Is there anything that stops blackbridge from being able to sell the shares to the market right after they purchase them? Obviously, they would only lose money by dumping them and causing the sp to fall, but I think they can be freely traded right off the bat.
Even so, it's a far smarter way of financing than going straight for convertible notes and it's truly in the financiers best interest to not let the share price crash.

I may have missed something in the filing or pr, but that's how I understood it. I just don't want anyone to think that these are automatically restricted, then see BBC on the ask, and be caught off guard.

And like others have said, I HIGHLY doubt they'll ever need the whole 50 million in funding. And the good part is that the financing received will never show as accrued debt. Yes, it's POSSIBLE that it could affect shareholders because the OS will be affected, but it's all money the company can use whenever they need to fund the klickzie launch.

Well, blackbridge capital is involved with penny stocks, but they deal with bigger companies as well. They have deals with godaddy, shake shack, and virgin, to name a few. They list the companies they work with, even the pinks.
ALL Finance companies have one goal: to make money. Even regular banks and credit unions. It's up to the person or company receiving the financing to put the money to proper use.

The key, though, is the company making use of the financing to put out a good product and make the company worth the value. 'toxic financing' is only toxic when the company doesn't know what they're doing, fails to live up to their promises, or is a scam.
So far, the new team shows far better promise than the typical pinkie.

Yes I do, but jam music is involved with a lot of other great artists, as you can tell from their website, the wiki, and from the tautachrome song, so no matter who they have involved, I'm excited.

Becky G seems likely, but not 100% sure yet.
