Well I'm not comfortable saying "...all steps were executed exactly as outlined in the CC." I would say in process rather than executed exactly and again that is only my understanding of what was stated and what I believe is going on.

"In process" would be correct.

I would only add that the process is nearing completion as you suggest. A bottle of wine is most certainly appropriate : )
