take all available opportunities to promote the company and its products. You never know who is watching. Great find.
The product could change the cold weather apparel business in just a few years. People are always looking for the best outdoor gear for winter. It's not the bad weather - it's the bad clothing. Love to see a well-marketed line of Insultex winter gear.
Every company should have one 'official' social media site that they monitor and respond to when appropriate. It just makes sense that companies maintain some level of communication with their customers. Good to see IVDN taking this important long term step.
Could be an interesting product to sell on Amazon for pipes. The company could build kits of certain lengths of pipe. Consumers can order enough for 4', 6', or 8' sections. This product has to be easier to use than the alternatives that are much thicker.
Always good to see follow-on orders. It's a sign that the buyer likes the product. Additionally, it helps in promoting the product that a major customer is committed to using it. Great news.
Green Dolphine, you have it exactly right. Here is a transaction which is going to increase annual revenues by 300%?, 400%? and the stock has only increased by 50% since the news came out. Very undervalued. Still lots of room to run.
Companies involved in mineral extraction need boards with specific experience in mining and processing ore. There are procedures that need to be followed for engineering and audit purposes. Professionals know these procedures and ensure that they are followed. Good to see that someone of Mr. Alford's experience is on the team.
