Bryan@aradatum.com, larry@aradatum.com.
Maybe if enough shareholders contact him, bryan, paul, gary…they will get tired of hearing from us and have the professional courtesy and dignity to send out a quarterly update. Emails have been provided in my prior posts. Even if they offer some insight on how they compete with and compare to satellites. Maybe some positive outlook for us saps that own shares at .0004 pps! I have written please do the same!
Dano anything from Leete on LinkedIn? Sad we have to look there for any updates! Larry@aradatum.com. ask him direct. He is as arrogant a tool as Zipper IMO!
How is Larry doing with his updates he said he would make
Well if anybody has the instruction manual for free energy they are dead or soon to hang themselves. I am holding out hope for aradatum shares. Brian is and always has been an arrogant wind bag IMO.

What makes you say Zaplitny quit? He has more shares than anybody?
Thanks for the updates Dano! Looking forward to something positive here after a 12 year bust.
Hey Dano, when are they in Paris?
SG, I guess my concern now is the rapid growth of 5G and cellular connectivity of Satellites. I wish the Aradatum think thank would clarify the interaction and use of towers to compliment satellites or visa versa.
Why do you keep attacking people on this forum. Nobody is happy with where we are right now with the value of CGEI, that is obvious. What do YOU want from us? As they say...if you don't have the money to lose, you should not invest in speculation. We know what you know based on the information we are provided and share. We all have our issues and concerns, we don't need your participation if you have nothing intelligent or interesting to offer. You are welcome to stay and contribute, but please grow up.
Thank you for posting this SG!
See, you should have sold when we told you too! We understand what is going on, not happy about it, but understand.
Let's hope they strut their stuff and get the funding needed to move forward. June in France...let's pray for success and maybe someone will buy these boobs out!
SG - I think step one is to file a complaint with the SEC. enclosed is the complaint form you can submit. I have divulged my identity to them and advised of my intentions. I have compiled correspondence for the last 12 years. I had hoped we would hear from them in the form of a Presidents update, laying out the path forward with respect to shareholders/ shares. But that doesn't appear to be the intent with these arrogant sand baggers. Good luck, my attorney advised to get a response from SEC and then move forward. https://www.sec.gov/oiea/Complaint.html
THEY WON! Wow!

Told ya all about AST months ago. We need towers why?

April 25, 2023 08:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time
MIDLAND, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AST SpaceMobile, Inc. (“AST SpaceMobile”) (NASDAQ: ASTS), the company building the first and only space-based cellular broadband network accessible directly by standard mobile phones, today announced the successful completion of the first-ever two-way voice calls, directly to everyday unmodified smartphones using the BlueWalker 3 (“BW3”) satellite. This is the first time anyone has ever achieved a direct voice connection from space to everyday cellular devices, demonstrating a significant advancement in AST SpaceMobile’s mission to provide connectivity to the nearly 50% of the global population who remain unconnected from cellular broadband. The first voice call was made from the Midland, Texas area to Rakuten in Japan over AT&T spectrum using a Samsung Galaxy S22 smartphone.
“I am immensely proud of our team and our incredible partners, whose unwavering dedication and tireless efforts have brought us to this pivotal moment.”

The initial test calls have validated the AST SpaceMobile patented system and architecture, and were completed using unmodified smartphones. The calls demonstrated the power of AST SpaceMobile’s BW3 satellite, the largest-ever commercial communications array deployed in low Earth orbit and is an important step to providing space-based 2G, 3G, 4G LTE and 5G cellular broadband globally. Engineers from Vodafone, Rakuten and AT&T participated in the preparation and testing of the first voice calls with BW3.
"Achieving what many once considered impossible, we have reached the most significant milestone to date in our quest to deliver global cellular broadband from space. While we take a moment to celebrate this tremendous accomplishment, we remain focused on the path ahead and pivotal next steps that get us closer to our goal of transforming the way the world connects," said Abel Avellan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AST SpaceMobile. “I am immensely proud of our team and our incredible partners, whose unwavering dedication and tireless efforts have brought us to this pivotal moment."
Margherita Della Valle, Vodafone Group Chief Executive, said: “Today, we have taken another major step in mobile communications. 30 years after Vodafone sent the world’s first text message, we supported AST SpaceMobile in successfully making the first ever direct-to-smartphone test call using satellite communications. This is just the start. As a lead investor in AST SpaceMobile, we will continue to break technological boundaries by connecting many more millions of people across the planet when the service becomes commercially available.”
Mickey Mikitani, Rakuten Chairman & CEO, commented: “It was a unique thrill and honor to have the Rakuten team talk with Abel in a world-first direct-to-satellite experience. Congratulations to AST SpaceMobile and all of its strategic collaborators on this groundbreaking event. As technological advancements like space connectivity become possible with pioneers like AST SpaceMobile, Rakuten will also progress even further along the road to democratizing connectivity for all.”
Chris Sambar, Head of AT&T Network, said: “AT&T’s heritage began with the birth of the telephone 147 years ago and has continued with many other firsts including: trans-continental call, overseas call, call from the moon, and partnering to deliver the only network built with and for America’s first responders. We connect people to greater possibility, and this important milestone with AST SpaceMobile is a big step and we can’t wait to see what’s next in our space-based journey.”
In addition to test calls, AST SpaceMobile engineers conducted initial compatibility tests on a variety of smartphones and devices. The phones successfully exchanged Subscriber Identification Module (“SIM”) and network information directly to BW3 -- crucial for delivering broadband connectivity from space to any phone or device. Additional testing and measurements on the smartphone uplink and downlink signal strength confirm the ability to support cellular broadband speeds and 4G LTE / 5G waveforms.
AST SpaceMobile has over 2,600 patent and patent-pending claims for its technology and built state-of-the-art facilities in Midland, Texas that collectively span 185,000 square feet. AST SpaceMobile has agreements and understandings with mobile network operators globally that have approximately 2 billion existing subscribers, including Vodafone Group, Rakuten Mobile, AT&T, Bell Canada, Orange, Telefonica, TIM, Saudi Telecom Company, Zain KSA, Etisalat, Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Smart Communications, Globe Telecom, Millicom, Smartfren, Telecom Argentina, Telstra, Africell, Liberty Latin America and others.

Just Amazing! They accomplish something and Paul (marketing) is a mime and the news breaks on”Linkedin”. That IMO is just so pathetic! I honestly hope they make waves, but if they don’t i bet we will hear nada.
Hey SG, I have disclosed my identity to the BOD and have been contacted by their attorney. I advised I am proceeding first with my complaint to the SEC. I guess I would recommend that to any shareholder as disgruntled as I am. I have attached the complaint form in prior replies.
https://www.sec.gov/tcr
This will help identify type of violations which I /you suspect the BOD of committing if you elect to file a complaint. I have advised them of my intent, and only one had the character to respond in a professional manner.
I am contacting the SEC or an Attorney, or both. I am looking into contacting or filing a complaint with the SEC or consulting with an attorney that specializes in cases of this nature. IMO there has definitely been shareholder deception, misleading statements including correspondence to shareholders that would be deceptive as well. We may only hold 20% and the officers have 80%, so to dilute by granting themselves more shares at .0006 cents or another reverse split to wipe us out would not hurt them at all....As it stands right now we have been wiped out from a PPS of .65 to .002 or .006, that is a fact, regardless of what they say about issuance of Aradatum. We have no reason to trust BZ or any of the other players in CGEI at this point. They have failed to keep a single promise they have ever made. We do not know what is going on behind the scene, but again that would be in part failing to keep the promise of transparency and shareholder updates. I will post here the actions which I am taking and if it comes to attorney involvement, I will post contact information for class action. I am sorry fellow forum members, but $100k dissolved in 3 days by the actions of this board is a bit too much for me to accept. I will disclose my identity with contact information after I consult with attorneys. I refuse to be $hit on by this cast of characters after 12 years of commitment! To be clear, this is MY opinion and it may not be correct, but if you agree you are welcome to join. I will be notifying CGEI today as well.
Let's hope Leete or Zit bust an informative presidents update to shareholders or maybe bust a tweet, or bust a financial statement or bust a website or facebook update or better yet.....bust a penny!!!!:(
Yak, I am about 200k shares deep here for about 12+ years. They have been arrogant and failed to live up to their own promises. Cannot buy or sell at .006. I watched $100k evaporate with no communication to a very small pool of shareholders. So nobody wants this to succeed more than i, however i have no love or respect for Zaplitny and company. I will continue to monitor and report posts eventually the violations will result in loss of all rights to post
Yak, my expectations were that they would live up to their promises to shareholders and to date they have failed on every single promise ever made. Not a good track record for a Christian.
AGAIN! Why does a tech guy like Leete think Linkedin is a great vehicle for communication? Where is our marketing guy???
are we at .0004 or .0006, I can't keep up on the restoration of shareholder value? Anybody ready for a shareholder lawsuit? FU BZ
Nevermind i see he is on LinkedIn! The supercharged internet highway of the interconnected in the world of high end tech! Be on the lookout next week Aradatum is doing a mass fax to the big time tech companies! If you ain't watching the satellites you are still driving a ford taurus! Theses goofs are still selling fax machines in the days of email!
What is Larry Leete’s Twitter handle?
So did anybody review the meeting minutes and take notice that 11 officers hold 85million voting shares. This doesn't include non-voting shares if these are issued? I have not looked at share structure in a while, but if they hold 80% of the shares another reverse split won't hurt them if they intend to dilute to raise $$$, but it could wipe us out. Just a thought, how did they all acquire so many shares???
Thank you for updates Big Yak. Wouldn't it be great if they could have just kept shareholders informed with the info they could share?
Q&A is posted on the CGE Energy website and was sent to shareholders if you are signed up for notices. Bots. Lol
PK they had 15mill....where did it go? They said each unit would cost approximately $250k. They are not reporting and they are intentionally not revealing their p & l.
danman, I hope so, if you learn more please share.
Yak, I don't think he is a con man. Anybody that followed this back in the days of the Ishpeming Housing turbine would remember this video. My opinion is that he can be a big blowhard and his mouth writes checks that his a$$ can't cover! With that said I am not real confident that this turbine is a reality! Does anybody believe two spins of the egg beater in Ishpeming was ample testing? They spoke on this and stated it was. I don't know, here we sit with a pps of .004 and no real updates to shareholders, none of the hype they spewed before. I for one kept all correspondence and would love to see a lawsuit by shareholders to get to the bottom of this. I think our only way out is a sale of technology. No financial reports so will we find out where the $15 mill is or went? How do we file a complaint with the SEC? I am going to look into it, as of this moment they are criminals in my eyes!
I think we will wait another year without rebuilding shareholder value or communicating with us in any manner. I believe our only hope is that a tower company buys us out. Investing in this turd so far has been a mistake. Zaplitny stood before a board holding his daughters hand and said “we always keep our promise”. He should be Biden’s press secretary! No conscience it would appear. Of course JMO!

It is also on the CGE Energy website. What a bunch of BS! Another one year delay. Estimated cost per tower 3 years ago was $250k. What happened to the $15mil of investors $ to build the prototypes? These guys are in the business of manufacturing cartoons and bull$#it! In 12 months satellites will have the dead spots covered! Sorry Aradatum you have missed the window of opportunity and dems push for green! Imagine that a covid delay? I call BULL!
