Cant believe AABB doesnt have more interest from IHub traders.
Seems like many miss that part
Did you find out something interesting from the Chamber? I recall the InMed stuff but must of missed whoever posted about that. That was a good idea to call them
I had a feeling that's how it worked. Glad to be sure. Nice to have confidence from lenders/investors!
Can you please elaborate?
Must be a MM trying to get us onto trading scanners today lol
Any update on the investigation of that phoney PR?
Agreed, but im curious what has you certain. Outside of Wayne have you come across anything on Rene?
Respectfully, what do you make of InMed not responding to repeated inquiries? Similarly, Pitchbook showing InMed as acquired. I believe Pitchbook is supposed to be a decent platform for private equity research and they advertise based on data accuracy. Also silence from Continental Finance until the rejection than a retail receives a response email from CFC management saying financing is not going through. Then news switch to Flagship. That seems to indicate Rene was actively searching for financing. Wayne mentioned they backed out because of contacts suggesting a scam, which also seemed plausible.
Im ready! I think the 19th is the 30 day mark of their 45 day window? I have a feeling they will deliver early as in the past. Management appears solid.
Based on investment amount and previous brokered mineral sales do you guys think we will see less, same, or more than RNKLF?
Welcome back, this one appears to be the real deal. Should have news to back that up in weeks.
Anyone remember the poster who claimed Rene responded to an email and said to "enjoy the free ride"? Was that you op? If im remembering this correctly it plays into cachecows narrative
So its a spread trading Algo?
Do you guys think the periodic flipping here is retail or MM?
Has anyone received responses from IR here recently? I was hoping to get some guidance on their plans for auditing and uplist goals that they mentioned in previous filings for this year.
Maybe AABB is your second chance :). We have to have something of value located for that level of foreign investment.
That was an amazing run, I hope you caught some of that move.
I agree, its nice to relax on this one and the let news unfold for a change. Float sure feels locked
Not a single share traded yet today?
Whats your concern? Daily chart still shows uptrend and news has been fairly straightforward. Just <45 days from announcement for operating details and it should be done.
Company appears to file and update reliably with sufficient details to suggest a real deal is in progress.
Any scheduled incoming news here?
Has anyone spoken with their IR team? Are they trustworthy as a company?
Before none of the PRs released by Toron were questioned. Why is this the first PR being questioned? Whats going on? Is it absence of reasonable arguments that now even PR is questioned?
It is interesting how the rhetoric has changed here since late 2017. What is the reason for such a drastic change??
Now it will be fascinating to see how the market reacts.
Thank you! Wonder if there is anyone other than Brad we can try.
Would you mind sharing the phone number to contact them?
($ 000's)
I hope it goes well. Which phone number gets you to them?
So was Patrick Ryan added to that only recently?
Good time for call options
I asked IR if their S1 is contingent on OTCQB or any specific price for that matter and how the shares transferred will be handled by the lender.
Email response from ABCE:
"The S1 is not contingent on OTCQB.
The S1 is not contingent on any share price
The buyer is an investor and not a lender.
Since this is an equity purchase, the buyer can do any thing they wish with the shares
Best Regards,
David Shorey"
Agreed. Anyone have a good grasp on how the S1 will go down? Is it basically a dilutive secondary offering where the lender will sell the shares into the market? or do they hold?
I also had all my email ignored. I do bet they are busy though they had a lot of progress. I can understand if the lender requested it and forced their hand. The lender essentially asked them to cancel current retail holders and clear up room under the authorized for their offering lol.
Think that seems to be all news Gaius originally posted from David so they came through! Unfortunately we are following the trend of the last RS where we will flat line until the effective date. Post effective date we will sell off again probably returning to pre-split price - then we can increase position or go long for those who exited.
Why do you think it will be today?
This S1 financing is more or less a dilutive secondary offering correct?
