Emailed Henry this morning, he replied pretty quickly saying he just returned from an extended Asia trip and accomplished a lot. Significant updates would be forthcoming.
I had asked about the SS and dilution, as well as, APR shares.
He wasn't specific (and I didn't expect him to be), but hopefully we'll know sooner rather than later what's going on in the big picture. $PHIL
P.s. don't shoot the messenger, I know it doesn't answer much.
Dude is using more than CBD.
Well, it is actually pretty simple not to predict prices and still invest, especially in penny stocks. I research and invest in companies that I see work being done and things that I feel have potential to net me a profit. Since you're more likely to predict the number a roulette wheel will hit than you are picking a 'winning' OTC stock, I just look at potential and hope for the best. I truly have no idea what a stock in the OTC is going to do, which is why this is only play money to me.
Anyone that tries to predict OTC stock prices into the future is asking to be miserable. $PHIL
Nope...I don't ever predict prices, that's a fools game, especially in OTC.
There's actually a lot of information available for the company if you can translate Vietnamese. They're fairly small, but own the floor space to expand rapidly (which is where $PHIL capital comes in). I'm not worried. But keep sitting on your bid, hopefully you get filled.
Wait, what? A Vietnamese packaging company that doesn't do any business with retail customers doesn't have a fancy website...well, that must mean they're crap. Or they don't really care to spend money where they don't need to...it's a coin flip I guess. $PHIL
I think he knows it wasn't great (being 3am in Vietnam didn't help either), which is why we haven't done another. I think he's gone the PR route for that reason. $PHIL
3 days ago he released a PR stating a 51% ownership deal of a company he believes will have 150 million in revenue by year end 2019. What we're missing, or overlooking, is that Henry actually named the company, Vinafilms. Henry has been so cautious in the past about this kind of stuff, I'm confident this is a done deal.
The other deals he's working on are all ground-up infrastructure deals (ComMatrix, diamond exchange, the construction company (can't remember the name and I can't research well on my phone) ). These things take large upfront capital expenditures, hence the share selling, either by him to get funds, or as a way to secure the deals, it doesn't really matter, he needs the capital to make it happen.
I'm personally glad APR revenue, isn't being used to pay for it, we want that strong when it starts out, which will help everyone that will be getting those shares.
If you honestly think you're being lied to intentionally, then you're probably in the wrong stock. I believe he's making decisions that will help his company (and us) long term, so I'm still here waiting and watching. I do wish he'd come out and let us know what's going on more thoroughly, but as those on the last call can probably attest to, public speaking isn't exactly his strong suit, so he's probably apprehensive.
As always, just my opinion. $PHIL
Not that I disagree with anything you've said (in most of your posts, not just this one), but do you think that when he said he'd pay those off in cash, he had the same 'big plans' that he has now?
I've wondered if he didn't/isn't using the capital in better ways (at least in his opinion).
Just me thinking out loud...only Henry really knows, and so far, he ain't talking about it. As with everyone else, I hope that changes soon. $PHIL
lol...subtle and very possible!
Can't disagree with you on that.
No idea why that posted 3 times... sorry
If he's planning on taking APR public at the highest exchange possible, he doesn't want to be seen siphoning money from that company to build another one.
I hate dilution as much as anyone, but if we're getting into big deals with it, I'm okay with that. Remember, we're still way below typical otc OS counts. Just gotta believe in Henry and the deals (I know it's hard when we are seeing so much red lately)
Can't imagine he'd use "circle jerked" for a deal that was pending. I too believe that Sterling is out. IMO.
Lol...I guess I am. Although, I think these one are a bit more relevant than in the past. I'm getting really tired of this (without explanation). I've reached out to Henry to see if we can't get updates on ALL of the projects and why we're being diluted into PPS oblivion. Hopefully I'll get a response that I can share here. We will see. $PHIL
Even bigger and lower average T-Trade today, so yeah, there's that. $PHIL
I believe the 10K includes that information. $PHIL
2017 and 2016 show May and November 10Q, only the 10K in between.
Last years filings...10K out October 13th, 10Q out November 13th. Both were preceded by an NT filing.
Indeed. I tend to agree with Cordova's belief that Henry is just really bad a estimating how long things take, but I completely understand anyone who believes the opposite (he's just making it up) as well. Only time will tell. $PHIL
My guess is he's going to say...ComMatrix, American Pacific Resources, American Pacific Plastics, and Pacific Fintech. All of which are now registered in Wyoming and all of which have been stated to be $PHIL dividends. Now, I would like more specifics on how and when that's going to happen, but right now, I'm guessing he's using the money to grow those (while hopefully leaving APR revenue alone to increase their bottom line to file on the highest exchange possible).
Yep, still a ton of unanswered questions, but gotta believe the patience is going to pay off. $PHIL
Pretty sure there's no SEC violation unless he makes buying and selling decisions based on that information. If he is holding and not adding or subtracting, it's no different than the CEO disclosing info to employees. IMO. $PHIL
Lol... it certainly is. We are going to be golden here... taking longer than we all wanted, but big things are setting up very, very nicely. $phil
Yes! Ardberg returns!
Careful what we're watching...those last transactions look to be between owners, not from the main $PHIL account to a new holder.
We should also be getting shares of ComMatrix, if there is ever any progress on that front. $PHIL
There are a lot of things going on here, and we'll just have to be patient. Things are obviously happening with all the agreements and joint ventures announced recently (including the creation of ComMatrix that Henry has already said will eventually be another dividend for $PHIL holders). I believe all these agreements and partnerships are to help solidify legitimacy in the region for his company in the eyes of the governing agencies. This stuff always takes time (and usually more than expected, just look at trying to get permits in the U.S.). I still don't think we're bag holders here. $PHIL
They clearly said that Data443 would become the wholly owned subsidiary in their last release (when the ending of the merger news came out). He said they were reworking the paperwork to get a ticker change, and maybe a name change. I'm not sure what is entailed with changing the name from Landstar to Data443, but apparently it isn't as simple (which nothing ever is) as it sounds.
Hoping we see something on the ticker change soon though...IMO
BOOOOOOM
We all have to remember an important, albeit, frustrating fact...Henry is working in Vietnam. It is a country that is known for being slow, and often times fairly corrupt. One of my best friends tried to build a school there to help the village he grew up in and he was stopped at every level of government until the right people had "permits" paid for. It was understood it was greasing the wheels. It isn't an easy country to work in...it's going to take time. $PHIL
Welp...we've already established that we don't know how it is working, but the July 5th ICO is closed, for what it's worth...
https://gildexshop.com/
We also had a 250k t-trade go through at .03. A lot of attention at that level for some reason. $PHIL
Nothing to sell the farm for, but there were 27k in tokens sold on etherscan in the past 10 hours...good to finally see a little movement there, hopefully it continues with another ICO round scheduled to open tomorrow. $PHIL
So, you have the time to do research, read every comment on this board, respond to most, and still don't own shares... that's the only scam I see here.

Also, it was a non-interest bearing note...which suggests something a little strange as well. No one lends money at no-interest, so I think there has always been something a little different with this note. IMO.
Lol...dissension among dissenters! Miss you guys and it's only been like a week, and shorter on Twitter. I still appreciate the Cordova updates, not that I've ever been too worried about the long-term on this one. You guys are welcome back anytime! $PHIL
lol...nice surprise for you! There are a lot of opinions on the sell off, mine is that people just read the release incorrectly, or thought the company was folding. Then that triggered some stop losses.
Well, all the evidence that you had when you invested is still completely valid. If you're worried that Jason doesn't own Landstar in NV, just look at the NVSOS website, it will show him as the owner. Not sure what else you need now that you didn't need prior to today.
Jason already owns the NV corporation under Landstar. He is going to keep the corp under Landstar, make Data443 a wholly owned subsidiary, and file for a name and ticker change with FINRA. Jason still owns the corp, only difference is that it is going to stay in NV under Landstar instead of in NC under Data443.
