Plus results from the weekend Hunt, I hope it's a nice large number by the end of the weekend. I would personally like to see more people doing it to test the app and the back office support.. I won't be able to go until Next Tuesday, and during the work week it might be tough to get more participants.

30 days of .01 or better is the 22nd of September (Sunday).. it would not surprise me to wake up Monday and see the OTCQB..

Saturday is the 30th day of being over .01..and with the application already in Approved status for OTCQB, we'll either get it Friday or most likely Monday as reporting as OTCQB.

With that and the kickoff of the World Record..eyes will be on this stock..regardless if we break the record or not..but I'll be going to get the Seattle ARK's... and if time next week hopefully travel to another city maybe Boise ..

Someone brought up that there were 939 million shares issued back from March financials.

According to the OTCQB application, anyone holding 5% or more had to be disclosed.. I didn't see anyone with that many shares..

And if it were a lender.. that's what ..187,000 shares per shareholder??

oh no..the sky is falling... if the entire AS were OS then the 5000 share holders would hold 800,000 each...

For those complaining about price.. think about this, there are 30 maybe 40 people posting here.... some pro-ttcm, some against...

There are 5000 shareholders... let that sink in, five.... thousand... someone show me an OTC pink stick with 5000 shareholders.

So if you want to bash, knock yourself out.. you are in the minority.. the rest of us the 4960 shareholders know what's happening here and we are all EXTREMELY grateful to be a part of this...

Shorters look to be getting out (cashing in) today. THey must know that something is coming and don't want to be left holding the bag.

If they were smart they'd buy their own shares and hold for a couple months.

I do not know of one other OTC pink stock that has that many...still looking.

You will recoup that loss within a month or 2, I hope you are willing to go longer than that though.

I agree. I looked at the history of a few OTCQB tickers and they all had the same thing. OTC posted that "application" looking for with an "A" for approved.. but I really think it will post on the 20th (Friday) or 23rd (Monday) because of that 1 day where it dropped under .01.. the 22nd is 30 days of above .01.

Oh Contrere'... OTCQB will have a great impact.

unlike other OTC stocks .. this one has 5000 shareholders... they found it through Ihub, word of mouth, etc...

Now all of those investors who use "stock screeners" from the major banks like Fidelity, Charles Schwab, etc.. those investors will now see TTCM as an option.. and if any of them start looking into what is going on, what has perspired since June and the direction of the company, it's a no brainer to invest...

then we will also get rid of that 'let's make money quick" mentality like most of Ihubbers want.... this isn't a quick play.. I'm up over 200% and have been here over a year.. almost 2..

Anyone who stays here will reap the rewards.. if you bought in at .03 and only see Red.. I get your frustrated..but again, if you're looking for the quick buck. .there are plenty of plays out there.. this will make money..

3rd Quarter is about to end.. new financials will be coming out.. they will look great compared to end of 2nd before the app was out and people were able to download / buy credits. the "cleaned up the books" as the IR person stated.

If you're frustrated.... Sell and get out.. claim your "tax break" and move on.. but griping about it ain't gonna solve nothing.

It will show within the week that it's OTCQB.. when it does.. (which will be smack dab in the middle of the ARK Hunt) that will boost both.

People will start looking into this and see they can also win money..

There is also a good chance we will get some "out of the blue" news in the middle of the hunt as well.. keeping eyes on it.

All in all.. those people selling this week will wish they had held for another.

Once this starts reporting as OTCQB the stock screener option at Fidelity (and other institutions) will pick this stock up..that will deinitely help the price..

I looked today (screened to 0.00 through .02) and TTCM didn't show up..

Wait til it does then all of those retail traders will be able to start doing DD on this stock .. more eyes, better pps.

Sept 22nd will be 30 days above .01 (aug 22nd was the day it dropped under). QB if not before should be fully listed by the 22nd. IMHO.

I keep seeing all of the people who say they've been here for years..I have only been here for about 1.5 years, and I splurged when it dropped..

How is a flop bad? They get to test their hosting capabilities, the word is out.. they continue to grow....

Not too many rabbits.. TTCM currently has over 5000 share holders last notice from DLM...

How many shareholders were involved in that move?

(just looked, shimpy has 82 shareholders of record, TTCM has 4904 as of last week)

That was taken out 2 months ago with the new consolidation loan that paid off all of the existing debt ..

That new loan isn't due until mid 2020..so they aren't diluting..

Again..fingers crossed we'll be getting some really good news in the next 10 days with a new 8k.. but again.. WHO knows. (except the mgmt team at TTCM)

It went up 12.5 million on the 9th or 10th of Sept. At the same time the float dropped 253,428,790.

Something went down around that time.. but we don't know what. There was some dilution, but not enough to matter, and it might end up being a good thing as the company might (emphasize MIGHT) have used it in their acquisition pursuit.

We will have to wait and see.

Pre split price is currently .00001.. that was the only way for him to get more out of it.

Serious question, we all saw the Float Dropped and the OS went up yesterday.

I tried researching if both happened at the same time and there wasn't really any defining thought to it. I see if OS went up then they basically diluted 12.5 million shares by adding it out there, but at the same time with the float dropping it sounds like either shares were put back in treasury (which defeats the purpose of the OS increase) or possibly put in as restricted.

Can anyone enlighten us on why they both would happen at the same time what would be the result..

The only thing I can think of is that the company used the float difference and the cash from the OS increase to purchase a new company and those float stocks were part of the deal and now restricted .. which means some news really is coming..

Any other ideas?

There is plenty of advertising to start and it continues to gain traction.. for those who make their decisions based on posts from people on Ihub, again, I'm sorry.. for those who take the time to investigate and see what's going on here... get ready for the ride..

After the 1 for 5000 reverse split it's trading at .07... or .00001 presplit... he knows how to clean up his company.

For the record, Yahoo has had 5.04 in their expected price for the last 3 years since I've been in the stock..

Granted I still bought back then and still holding.. I like the ideas this company has and because of that I've been rewarded.
