Gwen, re your post below:
Hello Chevy, re your post below:
It's a new record - but just barely.
The average daily Naked Short Selling for the week is 55.87%
Heading for a record . . . . .
Last week's average per day NAKED SHORT SELLING was around 55%.
Through four days we now stand at 62.42% average daily naked short selling.
Interesting times indeed:
Could be shaping up to be an historic week:
Naked Short-wise anyway : )
I wonder how close it will come to 100% ?
And then, just like that {and soon}, it will go to zero.
Follow the $$$.
James
North, thanks for the link - good to see GILD back in the ballpark - and still looking for that "Cornerstone Molecule" by the way : )
Re our daily Naked Shorting - Looks like Monday gave us a number slightly higher than last weeks average.
Follow the money.
James
Serene, Appreciate your post - most likely you're right on the mark and your concerns are therefore more than appropriate.
But not to worry - Ronin will likely become almost irrelevant by the time any votes are counted.
Take care.
James
Hummmmm . . . . .
Didn't Gwen or someone used to post the naked short numbers on a regular basis?
Average daily naked shorting for the week comes in at 55.24% a day - Now who do you suppose is responsible for all that naked shorting : )
No Record today.
Only 50% naked shorting today.
Continuing to accumulate is fun - but daunting at times : )
I think this must be a new record.
Good afternoon Jake,

jake, just a comment relating to your post excerpted in relevant part below:
JBAIN, Of course you are on the right track - The IP does indeed have great value - and the initial validation of same should be forthcoming before the AGM. Ronin may, or may not, play a small role as events unfold.
Follow the Money.
James
KT, You're on the right track re Ronin. But perhaps more importantly, North is as well re Jedd Wolchok and MSKCC et al.
Follow the money.
And the beat goes on & on & on - until it stops : )
Post Split Naked Shorting - see below.
Just a suggestion to all - pay attention to what North has been trying to say - and don't forget about the motivated and very well connected fellow he keeps mentioning.
Have a nice evening.
James

Jake, seems you've got some support from at least one of the folks I talk with about PPHM. She agrees that Ronin will want to monetize all of the IP and will likely move swiftly to do so should they get the opportunity. However, she also agrees with you regarding the "urgency" the current crew now faces and, in this regard, just sent me an email regarding exosomes and a possible way out for SK and the BOD. So I thought I'd share it with you.
James
KT, the Naked Shorts topped themselves again today. I wonder where the share price would be without them.
James
KT, just a comment related to your post excerpted in relevant part below:
Mr. Corp, re your statement below:
Hello Sunstar, re your discussion about the shorts - I thought you'd like to see the Nasdaq naked short numbers for just this past week. As you know, they won't ever give up - at least not until the game is over - and then they'll just disappear - or more accurately, move aggressively to the long side.
Gwen, we had a range today from $4.00 at the open to a high of $4.98 - and then closed at $4.79 - I wonder what the price would be without all the naked shorting over the past three days ???
