i imagine partners made the decision to represent SFOR. As others have said, huge firms dont take on cases to lose and ruin their record. if they do lose, many heads will roll. i am sure they will do everything to prevent that from happening. they are gonna make major revenue when these settle/or even win. then comes all the others. that is what is in it for them in my opinion.

ACS is a channel partner that distributes SFOR products. they purchased guarded ID and Mobile Trust. They also sell Protect ID. Whatever they sell SFOR gets a cut. SFOR can sell all of their products independently, but it is assumed ACS as well as Alvarez has existing vendor status with the Federal Government. Well, its not assumed with Alvarez they are a vendor of IT for the Federal Government and are also a distributor of SFOR Products.
