Yes, Dowling brought us a patent, and people still want to shame him. For what? --Bringing us potentially billions in value in the LT?
Still gotta pay for health insurance, and health insurance won't cover your little cocktail. It never does. Hint. Hint. Plus, the amount of CBD required to be on par with our patented drug would be very expensive.
All great points.
OK, let's look deeper into your "superior" tobacco cessation solution, and let's consider trends at the same time. --Namely the trend of people moving to more natural and healthy lifestyles.
Would people rather use:
Cool idea, but insurance won't cover the non-prescription cocktail that you display there.
That's for "Smoking Cessation." 007 is for Smokeless Tobacco Cessation. --Totally different market segment being targeted.
Aurora doubled since reverse split. No real value is lost in a reverse split, and people won't care about the R.split if it lands us on a major exchange. --Just my opinion.
That's just one example of the vicious manipulation this stock has endured over the years I've been invested.
It doesn't put us on Nasdaq, but CVSI won't do the reverse split if it doesn't put us on a major exchange.
If there's no need for RS, then they won't do it. They made that clear already. If it goes up organically despite manipulation from the Thongs, then that would be ideal. Sometimes you need to reach a major exchange so that you CAN grow organically, due to the manipulation and fraud on the OTC. My brother is a Wharton graduate with a Master's degree, and he's the one ALWAYS warning me about the OTC and the blatant fraud attached to it due to the lack of safeguards. A bigger exchange brings a bigger market of sophisticated investors. So once again, if we CAN grow organically, then I'm all for it, but I've never witnessed so much grotesque manipulation of a stock in my life, so we should vote YES on proposal 2 so that CVSI at least has the RS as an option in their arsenal to uplist should the opportunity arise.
They stated that they could, but it could be on the low end too. I have a feeling that they'll do it just enough to land us solidly on a major exchange. --Less affected by non-credible Seeking Alpha hit pieces from competitors.
Exactly. There would be no point without an attached uplisting. That would actually harm SH value, and I don't think CVSI would approach that.
Those catalysts could be weakened by Seeking Alpha article hit-pieces since there are so many gullible people that trade on the OTC compared to bigger exchanges. Growth would then be denied, and we would still be stuck on the OTC. I know many sophisticated investors that won't touch OTC stocks with a 12 foot pole. If a RS puts us on NASDAQ or another big exchange, then I am all for it. Period. Get us away from the Thongs of the world.
Based on CVSI's statements, I don't think a RS would happen at all if there would be no uplist attached to it.
I could use the argument that the OTC has lots of manipulation on it, and NASDAQ would expose us to a much bigger market of sophisticated investors that wouldn't partake in the petty games being pushed by MM's on the OTC due to the safeguards established on bigger exchanges. Real organic growth may occur once reaching NASDAQ or another major exchange. There won't be as many gullible people falling for BS hit-piece articles that lack credibility. In the condition that a RS lands us on NASDAQ, I am all for it to remove control of this stock away from the fraudsters.
This is significant, and it really flies against the argument that our CBD products can cause liver damage, which was the FDA's big argument against CBD products. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/cv-sciences-inc-announces-publication-120010551.html
“CVSI has no intention of using the discretion granted to it by the stockholders in Proposal 2 to effectuate a reverse split of its common stock unless required to do so in order to have its common stock listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market or another major national exchange.”

--From Mary on the Y board.
When I see fraudsters posting that a RS is bad like their finances depend on it, it makes me realize that they enjoy the easy manipulation of the OTC, so they want to keep the stock here. A RS could end their fraudulent game.
Just remember to always tell a friend about the Cannabis/CBD/Covid-19 Canadian study by Dr. Igor Kovalchuk that showed a potential treatment option for Covid-19. It showed that 70+% of the cells in the lab were blocking Covid-19 from entering the cells when the cells were under the influence of full spectrum high-CBD/low-THC hemp extracts. Igor said that it wasn't a particular strain; it was extracts of Cannabis Sativa L that contained high levels of CBD with low levels of THC. When that data is extrapolated, PlusCBD becomes a candidate whether people want to believe it or not. This study is not yet peer-reviewed, and it's preclinical, but the MSM won't talk about it, so it must be us. Let people know.
You seem to have quite a bit of animosity against CVSI despite the fact that you are holding shares. How many shares? --2?
Also, you act like the FDA has never approved harmful drugs (NSAIDS!!!). I think just about any prescription or OTC drug has harmful side-effects. One important thing in medicine is dosing, and it's much harder to get consistent doses without synthetic CBD. --I'm thinking this is why they decided to go synthetic.
PlusCBD is low-dose CBD. The effect on the testes that you describe was at extremely high doses. --Doses people wouldn't normally take. There were no problems with testes at low doses. Even GWPH found similar issues at extremely high doses. Sperm count reductions is nothing new with high dose cannabis; don't act like CWBHF is special.. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30916627/
Exactly why it’s great news for all CBD players that Covid-19 can potentially be treated with CBD-rich FSHE.
Doesn’t that statement by the Canada-Study-Doctor disprove Forbes’ argument that there’s only a few viable strains? Wait until people realize this. Maybe we should contact Forbes to ask for an article correction.
I wouldn’t be surprised if bribery was involved in the writing of that Forbes hit piece. FSHE CBD treating Covid-19 probably doesn’t fit in to Bill Gates’ mandatory vaccination agenda.
This article is why CBD fell in my opinion. The author makes it seem like there's only a few holy-grail cannabis sativa strains that can help prevent and treat Covid-19, and the author writes-off all of the cannabis and CBD firms in the market with no research to back him at all. I think the Forbes' author is full of it. What the author should have said is that the Canadian study warrants further research to study existing brands in the market for effectiveness against Covid-19. It seems to me like they are trying to sweep the market effect of the Canadian study under the rug.
Everything they describe about the cannabis strain that treats and prevents Covid-19 is very similar to the PlusCBD product description. If we extrapolate, PlusCBD fits the bill. Isn’t it too wild for Forbes to assume that the high CBD strains that were used in the study were alien and unrelated to other high CBD strains that have already been brought to market? You could say that they don’t have enough CBD; I could say that you’re not taking a big enough dose. —Just my 2 cents.
Absolutely. He’s making a mockery of the court system.
I remember when this was trading at $9.20 from $0.40. Most of it was revenue excitement, but there was excitement about the Pharma side too until Andrew Left fraudulently told everyone that the patent was finally rejected, and then, the price fell to the $3-$6 range, and it couldn't break free of that zone. Now we have that patent, and we're still trading at under a $1. I think it's pretty predictable where this will go. Now, High CBD hemp extract is being studied as a prevention and treatment for Covid-19 --the one thing that's paralyzing the world. The SAFE act may pass as part of the new Stimulus bill. The FDA is most likely soon to create regulations to allow CBD Dietary Supplements on the shelves of MSO's; this could greatly increase our store count over time for stores that are carrying supplements. Remember, we have over 5,700 stores, but less than 3000 carry dietary supplements. Our time is now! The stars are aligning!
Revenues look good to me..
GWPH is no parent for CVSI. CVSI's pharma drug will most likely not be scheduled either; that's why it's good news for CVSI.
The patent that is now allowed is the same patent that Andrew Left said was finally rejected.

Does this make the lawsuit moot?
Does this make us a target for big pharma?
