You are definitely right. But still in terms of the potential reward I have seen nothing like that, no penny stock( especially shorting pennies) I mean the good thing about options is that the risk is limited, right?!

Can anybody tell me why options have no stop loss? I mean they are leveraged stuff so when the underlying moves a few percent than for instance the option would be up 10% or more. But that also means when the underlying goes the other way then basically I could be down more than what I have spent? Can anybody tell me what I am missing here ?

I dont get why people were so crazy about this. Even when they released financials the stock tanked. So why should it be different now.

Could you be more specific about the pros of options. Is it liquidity or transparency that make options better choice than penny?
