North, a very brief comment re your post below:

Rumor: MRK will M&/orA with AZN. I opined earlier today:

So far as Bavi or B-Bodies are concerned, will PPHM approach, or now be approached by, 1) one of, 2) more than one of, 3) none of, 4) some entity other than: AZN, BMY, MRK, PFE, GILD, DNA/Roche.

PPHM's point to each of above entities is: none of combos tried so far give good, economically favorable RRRS values, PFS values, OS or mOS values for enough patients. What else are you going to try in a combo trial?

Brekken's mice died of old age. Dr Wolchok/MSKCC knows that, and has the ears and eyes of all.
