Just there is currently no company per say. So just meaning they have minimal assets and no listed current operations. That’s why a lot of companies merge into shell companies

Either someone doesn’t want to make money or there are some really un knowledgeable traders on this one. It’s breaking .0011 and ready to start chewing .0012 and people keep selling into .0011 and putting up walls making .0001 ?? Dumbest thing.

Yep 100% it just died. It’s only a $25,000 roughly walk at .0012 we were doing way more dollar volume then that last week.

Just lacking any buying now. People are just stacking, needs buying pressure again. Otherwise we will get brought back down by sellers. The aggressive dilution stopped it seems. But now the buying did too.

False, they have changed since the new firm went into place and the TA wouldn’t even update anything because they’d be issuing false info any increase did happen without reflecting it on the OTC site.

You say dilution, but that’s far from the case. You say no contracts but that’s also far from the truth. You’re trying to make yourself sound “smart” when you really don’t have a clue by making assumptions in a negative way. Between you and other guy, as I said move on. You really are clueless it sounds like. This is a Company that is building into something. Actually one of the very few on the otc that’s structured with a plan. Yeah it’s taking longer, but in the end if you aren’t loading every share for the long that’s your mistake. I’ve done this a long time and in the end it’ll pay off greatly for shareholders. He could go acquire just random companies all day, but better to find the best fits and right fits for long term growth. If you don’t like the company then move on, it’s really that simple.

Actually they didn’t, instead they are risking and banking on the price to be higher. So all they are doing is extending risk and thinking the price will be higher…

False, you’re pulling fairy tale information out again. They actually didn’t get “better” terms.

They do have cash, they’ve been paying notes with cash. The bull of the dilution has come from the old notes that were out of Billys control. Go fine tooth comb through S-1 and filings and you’ll see. The new restructure is simply taking risk off the table of default to preserve their cash on hand likely to continue operations and/or seek an acquisition. The negotiation and the company who agreed have a reason, if the company didn’t have a plan they wouldn’t restructure. They’d get their money now…

That’s the terms of the agreement, that they’ll pay those two amounts which was mostly covered in payment from the other co and it’s just terms of the new agreement that they’ll be current by then. Doesn’t mean they will wait until March to become current. Where do you come up with some of the stuff you say, honestly?

No default actually takes the risk of default out of the pic and no shares can be converted for 12 months :)

Yes they actually are, you’re posting false info. The federal govt actually seeks to award small companies contracts more often then not. It’s easy to get federal contracts, all you do is a few steps and have to follow their guidelines.
