Wat would be the reason to buy up the float of a company and retire them to treasury? how does that help? wats the benefit besides reducing the outstanding would it effect the price per share?

I've been here for a while and I've heard all the allegations of dilution. and then when financials came out it showed the company was getting out of Maybe 7 million shares a month.
With PPS at 001 to 002 ..
So if the CEO role in 2 million dollars the properties, Investment properties which are usually 20 to 30% down from my research..
Maybe the CEO has better Res I don't know but 2 million dollars with the realestate asses at even 20% down is $400,000. Dollars.
The cost of the public vehicle on the cost of getting it current and up-to-date, Positioned enough time to be able to do an annual audit. Legal fees, Press releases, OTC market fees, And I'm sure there's multiple other cost..
I would think the CEO has at least one million dollars of his cash Invested in this venture.
I don't know but just trying to add up the numbers I would think that that's a conservative number.
I asked my broker about dilution and like it the debt conversions, He said that the debt owner could only Convert like 5% of the outstanding. That's like 7.5 million shares,,
I don't know how the CEO can issue shares that trade in the open market but he said,( my broker) that is the only shares he seen that could come out and the market was shares from the debt.
so if someone cud only own like 14 to 15 m shares without being an insider,, how can people claim that 160m share volume in two days is dilution,, from wat my broker tells me,, that aint possible through just the debt holder...
as I've posted before,, I am new, so please don't insult me if me being novice hinders me from a market condition, such a novice wudnt know.....

If they get their audit completed with a nice professional business plan, can prove their real estate strategy works they should be able to get the funding they need to purchase real estate asset. the ceo has some major connections in the industry. if he is able to work with them and present that to banking institutions..should be huge, he deals with the biggest companies in the industry.

Well the note amendment doesn't change anything on the down side. Its still the same. But at least now if if goes up,, the conversion price is higher than
.001. Its always been 50% of lowest price of 10 day look back. But thd only difference now is if it goes higher that .002. They dont still get the conversion at .001., which kinda sukd, the stock cud be .005 and they cud convert at .001. Nowcif its .005 they convert at .0025, so instead of say 10k coming off the note 25k wud come off.. guess they are trying to get rid of the note faster

from the dd ive done, this ceo does quite well for himself with his other company, but who knows, but like my mom says she dont think that the company would be doing an audit if the ceo was trying to use the company as his personal bank or if he was doing anything shady, that would be a clear way to be exposed ??.

I have a question. When these companies raise money or sell shares and at a discount to the price, which it often looks like 50% cheaper or even more. So a company that at .002 sells shares at .001? Is that how that works? and if so, why cant the shareholders buy it direct at that price?
At that rate 100m shares would only generate $100k dollars.
Thats like a down payment for a house right. A $300k house 30% down $90k. Now the tranfer agent says theres 90,793,815 shares outstanding as of 04/03/2020. So we should be getting an update here soon right? They just bought another house, so they must of had to sell shares to buy it?
