No from what I'm reading that is the Principal's address for both companies. The registered agent's address is different: 311 S DIVISION ST, CARSON CITY, NV 89703. That is the new registered agent. The previous registered agent resigned in 2009.

No I've seen my fair share of that since I've been trading pennies for over 10 years now. Sometimes you have to take a wait and see approach before you start making certain remarks. If it doesn't pan out then fine say all you want but if it does then you are just making yourself a target and losing credibility.

I Think there is something else going on. Maybe getting into the new shale boom. I've been seeing a lot of shuffling from these smaller US oil companies through 8K filings across the board. Maybe they are looking to get in on the action.
