They have the money. It is Aerline that killed the deal for unkown reasons, likely that the conditions has changed that was not favorable to Aerline.
It was not about the lack of funds.
History shows that they have accomplished a lot.
As I said....News are coming before the end of the year.
How is this a scam? Firestream and I have been asking, and not one person has explained this.
How do you know that is a fact? Kallita Air offered them a lease contract just not too long ago.
You were right, as it's just that everybody else wanted to see Baltia screwed up, whereas they didn't.
I have just recently learned that Aerline is struggling to make ends meet, so they are trying to cut costs and trying to take as much money as possible from customers and vendors.
It sounds like the negotiations between USGLobal and Aerline didn't go too well as Aerline wanted too much for Songbird, where Tony and Team tried to negotiated for a fairer price. I don't have the details of it, but it's best that USGlobal let this one go.
Hey, I would like a follow up on the theory of this company being a scam. Did you get any type of document that indicates fraud or a sham?
I haven't.
I think we'll be waiting a long time for someone to actually prove that this is a scam. 28 years and still counting...nothing.
This will not go into the trips. But if you want to prove me wrong, then one is welcome to sell the shares. THEN I will be happy to buy them.
I believe we have. I'll email you who I think it is.
I would have liked to see USGlobal Airways get Songbird, but they know a lot more than we do to have them make the determination that it's best to abandon the deal.
This I do know that they did request to extend as much as possible and Aerline gave them 3 weeks. I believe USGlobal was trying to get the Audit filed in time for them to raise capital to operate Songbird. They do have the money to close the deal, but the question remains: Do they have enough to operate it before making revenue? My guess? Not quite. The Audit would have build confidence to the lender to make this possible.
So, with the new BOD, I think it'll be a game changer.
Won't happen to this one...you are just wasting your time.
Since Songbird is no longer on the table, and the upcoming material events are just about to be accomplished, I do not see a big drive of the PPS for the time being.
If Songbird was on the table, then there would be a reason to drive the PPS up.
Once the Audit is wrapped up, then great, time to move on.
Once the Name change and Ticker change takes place...great, moving forward.
However, once the revised plan is shared with us, it may drive the PPS. When the Songbird deal was on the horizon, it hardly did anything to the PPS.
So I expect nothing exciting for the time being.
However, I do believe that there will be a new addition to the BOD within 3 months.
Dwelling on the past won't do any good for what is to come.
US Global will accomplish what they are setting up to do by satisfying the management team and it's shareholder.
Barry doesn't work for the company and what he said 10 years ago has zero bearing on US Global's vision.
Tony has done a great job managing this company to avoid flying into a disaster.
It is Aerline who decided to kill the deal, not Tony nor his team. I find it comical that many thinks that Tony scammed people which isn't true at all. At best, Aerline screwed the shareholders of USGlobal.
For those who are angry about this, need to realize that investments carry risks, and those who decided to invest are responsible for thier choices. You can sell, hold or buy. Management team did not hold a gun to your head to make a decision.
The management team at USGlobal has NOT lied to the public. They have told us upfront about the path they want to pursue that will be best for the company and shareholders, and they have not failed us.
Songbird may have been the best at the time, but negotiations may have discovered that it is best to kill the deal. You can be angry about it, but can you honestly say you know everything that went down behind closed doors? I doubt it.
Also, I find it comical that nobody knows where that $1 million comes from...do some DD and it is pretty obvious.
As I said yesterday, US Global does have a bright future.
The PPS did not tank as some would have hoped to see it happen. Sorry to burst your bubble of despair.
Tony and his team has been upfront with us from the start and has not lied to us as some claimed. Once the audits are released, this paves the way for the alternative path that the company decided to pursue.
It is much better than the Songbird path, and many will be glad you are holding and buying as more details will come forth in the coming months.
US Global Airways does have a very bright future in the coming months. Once the audit is ready for release, that closes the door on Baltia Airlines and pave the way for US Global Airways.
It does not take much DD to figure that out. Read up the updates on usglobal.com and call the company and use your head. This company will succeed.
The PPS does not reflect on Management performance, just the impatience so-called investors.
When the new year rolls around, the name, "Baltia Airlines," will be no more. It certainly will take by many by surprise.
Tony and his team has accomplished a lot over the past year and the coming weeks will show their results.
Just be patience, and watch the good times roll.
Wasn't the e-bike a prototype?
I would like to request to be taken out of jail, please. I know what I did wrong and I've allowed myself to stay off for over 3 weeks to let myself cool off.
Big day tomorrow...get some good night sleep! It is going to be very exciting moment for longs.
I knew it! This is the best week ever! So many weak hands selling...tomorrow at 10 am EDT is the moment!
Oh, I see it as a good thing. Aersale is also a clientele as well...so trying to make this sound like a bad thing is just not going to work.
Whatever.
Show proof that they did.
No, their mind has been set on. OVER AND OVER AND OVER, we have been getting a message from John Lampl...I'm going to write this statement in quote for clarity:
The 8K that has been released since September 1st, 2017 has made it VERY clear that the Songbird deal will close between October 15 - 31st, unless something is forcing them to back out, which we have not gotten any word about it. Therefore it is safe to assume that they are on track to close the deal NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 31st.
I'm sorry that this is irritating you, but WHO CARES? They chose to go in a blackout phase, fine. They can choose to get out anytime they want...fine. They can do whatever they want. They are not violating any SEC rules.
It is going to close by October 31st. FINAL.
Before I go, I would like to say that this is one of the most amazing week for USGlobal that the company has seen. The PPS is poise to go very high and all signs are pointing up. Proud of Tony's team.
I am out for the weekend. Bye.
Well...I am out.
I was right after all, this is one of the best week of this month. I am loving it!!!
Please call the IR of USGlobal on the website for clarification.
How come it is so quiet in here? Is it the sound of defeat? USGlobal Airways is flying!
This is what is going to happen to all of us when we get the news that Songbird deal is ready to close. https://www.instagram.com/p/BarZN6bHhrI/
Seriously? With all the evidence right in front of you?
I'm quite relaxed. The deal is going to close.
When anyone speaks to the Investor Relation, they will get a response from John Lampl, and he makes it very clear. The message is this, "When we have something to announce, it will be on the website." Nothing more, nothing less.
They made an announcement by creating a new addition to the executive team, and that was their decision. They still may be in a blackout phase, but all of us will not get anything else from them unless it was posted on the website. For now, that is the means of communication to all shareholders and non-shareholders.
No one has inside information to share. Not even me or you have the upper hand. EVERYBODY will get the information at the same time, and that will be posted on the website.
I understand the reason why they are in a blackout phase. They have the money to buy Songbird...it is clear as day as per the 8K. Otherwise, the deal would have been dead already. Since it's not...it's still alive.
Tony and his team are planning...keyword...planning to buy Songbird, but before they do this, they are exploring ALL options to seek ways to maximize profits once they have Songbird on their hands. The moment they get the deal close, they are going to act fast, and they need a plan to stick to.
Since September 1st, they have been working hard to come up with several plans and figure out which is the best approach. I've done something like this at Boeing. I have developed a design, and I had to contact several vendors to get their bid to figure out which has the best cost and can deliver without compromising quality. That part of the planning took time, and I was racing against time, because I had a deadline to meet. Once I found the best method to build the design, the plan is executed and implemented. That is why they are in a blackout phase...they need to focus on developing a plan before they get their hand on Songbird. Because once they get the deal close...the time is ticking to get profitable.
So as per the 8K they have until the 31st to close the deal, so why not use all the time available to them to develop a plan? They have the money, they have made offers for employment on the Songbird crew, and Micheal Jordan has been working hard to have potential customers ready to fly, and Tony has been getting all the chess pieces lined up. I believe they are almost ready to close the deal and execute the plan they developed to move forward.
They are going to close the deal, whatever you like it or not. It's a done deal, and they are going to move forward starting November 1st.
The hint that was posted on www.usglobal.com was very telling. That's Tony reorganizing the chess pieces and getting them in place.
Tony has said that he and his team has done DD on Songbird Airways, which is a very good thing, and now, what he has been doing in the past few months is developing a rock solid plan, and we are seeing it come into places as we speak.
Yes, I saw the assistant part as well. It tells me that they are reorganizing in preparation to bring on the SB crew.
That's a very telling sign of how well the deal is going.
Bingo. Things are getting wrapped up. That new info is a clue to many, and if they cannot see it...tsk.
Do your DD...it is already there.
With this new information shows that USGlobal is alive and kicking. I wasn't BSing around. There is a lot going on behind close doors and good things are coming.
It's new. Quit fooling yourself.
