Subject Is the company dead?
Message Given that the pps is now .0003, whereas I have lost thousands of dollars trying to support Balita/USGlobal for success. So, the question I would like the answer to
is, "Is the company dead?"

to me
I have checked with several people and no one is aware of such a practice. The web site is available for anyone.
The company continues to pursue its objective to launch an airline.
Kind regards.

Take it or leave it, Pennywize.
I am done with this message board. For 3 years, it has been nothing but misleading information. No one has direct access, and it's all speculations.
I now have a contract that is taking up a lot of my time, so, I am walking away. I currently own millions of shares with USGlobal, but have no desire to follow up on it. I consider it lost, and will use it to write off the taxes for 2018.
See ya, don't bother replying.
You can. I can't. However, I did get a respond from the USGlobal team last night stating that the company is not dead, and they remain to become an airline.
There is no, "false" going on here.
I am using a public network and had send an email through the USGlobal.com before the blackout happen. It had transmitted my public IP address, and a few hours later, I can no longer see any contents on USGlobal.com. However, I can with my mobile phone because it's not a WIFI network. I get unlimited data, so what's the point of going on WIFI?
However, I got home yesterday and used the same laptop, same browser, without any changes, and went on USGlobal.com, and lo and behold...I am able to see it.
There is no technical difficulties. I know this because I am now back on the same public network and now cannot see the content of the site. I asked my friend to use his laptop to see if he can get on, and he can't, because is on the same public network as I am currently on.
I am for USGlobal, but with the current activity going on...I am pissed off at them.
You just don't know how it works....Go ahead...send them an e-mail through the USGlobal.com site...that way your IP address can be recorded and they will use it to block you.
The second way a website can block you from accessing it is to block your IP address. IP is short for "internet protocol" address and is a unique multidigit number assigned to you automatically by your operating system once you connect to some kind of network. Every network has a different IP address, which makes people easily identifiable to network administrators. Once a website administrator notices that a specific user attached to a specific IP address is breaking the site's Terms of Service, he can block that IP from being able to access the site. This means that nobody will ever be able to access the site again from that particular computer network. If a person's IP address is blocked from a site while using a public computer in a setting like a library, nobody who uses that location for internet access will be able to connect to that site regardless of whether she was involved with the blocking or not.
You are correct that it's still there. I just found out that they used my IP address to block me. I can see it on my mobile phone, but on my laptop, I can't.
So everybody else can see it, but me. Simply because I pissed them off, I get blocked. What did I do? Just asked them a simple question, "IS the company dead?"
www.usglobal.com has gone blank. The source code is still there, but they have reconfigure the page to be completely whiteout. I guess they don't want anybody contacting them.
It's official...the company is dead.
It's up and running.
No one had claim inside information. I was not privy to having access to those. What was shared was already public.
When is the Show Cause hearing? I thought it was supposed to be on May 28th, 2018.
Dude...just stop. Management has proven themselves inept. What makes you think they are capable of turning things around when they have failed to do so, twice?
Here's the problem with this letter to shareholders on November 30, 2017. Keep in mind that this was 7 months ago.
Thursday, November 30, 2017
To Our Valued Shareholders:
?
In our commitment to keeping you fully informed of the company's progress, we would like to provide you with an update.
On Wednesday, November 29th, the company filed an 8k stating that our agreement to purchase Songbird Airways has been terminated. While we understand this may come as disappointing news, this move is a result of our continued effort to ensure the executive management team is making the best decisions possible for this company and its shareholders over the long-term. We are keen on moving in a direction which will expedite the generation of revenue and profitability for this company, and continue to explore the existing opportunities which will allow us to do so. Our Board of Directors met yesterday and unanimously decided to move forward with our revised approach. Due to the confidentiality of the relevant parties, we cannot go into more detail at this time.
Now...Everybody here keeps thinking that we'll go back and get Songbird. This statement from Tony does not indicate that we are going back to get Songbird at another approach. The Songbird deal is dead. Period.
For the past year, we have aggressively tackled several issues that the company inherited from the previous management teams, including but not limited to, the unexpected liabilities that we have previously reported. Keeping this in mind, the company has nonetheless been able to complete the 2015 and 2016 audits which we are striving to release soon. Our capital raising efforts have been directly affected by the actions of the legacy company, however, we are confronting these issues head on in order to rectify them and concurrently continue to evolve into the company we aspire to become. Our executive team has embraced a culture of discipline and fortitude, which has enabled the ability to identify when more attractive opportunities may exist. With your interests at heart, and so much at stake, we will not take any action if we are not 100% confident it is best for the company and for you. It is this frame of mind that motivated our decision to pursue an alternative to Songbird.
7 months is not soon, and why in the world would Tony release a statement that is currently on the page of USGlobal.com saying that "The restatement of previous years' financials and ongoing legacy legal proceedings have caused a delay in providing completed audited financials." When HE clearly said that it's complete. So...what is wrong with holding it for weeks, let alone MONTHS has passed by without keeping true to his words.
We believe this decision is in the best interest of our shareholders and everyone who has worked non-stop to make this company successful. I want to thank our investors for their confidence and trust in our team. We will be announcing more details about the new direction in the coming weeks.
Sincerely, Anthony D. Koulouris
Chairman & CEO
So overall, They are inept.
They had 2 747 and a Cessna.
What is there to be excited about?
Here's a Koolaid drink for you. Tart Cherry. They are 90+ days of no commuication, told us that the audit is complete, but zero evidence of that.
Keep drinking that Koolaid!
Looks like Tony is closing up shop.
No word from USGlobal...ha...embarassing.
I never sold a single share. Period. I want out, that is true. Waiting for the right time.
Who said I sold?
Remember...this has NOTHING to do with BLTA/USGL due to the failure of Songbird deal. The plane is now for another compnay.
Hype.
Looks like this company is done for. RIP Tony and crew.
Really? based on what?
I am not following this ticker anymore. I have not lost money on this ticker, it's just that it is very unclear what future URBF has with BEVO.
What's sad about the USGlobal website is that they did "update" by removing the two figures as per 8K, but didn't change Michael Jordon's job description. According to the website, he's still the VP of Capital Markets.
They aren't on top of their game. It seems they are doing minimal work, just to get by.
It's the same thing every damn day. This is certainly becoming a pipe dream.
No kidding.
I honestly don't care what you do with the shares. I just personally know two of them that were heavily invested in BLTA has sold in December and never bought back in. They are done with the company have have zero confidence in Tony's leadership.
I have lost my desire to defend this company. It looks like our loyalty to the company doesn't mean anything to the management staff.
Three months has passed since their "Merry Christmas" letter, and now it seems like, "Take the new Year and shove it up your behind."
It's alright. Many of us have gave up and sold the shares. No point of being on here complaining about some mythical $125 million dollars being gone.
It has come to my opinion that USGlobal Airways has failed it's shareholders. They don't have anything to move forward with.
Okay, Tony.
Finally, the website is updated as per 8-K after sending them an e-mail about it. They are listening.
I think it is...and what's nice about it is that not one share was sold today.
Pure assumption.
Some of you guys ASSume that SEC has suspended BLTA. Whereas they haven't for the past two years because it's still trading!
US Global had the money. It just wasn't worth 6.5 million.
Yeah, whatever. Share something that you know...not assume.
Got word from him last week.
And there it is...trying to mislead people. In no history of the USGlobal indicated that Lampl resigned.
Ask that very question to John Lampl.
The www.usglobal.com website is not updated and can no longer be relied on.
So much for constant communication as John Lampl said in his emails, "When we have something value to share, it'll be updated USGlobal.com"
2 8k on staff changes, and nothing updated on the site.
Yep...
He has 75 million shares, it doesn't matter what he does with the BOD. All it matters what he does with the shares.
Perhaps him leaving may have to do with the audit finances, which has not yet been released, as by no doubt that he was in part of it. There may have been some one who is going to fund the operations requested that he leaves in order to bring in the funds.
No one is leaving. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Just relax and enjoy the ride.
Yep. Nobody cares about what others say. News directly from USGlobal only matters.
