Im not sure if i understand this right, again i am learning so please correct me if I'm wrong.
The company had 5,422,775 in the float when they took over this public company, or brought in new management from. What the pr says. And now has 70,322,775
Unrestricted, so thats the NEW float?

So 64,900,000. Issued over the last 11 months since last June.

People here are saying the company is selling shares, but the financials say the debt holder is getting those shares. From debt he already has. So how is the company selling shares?

Are they issuing more shares thats not listed?
And if the debt guy get .001 isnt that like $64,900. Over 11 months? Im sorry im trying to learn all this and all the damn books I read or shit i Google just doesn't really explain, like the things i read on the boards about all these companies and their debt and stuff. I thought less debt was good. MSTO has like i think someone here says 300k.
Others i looke at have like millions. So why is this debt so bad compared to the others debt? Ive has a few beers so sorry if im rambling, just trying to figure all this behind the scenes crap that the books don't seem to teach you...
