Notice all the partnersips included on this PO... including the last one
Has anyone found out more about MHC the company referenced in the June 2nd PR? I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to learn more about that company through google searches... only references to the PR on multiple websites.
Thanks for any input.
Nice, got myself a nice stash and see $1440ish each tic... its insane. Cant wait until those tics are pennies or more not .0001
As much as I want this to be true I am doubtful after reviewing past pumps and incorrect assumptions about stock prices... This one is different with claims of what Tommy Boy has said. I could see this with what I know of TC, but I'm not taking action on it. Already have my locked up 14+ mil shares.
I'd like to see update financials... 10Q/10K Any word on these?
Are you telling me that I have to poop my pants more than twice now? Woohoo!
Yep, that is the place! Thanks for the clarity on the layout. And great idea about the recommendation for renewal. I probably would do more than one email more than a month before and then follow up if not already purchased a week or few days before it needs to be renewed. It's also a reminder of the software since it is a thing you set and forget unless you are a shareholder like us ;) Good to get that marketing side in, maybe even with a StrikeForce newsletter and not just social media so that those who rely on email and don't do facebook, twitter, etc. can be kept in the loop and reminded of this important cyber security software.
But good good recommendation to get them thinking about that! Thanks for you feedback.
Actually, I didn't ask Mark about the contingency... that was something he brought up all on his own. His words were (paraphrased) "our law firms are on contingency". So it wasn't specifically Ropes & Gray or Blank Rome, from my recollection, but knowing full well who their law firms (plural) were it wasn't a question or a stretch to know that it includes Ropes & Gray in the 'On Contingency'.
But you are right... I don't remember getting solid confirmation about Ropes & Gray being on contingency before this either.
It's fine to not trust my post or any post for that matter, that's why I went there myself to see what I could see because of all of the posts here. Discernment is a gift and a learned behavior. You definitely need it when reading on iHub.
I definitely felt awkward just dropping in on them. Wish I had called ahead or let them know I was coming, or check for that matter if it was ok. I didn't know if there would be a receptionist at the front or what... but they just aren't to that size yet. George was the closest to the door and called Mark over to talk with me since he was in the middle of something.
Again, this was my experience and recollection of our conversation.
Great product, I know I feel much better having it on my family phones and computers.
Cheers to all!
Completely understand Multi... I feel the same and wish I had more answers than I do, but to answer some of your questions...
I actually went to Somerset, New Jersey on business training and consulting for one of our customers. Traveled there Monday, worked Tues - Thurs. and after work on Thurs. drove over to Edison, NJ where StrikeForce office is. Got there at about 4:40ish, so I wasn't sure who would be there and had my visit with Mark. My wife, son, and niece flew over on Thursday and I picked them up at the Newark airport right after going to SFOR and we vacationed all over the North East from that Thursday night for 8-9 days returning to CA on Saturday. (New York 4 nights, Boston, Newport RI, Philadelphia, Washington DC, New Jersey) - 1000 miles driven.
(I work for a software company that makes ERP software for manufacturing companies so I'm aware of aspects of a software company like SFOR, which is much smaller than where I work. You don't have to be in an office to program, train, consult, or hold meetings.. thank you Skype!)
There was one other person who left while I was talking with Mark, who I assumed was RAM being of either Persian or Indian heritage (forgive me I didn't get even a good look at this person) but Mark said "goodbye ....", to him, but the name wasn't Ram... not sure exactly what it was but more complicated than Ram. It may have been him, but it could have been someone else. That was the only other person, but again this was the very end of the day... it looked like more desks with cubical walls were established but I didn't go CSI on the place. In the front left corner they did have a big trade show booth setup or sitting there, which looked like they could do the video interviews right from there.
In regards to:
Completely agree ZPaul.. and the things you just brought up and a few others are what i smacked my head in disbelief about that i didnt ask about while i was there. This is why i wish i was more prepped before going there, but i didnt know what to expect if anything when arriving ( if i even had time to go to their office during this trip). Wish i also asked more aboyt their SDK, because I work for a medium sized software company making Erp systems for manufacturers throughout the United States and world. I'd love to see better cyber security here and everywhere. And this was a side discussion Mark Kay and I had about. He has a deep knowledge about the need for cyber security in today's age. And knows we all made it. Probably why he invested over a decade working with this company when he was already retired back in 2004. He did mention to me his story about getting involved with Strikeforce back then when he was told this small company needed his assistance. He figured it would be a few years but this opportunity and experience was worth keeping on. I did quickly hint about a buyout and he brushed that thought off quickly, but maybe because the timing is totally wrong for such an idea at the moment. In my opinion of course
Well, I just got back from my week vacation on the east coast and since I was real close to StrikeForce during my first week of work in NJ I stopped by the StrikeForce office to check out the operation and say hello.
It was amazing to walk in and see George Waller sitting at his desk working away and then spend time talking with Mark Kay himself. After so much I know about both of these guys (been on the board daily and researching SFOR for 10 months now) it was like talking to a celebrity (at least to my surprise I felt that way). Mark was very generous with his time to talk with me. Once I told him I was a share holder he did tell me much of what we on here already know, but it seemed these are the questions he was asked most often. The 2nd half of this year is what we are all looking forward to! He said that in the same words that we've seen in emails from others posting on here. He also mentioned that the lawsuits definitely take longer than anyone wants, but that with the 7 we are in litigation with they do have a list of 26 infringers that do include Google and Apple, but will be dealt with at the appropriate time. (IMO perhaps after closing several other cases to prove the point in court faster). He also mentioned, like many that have speculated, both Ropes & Gray and Blank Rome are on contingency! Great confirmation. Mark mentioned HSN and that it will happen again, but its mostly great for exposure.
Mark was a great guy to talk with, considerate and even welcomed my family (son and wife) to come in to check out StrikeForce. George was very entrenched in something he was working on and Mark was working away and aware of online discussions which lead me to believe he reads this board... maybe it was just from the questions he received, but he may be here. If so, Hello Mark!
Thought I'd share my quick experience, I wish I was more prepared with questions, but I was busy with managing a different company all week and barely made it to the SFOR office before EOD last Thursday.
Cheers! and go SFOR!
I have said the exact same thing... totally agree and could be easy money for a Billionaire
Amazon just announced their own plans of something like the Geek squad that Best Buy has... wonder if that would count as IT
So... if I was a billionaire... and I bought 4,000,000,000 shares at .0017 that would cost me $6,800,000. If I retired 3,000,000,000 shares and kept 1 billion. The stock price rise or assistance that would give to an increase would WAYYYY outweigh the initial investment.
Of course some holes in this thinking... like gettting that many shares at that price... but just a thought.
Added another 2 mil today... I can't stop buying this great opportunity!
and Just informed my brother made an investment today as well... Let's help get the word out as it seems many just don't know about this opportunity!
I see a tremendous amount of impatience here... more news and good things are still on the way... just keep your panties on!
woot woot... I'll take it Thanks Capn!
That right... and that's why we are in the boat before the amazing fins come out... isn't that what pinky land is all about... getting in before the release of major news/proof.
Yes, very nice... me too. I just don't post much. Have put together a little over 11m shares so far.
Not tired if you love what you do and you are making HUGE progress... Sounds like they are really excited about it and not just waiting for the weekends. :)
Had to add a few more milly today as I did yesterday as well. Hopefully together we are soaking up the float.
Sorry all... had to bounce out with my sales today. Had to follow a different investment for the time being. I'm certain ENDV will do well and will return... Hopefully before having to chase
Yep, I just picked up another 800k+ to add to my 5m. :D
Gonna be epic... drop in pps just makes it better for me to grab crazy cheap shares.
I would agree with that for sure... or the board told him to so that the pps doesn't skyrocket while they try to do a share buy back. :) You never know until we get those 8ks or new PRs.
i agree with that. you speak the truth
With what Tom C. has stated, wouldn't that indicate that perhaps they have much less in liabilities than you are assuming? Perhaps that is already taken care of and the buyback process in currently underway. That's an easier possibility than that the CEO is not telling the truth.
"Going to NASDAQ sooner than you think"
Soaked up another 1.5 mil to add to my pile. Woohoo baby let's do this!
Ha, my brother who I introduced to stocks can't stop looking at bitcoin or marijuana stocks... I jumped into bitcoin when it was around $330 each, but didn't buy much and bought the coin, not the stock. You can buy fractions upon fractions of a coin to make it transactable... anywho... BVTK was an accident for me as well. Cyber Security is the place to be right now and with the connections to government... well, you can't ask for more.
There is only one thing that could send this down and that would be a complete utter lie and betrayal by a CEO to shareholders and the world... With all of the research I've done, the chances of this guy being that person is .0024% (not to increase with the stock price I might add)
This week I'm working with a Food Distribution company (think cereals and granola) in San Dimas - Damn its hot! Originally from SoCal San Clemente, Dana Point area, but now presiding on the Central Coast in Paso Robles... Love that wine! Can't wait to not worry about the # of bottles I put in my cellar! (3.5M+ on this diamond in the rough)
Yep... I completely agree as do many here I believe. Stars are in alignment on so many aspects I can't find a fault in this diamond in the rough... Word will be out soon and that's when we will wonder why we didn't sell other things to buy more into this. This has a more guarantee feeling with a small amount of time than others that can be definitely a gamble with big potential payouts.
Personally I'm managing my interests in SF0R, 3NDV, U0!P, and here... some ins and outs lately have been beneficial to increase my interest here at the right time, but I'm no flipper.
I'm not going to mess with people on the board to try to inflate or deflate an impression, but this thing only needs the 10k and/or 8k deliveries to set it on fire. Tom C. sounds like he knows what will make it take off and is even strategizing the info appropriately; which would match what others have stated on this board... We are working with a smart CEO, who through luck or brilliance has positioned himself for this point. I work weakly coaching teams on business intelligence and efficiency in all forms of manufacturing which includes CEOs, CFOs often... Tom is brilliant in my opinion from everything I've seen screams confidence in this company, his strategy and timing! Sometimes its all about timing and who you know, sprinkled with some luck.
Like any of us, I wish this to be sooner than later, but business reality takes time. Time doesn't mean that things aren't being accomplished like some impatient people may try to observe on ihub.
Also, as hard as I work, my Hat's off to Tom for pulling 3 all nighters to get shit done if needed... I'd be a zombie and worthless after 1, and I'm no slouch, but adrenaline on major projects can do amazing things!!! Watch out guys and gals, this is an amazing opportunity.
Now go grab your drink of choice for reading all of this And see you at Disneyland when this bad boy takes off! lol, It'll be like winning the World Series! (am I dating myself? They don't say that so much anymore do they?)
I feel the same way... I love to be optimistic, but this is huge and so much potential I'm constantly excited, but also not counting my chickens till they hatch.
Yeah I know... I was thinking about what it will be improved from and how much. Only time will tell. :D
GLTA! Let's do this!
Thanks for your valuable input... I've got my millions of shares already! Maybe more on Monday.

Wait.. what is the AS/OS again? I don't recall
Just added to bump this a bit. Come on 11!
Has anyone emailed Mr. Mann about any time frame update on when pre-clinical trials will be released?
How long are they allowed to come up with a budget for this? Do we know a typical or derived timeline for the next step?
Great news and great post ZPaul in putting this all together in one post. This is a true WIN for StrikeForce.
Do we have any idea on how long settlements have to pay up? It must have some grace period for the amount of $'s StrikeForce should be receiving.
Yeah, I work as a consultant/trainer for an ERP software company. I am looking for my in to suggest a security makeover to include anti key-logger and 2FFA using StrikeForces SDK (licensing). Timing is everything!
Cyber Security is critical to our countries infrastructure.
Yes, that they are selling Cygate is great! I like his pitch its a great sales pitch and does inspire confidence to buy it (using great neuro-linguistics). It should work well. Good research, too bad you didn't buy it. :p ha, i'm in a mood.
I'm grateful for your views diligentcpa. I often feel you are writing my words.
