Look at the filings. There's a 10g of a company snapping up 10% stakes in quite a few penny stocks. I'm glad to be in two of their 6 or so scoop. Good things coming I assume. People are loading the boat now.

The stock was beat down by a few things in the past but once it becomes current I think this is big.

You can see the company is still alive and is starting to post filings again. I like the new location and I'm sure they're almost all warm and cozy ready to take the pps back up this year. Check it out on google maps. As of february they moved here:

The company is quite delinquent on financials so obviously this thing isn't really going to budge till Dror gets all that in line. Take a look at the Wolf of Weed Streets article. He actually met with them and was ecstatic about the company. I think at the time, it just wasn't a good play. Perhaps now?

The gist I gather is they don't really give a care about the current pps as they fully expect it to continue up. So 1 percent every three months is fine with them. That's just the opinion I gathered. Not really sure what to make of it. I'm not a financial advisor.

If you're looking for one penny stock to make you a millionaire you should let someone else handle your money. Just an opinion. Your money of course. You're walking amongst the wolves here. Sheep get ravaged. All the same, I think this pps is a great buy opportunity.

I find it interesting how fast a Forbes article gets drafted and released so soon after a very specific filing. This seems way too calculated to me. Someone wants shares cheap imo.
