In the 10QSB for the period ending June 30, 2006
Plan of Operations
The following information should be read in conjunction with the condensed consolidated financial statements of the Company and the notes thereto appearing elsewhere in this filing.
With the exception of accounting and other professional and administrative expenses, the Company did not have any operations for the six months ended June 30, 2006. Central Wireless continues to seek a merger or acquisition of an existing operating company. The market for such merger and acquisitions is highly competitive and as of June 30, 2006, Central Wireless has not yet found a company to undertake such merger or acquisitions. As of the date of the filing of this report, Central Wireless has entered negotiations with an existing operating company to transact a share exchange transaction or a merger, but it has not yet entered into definitive agreements with this company.
Indicate by check mark whether the registrant is a shell company (as defined in Rule 12b-2 of the Exchange Act).
Yes x No o
AS OF JANUARY 23, 2007, THERE WERE 1,954,192,451 OUTSTANDING SHARES OF THE ISSUER’S COMMON STOCK, $0.001 PAR VALUE PER SHARE.
Also, I seen somewhere in one of the reports (I think it was the 10-KSB) the value of the company. Based on what I can actually read My bet would be a R/S then a shell buyout. but that's only a guess.
we can get it for 1.88 right now
I would like to second that thought also. I've met JR in person, and I can attest that he's a very intelligent, honest, and honorable person. Good luck, friend. If I don't end up in CO Elk hunting this fall, maybe another round this fall. This time it'll be on me.
Well, it dont get much better - I don't know about the Brooks' per se, but they need to rot under the jail.... Now on to HBP-84 - Here's a letter to "Hee Corporation" (without a response needless to say) From the FDA
http://www.fda.gov/foi/warning_letters/g6086d.htm
Still holding a few thousand shares of this POS......
Maybe next fall if I'm not in Colorado hunting we can have a round of golf at HarbourTown. Wheeeeeeeeeee
Well that's the problem with where I live exactly. I have dial up internet access so the 100 minutes of an interview with my speed is not feasible. Other than that would love to though. And thanks to the other person that answered my question - however this is coming from the company - who's the TA and does anyone know if they're gagged or not? Thanks for all your help folks.
This might have been answered before, but what is the current share structure of this company? Also, what's the status of the Biodiesel Distribution Center in North Carolina?
T.I.A.
Noob.
Actually, it takes you to eqbm, but I'll fix it.....
Ok, I'm going on the assumption that the restricted is 39,889,075 based on the numbers stated earlier today. If not, someone let me know and I'll reupdate the board.
So does this make the restricted 39,889,075 ?
Thx,
Noob.

GLTA
have a safe trip and if you come up my way blow the horn on the way through Johnson City if that's the way you're coming.
I've never got any of it - I'm assuming that's 3PM KS time.
nah, some of us are still here. We're just the quiet ones though.
-- Jr - did I read that you were going to KS tomorrow, or I guess you should be there by now if you were... Have a safe trip if you're going. BTW - got down to 20 here the past few mornings and I was doing Technical Rope Rescue in it. Dang I need to just move to HHI. talk to you later, and give your's my best.
Word out about what? I don't even know if the company is in existance any more. According to the last financials that were released, if they kept up at the pace they were going they couldn't last very long at all.
Out of curiosity, did you research Tyrants last deal with Flexscan? They initially bought in at 425,000 then a reverse split ensued, they (FlexSCAN) was bout out by Fuel Corporation of America, then the name change back to FlexSCAN, which Tyrant then sold out their postion (2,000,000 shares post-R/S) for what looks to be about 80-90 cents on the charts. I'll assume .75 on the for giggles - not a bad profit.
They purchased 25,000,001 shares on this one for 80,000 at an average of .0035 a share. So now that I looked a little deeper I just wonder.
Not too long ago, Tryant, LLC purchased 51% controlling interest in it. Tryant from what little I have read kind of specializes in Reverse Mergers. Don't know what is going on here either. Might be worth a small play here. Don't know though.
OT: Golf season is upon you isnt't it. Guess when I was down there it's about the beginning of it. Meant to tell you I thoroughly enjoyed it btw. Maybe by next year we can afford to go play Harbour Town......
Hope all is well, and your dad didn't get in trouble with the Golf Police too, haha.
nah, keep posting, Still learning here some. I mostly watch all and take it in before I do anything. And I usually don't post here on Ihub much anyway.
Yep, and I look for the major retailers (especially Wal-Mart) to fall out of favor with America big time - they've been putting too many people out of business and the majority of their products come from other countries - Around here you can already see it happening some. People are beginning to go back to your local community stores. Mostly from what I've seen it's on the Grocery and Drug side as of right now though. Guess we'll see what Happens.
FYI - here's a small tidbit on Getting drugs from Canada.
The big savings in getting drugs from Canada come from buying brand-name/non-generic drugs. It is pretty much just as cost effective getting gen. drugs here in the US. What the Canadian's did is tell the Drug companies that you will supply your drug for "X" amount of dollars or we will say the heck with your patents and do it ourselves (because they are another country they can theoretically do that). As you noticed Wal-Mart/Target cut their Generic Pricing down - they did not cut their Brand-Name down. If a logical person can save $30 a script on their Brand name drugs, but only save 4 or 5 bucks on there Generics, to me I feel that I would stay where I can save the most at once. Most gen's only cost about 10$ max. depending on what it is. - well the one's I take anyway. I'm sure not all are like that, but as you know there are exceptions to every rule. Anyway - back to my fuzzy logic - I like to keep my prescriptions at the same store (and I feel most people do) - the pharmacist(s) have a better idea of what you're taking and if any of the med's from one doc antagonize's/synergist's with another they should pick up on it. So anyhow if someone has 2 Brand-Name only available 'scripts with a savings of 20-30 bucks a month - that would require someone to have 6-7 more generic scripts assuming each Generic Costs 10$ (6$ * 6 or 7 = 36 & 42 respectively.) But this is only my fuzzy math and logic so take it for what it's worth. Which is probably not much.
O/T: BTW - I enjoyed last week Jr. Hope your dad didn't get in trouble did he?
Got issues with this one myself, look at the volume of the chart over the past month. The other day alone there was 40m traded and price went down on a supposed 13 m float - something's not adding up imo.

yes he was involved with this stock. According to press releases, if I remember correctly, he was one of the head guys before Ron Brooks. Ron Brooks put out a PR/FAQ or something another that asked/answered the question if Mr Winnick was involved in this stock - which the answer was no. I cant remember the exact time frame, but I believe it was about 1.5 - 2 years ago, but I'm not sure on that. Anyway, that right there was enough to discourage me from investing in BKMP - my own reasoning and anyone that disagrees with it, get over it - Had someone say that shouldn't be a reason not to invest in it - but we won't get into that. I hope something comes of the HBP84 thing, but whatever it is it probably won't be realized much by the investors.
Glad to see the WSJ publish something about him. For us longs, it adds some confidence to our positions. For those that think he's a crook or "full of it" - it puts in writing state intentions and if any wrongdoings are going on, more evidence to use against him. But - come IPO time, hope we're all eating Steak and Lobster (or organic Tofu for you vegetarians out there (ick.))
Back from Myrtle (I now remember why I haven't been there in 15 years), Listened to the CC on my way down and no internet from the Hotel. Guess that's part of the reason it was cheaper than anywhere else. Can't say anything that hasn't already been said about the CC. Now we wait I guess. If it keeps dropping, I'm going to try to load up on a few more shares just to see and take a chance.
Wonder what is going on with this pos. Had some movement about a month or two ago also. Then stopped altogether to start again.... Have no idea.
I might be wrong on my numbers exactly, but I believe DLS (the CEO) was given 2.5 million shares initially to secure the right to purchase the remaining portion of DLS for an additional 4 million bucks. So I would imagine by default DLS will be a shareholder. Unless of course the shares have been purchased back, which I highly doubt, as I see no reason for that to have happened. And I believe we are listed as partners on the website so that would only make sense.
Remember folks, this is a rough draft, it will get revised before getting sent.
1 Are we on track for the IPO in Sept and do we have an underwriter to market it?
If for some reason you are unable to get the IPO off the ground will RXPC continue as a private company or will you look to go public on another exchange. How exactly will this affect shareholders?
1. Name of new Company
2. Ticker symbol yet?
3. What Forms have been filed? How many are left.
4. I assume the audit is complete - results?
5. Who is/are the underwriter(s)?
6. Who else is involved
7. Describe the affiliate and has there been any sign on, or show interest?
8. What are the projected future locations based on?
9. Do we plan on becoming a PBM and/or accept insurance contracts? - if so timeframe.
Probably not a good thing, but I bet Israel wipes them off the map.
Join the crowd, I'm on my way to Myrtle Beach at that time. Errrr.
Anyway - anyone know if this is going to be a QA teleconf? Just wondering. I've never participated in anything like it before. If not, lets get a list of questions together that need to be/we want answered. Actually we probably need to do that anyways. Even if it is a QA teleconf. That way we won't forget everything we wanted to know and has been brought up on the board.
PS - Thanks X for providing the link.
actually, according to my sucktrade chart - It was subpenny from Sept - Oct of 05, BUT - the OS was also trememdously higher.
<Cough. Hic.>
Out of curiosity, do you agree with me that if RXPC was to do that would revenues/proffits not be better? If you ever notice, the prices of major healthcare agencies overall are greater for the uninsured or insured with a steady job. If the prices of most of these pharmaceuticals that are offered by RXPC are less than major players - would not insurance ppo/hmo's have a significant interest in their subscribers using us as a provider?
IMO, in order to become competitive I think we should become a PBM. Anyone else have any thoughts, or spoken to our CEO on this?
If not, add it to the list of questions for the CC.
Ok, I've got my coffee in now, I see what he means. Thanks. On that note, everyone else notice that the smallest market cap was 7 Billion???? Now before anyone screams that there's no way in you know where, and an assumption of 7 billion is ridiculous, I'm not saying this is going to happen right off the bat, if ever. If it's run right, and management listen's to us, and a little luck is on our side - who knows what's going to happen down the road.
Back to what I was getting at: Let's just say we get 1/4 the size of the smallest company here (which I still think is a decent goal to say the least)
7 billion market cap. Divided by 4 = 1.75 billion market cap.
5 million shares = $350 a share. Not to shabby.
On the contrary note, a PE of 20-25 is the average range for these companies. In order for that to happen wouldn't we have to earn 12 million dollars a year to at least maintain the $48/share? (2.40/share/yr based on a P/E of 20 which in an upstart growing company is probably waaaaay low from what I've seen - correct me if I'm wrong) But thinking that we will earn that much in the first year is probably an assinine assumption though, imo.
Oh well, just rambling until the CC.
"Of all the companies the lowest share structure is 125M divide that by 5M = 25 times. In order to get a true valuation take $48 a Share and divide it by 25 it ends up being $1.92. Doesn't look so bad now does it?"
What? Excuse me for being dense this A.M. (lack of my coffee, etc.) but I don't get where you're going.
Yeah, that's what got me in the mess I'm in now, LOL. - not really a mess. Wouldn't take a million for her. (wouldn't give a plug nickel for another one like her though.) - hope she don't read that last part.
Food for thought - had a buddy that actually did this.
He and his wife were sitting around one day and the common question came up by her to him - "If I were to die, could you marry another woman?"
So instead of tactfully responding with the appropriate answer of however he felt or what he would do, he was blunt about it. He stated "If I was finally able to get rid of you, why in the h*ll would I want to bring another woman in here?" Needless to say that went over like the old proverbial turd in a punch bowl. (She's on meds to begin with so you can only imagine.)
To all of you that feel this way when the question comes up - you simply respond - "No honey, if you were to die, I could not bring myself to marry another." If you want you can spread it on a little thicker and add "There is no woman in the world who I would want to have as your replacement."
Use this if it ever comes up, see where it gets you later on that night (might be three times this year instead of two <hint hint>. You can thank me afterwards.
That's why I said most. I've learned to use words that are not all-inclusive. That way, I can include her in the "select few that are different" - Hence - "You're not like MOST other women"
No offense to the other ones in here, but I guess she's like a lot of other women, think she's always right and has to get the last word in, even though her opinion don't really make a *PooP* to any one of us in here. If it was constructive DD, then we might pay attention.
