No, when?
No, it will be 1:4 per the 8-K filed last week. Asset sale to pay off additional debt should be soon as well.
VNDM keep moving up on the bid. Hmmm...
Yesterday was a selloff day that finished up this morning. Today is consolidation day. Move up will begin once consolidation is complete. No one knows when that is because no one can read other people's minds. lol
VNDM now on the bid. lol
Yep, MMs look ready to start taking this up again.
Listen, Sunny, yours is not the only group that was here, ok? They pumped, they dumped, then left quietly. They didn't come back to show off or rub people's faces in it. In every stock, there are going to be flippers and longs. Let everyone trade according to their style. Why act as if people need to follow you in order to make money? It's offensive! If you had just left quietly like the other groups, there would be no hard feelings right now. Some of us are actually happy when others make money... just don't do it at the expense of others.
Why would anyone hate strong traders on their board? lol. It's the pumping, dumping, then bashing that most detest.
BOOM! Bulls back in control now!
Looks like nhod is coming.
Shouldn't you be helping your followers at OP*Z? It's tanking today.
All those shares that churned from .04 and above yesterday and today are looking for higher. We will make new highs this leg.
Looks like they're ready to take this back up. Going green here.
Most read board....
There's a difference between feeling excited about a stock you own and pumping in order to dump your shares on unsuspecting newbies. You know how you can tell the difference? People who are excited about where their stock is going don't leave at the first bearish candle. lol
In the end, it won't matter if a company is improving fundamentally, which ICLD is. Today was a blip on the bigger radar screen. However, newbies who panic sold today on the dump likely lost money. It's a tough lesson...
Let's move on...
Then it suddenly got bearish at .0985. lol
Excellent way of putting it!
Oh, no, I saw it. And I had to sell a portion of my position because of it. But there are newbies who do not know about groups.
It is when a stock drops from .0985 to .0435 in a matter of minutes.
That will definitely be the news to send this soaring. But they are also acquiring contracts every month, including $3 million worth so far this year that were not accounted for in the 10-K. Asset sales, elimination of convertibles, long term debt reduction, new contracts... lots in the pipeline. ICLD is not a one trick pony.
Recent Contracts:
November: $3.5 million
December: $1.6 million
January: $200K
February: $400K
March: $2.4 million
Glad he's getting the word out!
The last time I looked, this was the ICLD board.
You mean that stock that has no revenues, no liquidity, and hasn't moved in share price in a year? That one? No, thanks, call me silly but I think I'll stick with a company that trades hundreds of millions of shares per day, does actual business with Fortune 1000 companies, makes actual money with real employees and stuff. Thanks, though. Good luck and tata now.
Dino, I was talking about profit-takers buying their shares back, not a company share buyback. lol
The conversation was about traders who sold today. Sheesh!
Yeah, it would totally suck to be someone who sold for a loss unnecessarily.
That's exactly what's going to happen. They will use their profits to buy back their shares or try for even more shares than they started with. That's why I said panic buying will ensue at some point as people try to get their shares back. Everyone knows that a stock that trades 266 million shares in one day, or $16 million dollar volume, is nowhere near done! Everyone is still watching and trying to figure out their re-entry point.
You too, friend.
Maybe it would have turned out differently if they had heard the sound of a choo choo train throughout the day. lol
ROFL!!!
As catsclaw just pointed out, just the one unit of ICLD is worth $100 million or more.
Yes, good point! It's insane to be trading at a $25M market cap.
A 400 employee, $78 million revenue-generating, severely undervalued scam! lol. People are so ridiculous to sell on fear when there's nothing to fear.
Interesting... that was included in today's release for a reason. He wasn't just thinking out loud. He was letting shareholders know that there are various options available to the company.
A couple of interesting points (although there are others) from today's release:
"Recently, two companies with similar software platforms to InterCloud's have sold for over $100 million each."
Is he implying that they are a possible buyout candidate? Also...
"We have focused on strategic partnerships to help lower our costs of sales and deliver our solutions into large enterprise customers that already have existing relationships with our brand name partners. I look forward to reporting news around this market during 2017."
Basically, they are able to expand their customer base through relationships with existing customers. You know that the start up phase is the hardest, but once you have customers, especially fortune 100 customers who can vouch for your products and services, growth becomes much easier.
Go tell that to Amazon. lol
Yes, I have. They did not make a net profit in Q4, but it's more important that they get rid of their debt, so I'm ok with that. I couldn't care less who says buy or sell. All I know is we are not even trading 1x revs, ok? We are trading at less than 1/3 revs, so I would call that just a tad undervalued.
That too, PB. If insiders are confident enough to buy shares at .25 or .68, then I'm ok buying down here.
