You think their little debt is a huge debt load? Most could write a check and pay that off in a heart beat. Their debt is minimal comparable to most Companies. You probably have more debt then them
Incubator stock backed by Billionaires... You guys are so sad
They’ve been saying it since it’s existence, at the same time it’s owned more then it ever has been by banks and institutions. They’ll create FUD but you can bet the banks will be scooping it up with every drop. Banks control things not the gov.
Cool no one cares we aren’t day traders
Axle take notice of the hiring of Bitcoin Depot guy, he already has relations with over 2,000+ business and retails. My opinion he was hired for his foot in the door with them, then Ohana Gardens and Canntinas, both large co in California are already with Paloma..
Thank wolf, we are more interested in the foundation as we watch the walls be built and the building be built. No what some algo website says.
Maybe, someone should follow up on it! We still have more advisors and new team members I believe I saw in a tweet to! Be interest to see who else
Plus the name change, likely plan for up listing and more.
Can this be pinned??!
CYIO - 109M O/S ($20.6M Market Cap)
- How many Companies are Publicly Traded Crypto Backed Lenders in the DeFi CeFi space? Zero
- How many Publicly Traded Companies offer Crypto Backed Real Estate Loans? Zero
- How many Publicly Traded Companies on the OTC Sponsor a car in Racing Tours?
- How many Publicly Traded Companies have what seem to be a Crypto Payment POS System that allows for mass adoption of businesses and retailers to accept Crypto and have it deposited as USD?
- How many Publicly Traded Companies seemingly work with the 1st ever NFT Real Estate Auction Worldwide??
I can’t wait to see what they plan for the name change? To as they say better represent the Companies business model.
They’ve done well over a billion in transactions, plus I mean they are backed by early investor Draper who was early on tesla and others. Just a billionaire!!
Great podcast on Paloma also, take note of her comments about Square, PayPal and such.

I just don’t think people realize how big Paloma is. This is a quote from her on Paloma,
Ms. Ally Medina, CEO and CO-Founder of Paloma Pay, discusses the unique advantages of the Paloma platform and how her company is poised to become the go-to payment platform for not just cannabis dispensaries, but also for everyday retail businesses to support consumers who opt for using their crypto for making payments of everyday products and services.

Hello LinkedIn also talks about Propy congratulating them on the first ever real estate NFT, of Arringtons property, and says look forward to more discussions. As well they always retweet their tweets and Propy retweets Helios and CYIO. PLUS, the webinars, with Propy. Only co I see Propy do that with is Helio and CYIO. Has to be a big connection there.
Not to mention the hiring of the guy from Bitcoin Depot. He already has access to over 2,000+ businesses and retail. Why else would they hire a sales and strategic partnerships guy for a bank? That’s because he will be pushing Paloma in places he already has his foot in the door.
Only other Company that has multiple subsidiaries, partnerships with a similar share structure is AL** and we all know where that went, and currently sits. From .04 to $9.00
You forgot the Real Estate side too! Not to mention NFT Real Estate maybe!

Don’t care about the short talk, it’s games being played by a few traders. Already have it reported and being looked into.
The keys are where this is heading and seeing the people we have backing us now. CYIO isn’t going to be CYIO much longer and our board is top notch. Mark Cuban just invested in a company of one of our advisors, tim Draper invested in another one of our partners. This isn’t no little .18 company anymore.
CYIO will be big, most will miss it. The ones doubting are the same ones who doubted at .01 the only thing that lacks is volume, any buy volume it flies. No other otc stock has the scope Cyio does. Just no one knows about it
Things you need to look into and understand what’s looking like the future.
Paloma Pay - like the square of Crypto
They brought in the Bitcoin ATM guy, why? It seems because he already has access to over 2,000+ retail businesses. Ok, how does that fit Helio? Well, they announced the CEO of Paloma Pay as a new member of the Company and have hash tagged crypto payments numerous times.
Propy - Huge real estate NFT Co backed by Billionaire Tim Draper
Helio has done numerous interviews with Propy. Propy talks about Helio often and CYIO/Helio also talk about Propy often. It seems there is some sort of connection there to not announced. Propy has done billions in transactions.
People are sleeping on a goldmine here.
- Helio Lending
- Paloma Pay
- Propy
Great interviews w/ CEO of Propy and John O’Shea talking about the Real Estate portion of what’s now being offered. Glad to see Helio officially become public as a wholly owned subsidiary of CYIO.
Ok.... Your point is? How many Companies shares on the Public Market stay exactly the same?? Still a nice share structure.
I’ve seen this play out the same way so many times, people lose hope start selling. I sit back and keep accumulating, because when it breaks. That is when you start banking.
Oh the future is certainly bright. The ones who are loading and understand patience will be well rewarded. Just as many said in the .02 - .03 range. If people aren’t loading, it’s unfortunate for them.
How so? Not showing signs of MM diluting.
Finally got my avg to .0083 @ 17M this is a absolute no brainer. Once they stop screwing around it’ll fly. Feel fortunate to be able to still buy at these levels.
CeFi/DeFi is rapidly growing, Helio is a in a tremendous position to grow rapidly too. With the addition to the real estate backed by crypto mortgages. Yeah, this is going to get better and better. Min Kim, is a key asset, who has been personally recognized by huge billionaire names in the Crypto world.
More great things to come, real estate roll out and more acquisitions to come as stated by management. One group spooked many because they sold. Then some selling, on low volume is biggest reason for the decline. Any non sense negative on this board is just that. Non sense
285 is old news. Had to be done for pre ipo investors into Helio.
TXT M shouldn’t even is not even in the equation, once Helio takes over Lewis will be gone.
Good stuff axle
I agree, news about Helio is news about CYIO 100%, it’s to connected IMO.
Great things coming, Helio comes that’s a big big deal I think many just don’t quite realize.
CYIO watch for a HUGE Merger Announcement next week.
This is false, the Company has products being sold on Amazon. They also sell CBD Products and more. They are currently working on expanding and other acquisitions as per the latest news.
Bingo, I bet it won’t ever be over 285M
They will not add 400M shares
Lewis don’t make the decisions for CYIO. He doesn’t even sign the paperwork O’Shea does.
Stock will continue on, creating lower lows and higher highs for a good while moving forward
