Yeah, there's still lots of legal issues with THC. Not only that it's my personal opinion that it IS NOT the wonder drug that people like to think it is. On the other hand, the medicinal properties that can be derived from the plant seem perfectly legit to me, but we still have no idea in which direction DNAX is going with this, if at all. I also think that 16oz cans are not the way to go. As crazy as it sounds, smaller is better in this market. Think of the mark up on those energy shots that you see at convenience store counters? BTW-they need to produce energy shots to go along with their drinks-but RED BULL starts out in 8 oz cans and it's only recently that they've increased their sizes, just saying, there's something to the idea of smaller
Imagine if they teamed up with GoPro, or another type of company to become the official energy drink of that company. GO DNAX
Land Rovers are part of the Jaguar family of vehicles. And that's all I have to say about that, other than make sure you have a good mechanic.
Do you know when?
That chick is in Colorado. DNAX is registered in CO. Also she has that Earthy look that they might be going for.
DNA BRANDS alone, just the name should be worth a lot of money. It's a great name, and anyone that knows anything about marketing knows that this is GOLD. My opinion still remains that they were sabotaged by people that were actually working for another company. I hope they are regrouping, and ready to come out swinging.
Yes, I have heard of that company, in fact I buy their product about 3-4 times per month, because it tastes OK, and it is ZERO calories. They are also endorsed by UFC. I did notice that one of the board members used to work for that company. Hopefully he will add some serious insight.
I bought mine out here in Big Lots in the Sierra Nevada mountains of the West Coast. Tell you what, if you can find them in a CV store and get a pic, that would be epic.
What's to prevent a convenience store owner from going to Big Lots, picking up a bunch of cans at 50 cents then putting them in his store for a buck fifty which is lower than the others to make a buck profit on them? Who knows? Could have happened.
Good question. Maybe someone here can answer that.
Dear Mr. XXXXX,
What I can share with you is that we are in the process of selling off our remaining inventory and are seeking additional capital that may allow us to continue moving forward. Upon the advice of counsel that is all I am able to put forth at this time.
Sincerely,
Mel Leiner"
"Seeking additional capital that may allow us to continue moving forward"
I appreciate your views on DNAX, but that sentence does not state that they have been shot down. Also, the word continue is interesting in that it suggests that they are moving forward, but most likely due to the fact that they can't talk right now, this is all they can say. It sounds positive to me.
People chasing the volume, not knowing what they bought get nervous toward the end of the day especially when there has been no official company statement in several months.
This is the first penny stock in which I've actually seen, held, tasted and consumed the product. It's real. I see no reason why it can't compete with all the others on the market. That being said, in order for the stock to hit .015, buyers have to believe it's headed to .10 or higher. Whether this happens or not depends on if they have learned from last seasons mistakes, the draft, half time adjustments, game time situations goal line defense and all the other variables. BUT the big QUESTION is, "Who is our QB?" Maybe we don't need some big time first round draft choice like we had last year. Maybe we can do better with an unknown, some obscure guy that no one has ever heard of before, like a Montana, or a Brady before they became household names.
Step One:
They need to file some of those paperwork thingamajigs with the watchyacallit, then the ball game can kick off.
Ok, what you just said
MAKES NO SENSE
Anyone notice that they still own this website?
http://www.grassrootsbeverage.com/
I guess if they do decide to do that thing in Colorado, that all they would have to do is change the State in the background. But it is a good marketing name for a new division of DNAX
This is just my opinion:
Here are the basics of how an IPO works:
http://www.investopedia.com/university/ipo/ipo1.asp
Because this is an entirely new company, and definitely not a P and D, (you would have had a ton of PRs by now), ask yourself what stage is this in? I say it's in the underwriting/development area. Look at this article maybe twice.
About 45x more shares were issued to the partners vendors and officers compared to those purchased for 1 million. Any good business man would expect 45 mil in value for those shares. This is interesting.
From the previous report it looks like those shares were issued to officers partners and service providers. Also the 1mil $$ purchase of restricted shares is interesting. IMO this thing hasn't kicked off yet . It's always been a very long term investment.
Hello,
You knew they decided to go dark before you bought right? There were far worse options for them to take, and the truth is, right now they are like a sub that hasn't surfaced yet. After what happened the decision to go dark was the best option, and the one that to me seems the most intelligent and above board. Yeah we're still at jack point shit pps. But THEY DIDN'T CHOOSE YOU, YOU CHOSE THEM.
Seriously brother, I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt here, but honestly just relax, I hope you don't have too much invested. This was a roll the dice investment from the start. If you're waiting for the Tooth Fairy to appear and stick a good news note under your pillow, hate to burst your bubble, ain't gonna happen.
As a military man, you need to watch some classic films. I recommend Kelly's Heroes, with Clint Eastwood. At one point in the movie Donald Sutherland tells another American soldier by the name of Moriarity, "WHY CAN'T YOU BE POSITIVE FOR ONCE? DA BRIDGE WILL BE THERE, DA BRIDGE WILL BE THERE. FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIFE COULD YOU JUST THINK POSITIVE??????"
Hey Man,
I understand that you're pissed. FWIW I did a tour in the excrement, about 10 years ago when it was still young.
BFD. So it goes.
This thing ain't dead yet. Hang in there. I don't think that anyone here is pumping. There's really nothing to pump with no volume or news.
Here's something that might cheer a guy like you up, it's from BAD SANTA, Billy Bob Thornton>>>> "Wish in one hand and shit in the other and see which fills up first."
The upside here is that
it can't get any lower than it already is, PLUS it is a REAL PRODUCT. I bought a 6 pack of it the other day ON THE WEST COAST OF THE UNITED STATES.
Yes, it was in a Big Lots. The stuff tastes great for an Energy Drink.
Positive News should definitely move it, but unless you have inside information, which I don't, then it's just a bet.
I don't think that this company would just throw away everything. It doesn't makes sense, especially after they outlined their plan to regroup.
As far as a new product goes, I think it would be fine if they just streamlined their operation down to the 3 flavors they mentioned, but SELL them, get recurring orders and build up from there.
At least we know that someone was interested enough in their venture to buy in with 1,000,000. I'm guessing that most of this money went for infrastructure. I'm thinking that a PR has to be near.
I understand that they are restricted. But we should know how much ownership this gives the investor, as well as the expiration dates of the restriction. This report raises more questions than it provides answers.
Unexplainable Math Scroll to the bottom and notice that 8,333,333 shares were issued to ONE investor for $1,000,000 Now according to the other info, there were only 462,000 shares post R/S. Not sure what to make of this.
In My Opinion DNAX could come rolling out of the gates and make the Hall of Fame. Just imagine if they only do one half of one percent of the leader in the industry? I got that at 115,000,000. It CAN HAPPEN. But it won't be overnight.
You can tell me a lot of things: The dog ate your homework. Your alarm didn't go off this morning. The check is in the mail. Traffic was bad. Everything sucks. Whatever.
But don't tell me that DNAX can't do (in time) at least one percent of what that big energy drink company does. Do the math. Find that BIG ENERGY DRINK company that starts with the letter M, then multiply its market cap by .01. I'm coming up with 230,000,000.
I work in an unrelated industry, however top management decided to hire an executive with lots of experience in our industry who happened to be from a DIRECT COMPETITOR. This was about 5 years ago. As soon as he was hired, personnel at the lower level began to notice that something was wrong. Slowly but surely we started to lose customers, mainly because he began to use inferior components in our products. Anyway, this dirt bag is now BACK AT HIS OLD COMPANY, and he took one of our former top execs with him. I think it was sabotage from the start. Point is, these things do happen, and it would not surprise me at all to learn that the former CEO here was on the payroll of a competitor, and that his job was to make sure that the brand never got off the ground.
Good realistic post Ed. With a marketing package I could go out and sell DNA right now to every privately owned local Liquor/Convenience store in my area, that's where the sales are, they have free reign to do whatever they want inside their own stores. Relying on the distributor to do the work for them is one of the main reasons why they're in their current predicament.
Maybe they should keep the artistic DNA backdrop, the more I look at it, the better it looks. BUT the "Human Performance Liquified" needs to be shortened down to "Enhance your DNA", AND it needs to be in a much larger font. OR it could just say "Liquid Performance" because DNA is already prominent at the top.
Motor, in marketing
the more simple a design is, the better it is.
Rockstar has the Star. Monster has the Big M.
The skull wasn't the best, however this new can, the various pics of the DNA are too complicated, too artistic, however that smaller DNA cross in black, now that is a logo that they need to expand, to get their brief and simple message into consumers minds. It can be colorized for their various flavors, and to stick with motorcross origins I would name drink flavors "Blue Bomber" "Red Rider" "Green Machine" etc.
I'm not an artist, but I do know THAT SIMPLE WORKS when it comes to SELLING.
Now for the turnaround plan, it's very simple and they need to put this FLAG in their lobby DNA....D is for Dedication, N is for Never Quit and A is for Attitude.
The New Can next to RockStar or Monster is just not good. At least the old one had an edge. WITH ALL DUE RESPECT TO YOU MOTOR CITY, I HATE IT. I have two cans left in my fridge and they are the ugliest things in there. But it is a good tasting drink that does give just as good a buzz as the others.
Ed, you seem like an honest, nice guy, but you are missing the basics of modern marketing. When you are the underdog, and believe me YOU ARE THE UNDERDOG HERE, then you NEED TO BE EDGY because if you aren't then no one will notice.
For God's sake that CEO did everything he could to sabotage the company.
VIRAL may have been the wrong term for me to use, but quality HIGH VALUE TV STYLE ADVERTISING CAN BE DONE VERY CHEAPLY TODAY.
YOU GUYS CAN DO A CHEAP HIGH QUALITY COMMERCIAL that will last for a long time on the web. THEN.....here's the BIG THING, EVERY PERSON IN YOUR COMPANY NEEDS TO BE A SALESMAN, FROM THE JANITOR ON UP TO THE CEO.
I learned this in the USMC where everyone from Private up to the Commandant was a rifleman, same principle. This is the only way you guys will get off the ground.
GO WITH THE OLD CAN DESIGN,maybe in blue or anything besides the type of design that I recently bought at Big Lots on the West Coast. Stay true to YOUR BRAND. USE those gorgeous women to SELL SELL SELL DNA. CREATE DESTINATIONS ON INSTAGRAM. Make a simple video go viral. HOW? A simple script and a decent camera phone will do-
DIRT BIKE DOES A DECENT JUMP, RIDER IS DRESSED IN DNAX UNIFORM, COMES TO A STOP IN FRONT OF 3 or 4 of those babes.
GIRLS (talking to each other) "I want some of his D N A" "SO DO I" "ME TOO"
RIDER PULLS A 4 pack out of his CamelBack, and says here you go Ladies.
A little concerned about last PR. "Michael Jackson Presents" is name dropped in the second paragraph as if to bolster the acquisition of a children's book. Has anyone seen the South Park episode about Michael or listened to Chris Rock's jokes alluding to the whole Child Molestation thing? I don't know it just seems like Michael Jackson is the last name you would want to drop near a theme park unless America has totally lost its mind and wants NeverLand II
He should check his ratio again.
A communist country with more men in its Army than we have Total People in our country. This R/s ratio is theft. Pure and simple

True. And I realize that
you have been here since 1998. It's just my opinion that it will be longer than we think. I hope I'm wrong.
Gold-I'm saying that
the historical context is important. This will be one of the most important IPOs in NYSE/WORLD History, and it would seem to me that it would be wise to follow rather than lead in this case. Somehow July got built into expectations here, and it's a fluid situation, like all business transactions are.
