From the call transcript a few highlights ..The Coretec Group not only picked up these kinds of business dealing but 90 patents as well !!
For TOF -- next slide. For TOF camera, we have worked with Sony and other sensor vendors to
bring our first mass production TOF camera calibration. Our team has played key role in
assessing performance for leading TOF camera calibration model for industrial applications that
demand multiple instances of VCSEL, which means vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser,
VCSEL drivers, and broad range of working distance.
So, Coreoptics have been the forefront of introducing, supplying camera test solution to the
industry over 20 years. After that, we became test and calibration house. Coreoptics have been
nominated by Sony to be their authorized calibration house. And then also based on experience
on [accumulating] industry, Coreoptics aim to show itself as reputable test lab for sensing
modules.
Because we -- for example, we are working with the SK Hynix. https://www.skhynix.com/ They are making sensors, but
they do not have any technology for that. So, we are working with them. We did that for more
than two years. And we finalized a module validation lab. Our module validation lab do the role
for them for large granular [cooperation].
SKHynix trades at about 117 dollars a share converted to dollars from Korean WON on Korea exchange so Core Optics works with some big companies including Sony and other as we can see . CRTG trades at less than 2 cents ...I believe its undervalued time will tell as we move torwards the close of this merger .
Nice overview of The Coretec Groups market for CCM companies .CCM is driven by innovations in mobile handsets, the adoption of multiple cameras in cars, and emerging consumer applications.
Sony and Samsung listed as top players with LG Innotek all listed as partners with Core Optics predicted to be a 60 billion dollar market in 2027

On the day we close we are a revenue generating company but we do get the benefit from the revenue they have already received maybe not in reporting it on quarterly revenue statements but there statements become our statements and the business they are doing now should bring in some cash that shows up day one as cash for Coretec plus any cash they had besides that helps Coretec from the start . It won't be long and we will get more insight on all this . Looking for 10 K today or soon . We will see what cash we had as of Dec 31 , 2023
I stand corrected Joe i just thought with the barrage of posts you made maybe you were trying to discredit the deal by Core Optics and Coretec with falsities . You see that sometimes on the hub but good due diligence on your part stay with it thanks for sharing all that !! have a good day . I get it now you just didnt know at the time that Core Optics acquired the CCM product line from ismedia and that incliuded the Korean operations . I guess you though that they might just be selling / licencing ismedia products through ismedia ?? As we know now The Coretec Group under closes on the merger with Core Optics soon as share Agreement has been signed. The combined company will simply be The coretec group trading under the symbol CRTG.
Were you looking at documents ? from the DART repository of Koreas corporate filings web site ? We do know form Coretec that Core Optics purchased the CCM product line from isMedia. They sold it i believe to settle their accounting books /debt they owed .That was under the entry on ismedia called : Occurence of insolvency for debt payment . another was titled Decision on transfer of tangible assets most of that in Korean some english . In one of these documents from 12-11-2023 the amount of principle owed was 6.9 million dollars owed with interest about 7 million .Equity capital was listed under that as 38.7 billion WON or 28.9 million US dollars . ratio to equity capital was 24.03 % It looks to me they sold the CCM business to pay the debts owed and clean up their accounting problems . And we know Core Optics bought that product line . I found those under advanced search tab . I entered ismedia and on the date just put 2017 to present as they had gone public in 2017. ismedia has a shareholder meeting 3-29-24 according to documents . one entry heading was : Occurance of cause for designation as an administrative issue or delisting at the time of account settlement. Let me know what you think
all revenue is isMedia no one knows Core Optics financial ..
90.38 % of isMedia was the CCM inspection device business
12.75 % was clothes , sundries , cosmetics , raw materials , etc
Other -3.13 % others.
If you want google DART Korean and start searching ismedia but I dont feel I should drag things over from this Korean public web site and post it anymore . It does make reference to the Korean Market info on companies . Theres all the info you need to see to make since of this to some degree . But some is in Korean and some documents are both English and Korean . There are probably 50 plus different type of documents the company for many different things . Theres a lot of info and numbers Decision of transfer of tangible assets entries... insolvency for debt entries
I think they will be able to do at least as good as isMedia did revenue wise. We can see that they 78 billion in revenue which is 58 million US . Not sure they will be on pace for that early on only time will tell where the new company has started out and we do know that they ( Core Optics ) have revenue now . Its all out there on the DART web site . I just google, dart Korea , and I got there web site and put in ismedia and went to XBRL search . You can do other searches as well for that company . I like to know a bit about what they did with their products revenue wise plus plus . Now we will see what the Coretec Group can do with these product lines . Im ready as we all are tp move onto to close of this merger and get the ball rolling !! We may see the 10 K out by weeks end.
Dividends would be nice. I think the number one question now is simply put , Now what will it take to see the value of the stock to rise since the value or the company will be more with revenue good profit margins which Coretec had mentioned. WE will have 90 more patents 90 !! i know i get excited to see one more filed every year or 2 and now The Coretec Group will have 90 more patents at close in one day . Thats a nice addition to their family of patents !
10K should be out at any time it came out march 17th last year .We will see how much cash Coretec had left as of Dec 31 2023 . This deal will cost a bit attorney fees filing fees etc.. It will be interesting in time to see how much cash Core Optics brings to the merger as well probably have to wait till 2nd quarter closes . If they can close on this by the end of this quarter March 31st then all 3 months of the 2nd quarter will be a a revenue generating quarter . Hopefully we will get a lot of info from CEO Kim and team about purchase orders and revenue from those purchase order etc as well as the company customers , purposes , plans and pursuits in detail about the coming year as a new company . What do you think they will do to about the web site ?? I'm sure the 2 companies will be consolidated near term hopefully just after close .
My bad on calling the posts you made crazy...I promised myself not to knock anyone down with words I type in behind a keyboard . DD is important . isMedia and Core Optics and The Coretec group didn't merge together just the Core Optics and Coretec . The call the other day makes it clear as to how the transaction details and the transactions that took place giving time lines of communication with each other which started in late August and ending with a share exchange agreement inked march 1st. The Close of the deal coming soon . Hopefully you can listen to the call available now or read the transcript which will be out soon. Its clear that isMedia is not in this deal as a company . Its a fresh start for the new combined company Core Optics and Coretec which will soon be under one name The Coretec Group and the trading symbol CRTG who take over ownership and management of these valuable products and IP as well as control of Korean operations from the United States of American which gives the new combined company presence here in the US . The telephone number on Core Optics web site is a Michigan number and of course The Coretec group is in Michigan as well in Ann Arbor ...I might point out that Ford is one of Core Optics partners and opening up a office / call center in Michigan makes me wonder if they have something now in the pipeline with Ford in the near term .Time Will tell .
This was all posted to distort reality from the silly post by Joe hes trying to lead people in the wrong direction for some reason from his post he said in Sept of 2023 read below ....This guy is crazy the whole statement is create deception and confusion for those who are shareholders of this new company that has been formed between The Coretec Group and Core Optics . Im not sure what ismedia is today but Core Optics bought their product line and merged with Coretec . On isMedias web site they dont list any personal working at the company no Choi Jae-hoon as shareholder no board of directors normally a companies web site lists people who work for that company . It only shows the products the same products now on Core Optics web site maybe ismedia still exits but these posts are irresponsible
Be careful Joe didnt you know : God hates all these ... haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers.
" Last September, the largest shareholder changed once more. Choi Jae-hoon, CEO of Choi Consulting, known as a Korean-American businessman, became the new owner of Is Media by exercising his right to request conversion. And in November of last year, Irvine Asia exercised its conversion claim and became the largest shareholder to date."
2019 looked good from the yearly report ...pandemic year dropped 2019 revenue was 50 million US or 67 billion WON currency its easier to just go to the site and read it all the numbers are cramed in together when its posted like this its organized to read at the site

Ilooked at the 2019 financials revenue as well they looked good as well i just put ismedia in the box and the dates i wanted and it brought up all the years . Some were not out there like 2023 time frame after they stopped trading they were just blank
https://englishdart.fss.or.kr/dsbd002/main.do
And they had legal legal issues and from all the charts you look at isMedia 181340 .KQ stopped trading in March of 2022 . So they may have become private again and that changes reporting of income publically ?? But those legal issues could be why they dropped off the Korean exchange which could have led to financial troubles. Core Optics might have gotten a really good deal in the purchase of isMedias product line , IP and Korean operations because of all that . Core Optics was born just for that cause . Dr Kim and Core Optics knew what they were doing and why i trust their business instincts to form a company to make this purchase. I think he has probably reorganized the whole business operation and is doing well with it. We will learn more about the new companies business operations and financial condition soon enough when this merger closes.
You can look around on these financials of isMedia from 2022 and 2023 i found on DART put together by an accounting firm . The 2023 doesnt mean at lot to me . I think there was a lot going on in 2023 and i dont think isMedia was public anymore and had perhaps some problems before Core Optics purchased their product line . But it seems that even though 2023 looked to be a down year by this 2022 was a good year and i think Core Optics is doing well as they are into their first year of doing business and restructuring the company and has it up and running successfully . Remeber these numbers are in WON Korean currency . There are a lot of heading to look at . Let me know what you think ..under consolidated financial statements / statement of comprehensive income shows revenue and the time line dates it covers 3 months or 9 months
https://opendart.fss.or.kr/xbrl/viewer/main.do?rcpNo=20231114002946&lang=en
Core Optics ONLY purchased the product line of isMedia all the IP and the Korean operations etc . Core Optics did not purchase all their past problems ...those didnt come with the deal ...again just the product line , IP and subsidiaries text book definition of subsidiary is a company that is more than 50% owned by another company. Core Optics was started july 19 , 2023 as a Viginia limited liability company to make this purchase ..they know what they are doing they know what they got this ...is a very good product line and no baggage came with it !! CRTG i believe is a buy !!
At the close of the merger or before they have to designate what they do with the 10 million Series C preferred shares ..They dont have to convert them anytime soon so we will find out more at close as to the conversion event which will be set forth ia a certificate of designation ....Coretec has 284 million now pus shares that will beadded later when Armistice gets all their shares coming to them ..
Each share of the Series C Preferred Stock is expected to be convertible into One Hundred Fifty (150) shares of Common Stock and has a stated value of $3.00. The Preferred Stock is not expected to: require the payment of any dividends; include any operational covenants; or require the Company to redeem the Series C Preferred Stock. Each holder of Series C Preferred Stock is expected to be entitled to cast the number of votes equal to the number of shares of Company Common Stock into which the Series C Preferred Stock held by such holder are convertible. In addition, it is expected that all outstanding Series C Preferred Stock will be automatically converted after a mandatory conversion event, which will be set forth in a certificate of designation that the Company would file with the Secretary of the State of Oklahoma at or before the closing of the Exchange.
All this is old news I’ve seen it but knew Core Optics was created to buy the product line from isMedia . I just never shared all this past stuff that no longer applies to the new company .. share exchanged has been signed after due diligence SEC filing will take place … all is well with the company … no worries actually the opposite Core Optics and The Coretec Group now in great position to drive revenue growth with this great product line in the right hands . It’s a bit late but thanks for sharing !
Looks like from the financials isMedia had about 45 million in revenue in 2022 The Coretec Group had zero revenue 80% to 20 who would expect different . We will know soon enough how much revenue CoreOptics has had to date
When they were isMedia Co Ltd this chart shows did a forward split it appears feb 28 2022 just before they seemed to go private again on Marh 23 2022 . I looks that way because all the charts i find on them show they stop trsding on march 23 , 2022. isMedia is 181340.KQ looks like that was their symbol . On the chart you can see an S put your cursor on it and it shows the 2:1 stock split ( FORWARD split ) price goes from about 5896 WON or $ 4.40 US to 2700 WON , korean money or 2.03 cents a share US money Of coarse this was all under different mangement but i like knowing the history of the company . On 1/4/2021 you can see on this chart they were trading at about 19,000 WON or 14.00 dollars US .

Another search with the same address same took me to isMedia building not NEOSEM building ?? Not sure why
Entity address 12-18,Simin-daero 327beon-gil Dongan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do14055 Korea
An address i found on a financial report as an address for isMedia It is a company called NEOSEM is at that address. Maybe that is a manufacturing plant they use dont know

When do you think we will close
Dr Seonkee Kim worked at Libest in south Korea if it's the same guy look at their linkden
I agree , it looked like a lot of companies sales at that time . I do think the Dr. Kim with Core Optics is running things at the company very well , Coretec looked at everything they do all their financials and merged with them , they of course have seen their current overall situation now and im betting that things are run better now than they were before Core Optics acquired isMedias product line . Im looking forward to this new combined company operations and WITH REVENUE ! It should make it a lot easier to Government funds as well for technology development wherever that is needed .
Matt Kappers did say Core Optics has a strong ERP system support and run a tight operation and did say they have good profit margins
ERP FINANCE: WHAT IS IT?
An ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is an integrated solution for managing all the resources of a company: material, human, financial and logistical resources. It can be used by any company (small, medium, or large) that wishes to improve the efficiency of its operations and reduce its costs. ERP software is both a financial and accounting solution that must be adapted to each company.
When looking at the finance module within an ERP you will see that it is integrated in a way that combines all of a company's operational functions (purchasing, sales, inventory, billing, payment, purchasing, etc.) with its financial data (cash management, balance sheet, etc.).
Managing the finances of a company is an important step toward the growth of a company. ERP Finance management software helps companies to better manage their financial health by making all the processes related to financial management easier.

yes i was posting in wrong but thanks ..so CRTG has at least that kind of revenue through this merger where should CRTG stock be trading ?? They traded from 18 dollars maybe more, down to 2 dollars right before they dropped off the Korean exchange but acually had good revenue for them in all of 2022 like 50 billion WON or 37 million US dollars They traded at 18 dollars in 2021 when they had 44 billion revenue in WON currency or 33 million US currency ...I really like the company and its products and people . I like the idea of being part of a company out of South Korea they are very successful in technology and they , WE , are now doing business in Korea and China i like the move here . And now working to bring more of their business to the US and became public again which they are through The Coretec Group merger and work their way back to a bigger exchange like isMedia Co Ltd was on in Korea . Anticipating the close of this merger and more info on what Core Optics revenue has been and projected to be after the Close of this deal im sure they will share more info with us and can then give guidance and talk about their purchase orders and revenue coming from that. Im NOT worried about the stock right now i dont judge this merger by the trading today or yesturday or next week . Getting to close of this merger and go from there
isMedia Co Ltd , from whom Core Optics did purchased their product line last year , promotional video about isMedia and what they do . Of coarse it is now going to officially part of the Coretec Group , CRTG , who merged with Core Optics . Looking for the close of that deal . Matt Kappers said in the call thursday that they now just had to do some due diligence with the SEC to finalize and close on that merger agreement.

Typo i some posts i was calling Korean currency KRX , thats the old isMedia Co Ltd stock symbol , Korean currency is WON . I do want to know why KRX isMedia Co Ltd dropped from about 22,000 WON or 16.50 US dollars were it traded on teus May 21 2021 to 2,700 WON or US 2.00 range on Friday March 18th 2022
https://www.marketscreener.com/quote/stock/ISMEDIA-CO-LTD-120974011/graphics/. as you can see from the chart there was a gradual drop in price . That may not interest most but it does seem from the financials that in 2022 isMedia Co Ltd had 50 billion in revenue , in WON Korean money which is about 37 million US money and that seemed to be a decent year for them . In April of 2019 they traded about 6000 WON at high or 4.50 US money and that year they had 67 billion WON korean money or 50 million in US money . in They had revenue of 78 billion WON in 2018 58 million US , 67 billion WON in 2019 50 million US money , 21 billion WON in 2020 15 million US money ( pandemic year ) and 44 billion WON in 2021 or 33 million US dollars and 50 billion WON currency or 37 million US currency . The stock traded during that time from 5000 WON 2017 or 3 bucs to a high as far as i can find about 18 bucs or 24,600 WON 2021 , maybe more according to one chart to a low of 2,700 WON or 2.03 US in march of 2022 . I can see the pandemic probably effected the business at some point . Anyway play with the chart and look at revenue quarterly and yearly yourself and see what you think about the future revenue and stock price . Pandemic is over , production should be good , technology is advancing so it will be very interested to see what Core Optics sales / revenue has been and will be for our new combined company . Let me know what you think .
More of isMedia Co Ltd financials . 50 billion revenue im sure stock symbol KRW Korean currency is WON or 37 million US dollars . If you scroll down you can see that Randi Zuckerburg is listed as a non Executive Director . https://www.barrons.com/market-data/stocks/181340/company-people?countrycode=kr&mod=quotes#subnav Mark Zuckerburg has a sister by that name and as we know Meta has been working in some capacity with Core Optics as they pointed out in the call thursday. isMedia Co Ltd did an IPO 7-26-2017 looks like they came out at 3.00 US or 5000 WON Korean mony on the marketscreener chart i posted here . I did see one chart showed they traded as high as 43,000 WONis korean currency or 32.37 dollars but im not finding that one but heres a chart https://www.marketscreener.com/quote/stock/ISMEDIA-CO-LTD-120974011/graphics/. and you can see they traded as high as 22,000 KRW range or about 17.00 dollars US currency in may of 2021 You can see they ended up at 2,705 korean WON march 21 2022 or about $ 2.03 US money .Put your curser on the chart and scoll and you can back the chart up to the whatever date you want .
.That was the last date i can find that they traded so perhaps they when private until Dr Kim purchased their line of products and merged with CRTG .Why their stock dropped i havnt found that yet but in 2022 it shows they had 50 billion in revenue /sales or 37 million in US dollars if indeed the figures posted here are in Korean WON money .That seems to make since . Scroll down and look at sales for 2022. You can look around at numerous sites that list thier financials during the time they were public they all say the same thing . In the news release it said Core Optics had 30 plus patents but in the call i remember them saying they had 90 patents ?? Dr Kim must have had a good business before Core Optics purchased isMedia CoLtd ..So what were his business ventures that made him money and who are his financial associates that put the money together to do all this. How much was he worth . He says he wants to build a mega battery factory and that requires a lot of cash and financing . I think his battery testing patents might have good value . In time we will learn more .

Testpilot had posted that there shares were locked up for one year ..Have to check though
looking at isMedia Co Ltd sales / revenue you can check it out at this link . It is consistent with other sites that list their financials . isMedia did an IPO in 2017 and seemed to quit trading March 23 2022 and traded at 2,705 KRW or 2.03 cents US currency . They traded as high as 43,050 KRW in 2021 or 32.37 US currency and were at 24,600 KRW or 18.07 US dollars in 2021 at one point . Not sure why they dropped to 2,705 March 23 2022 before they quit trading .. Revenue you will see was 50 billion KRW in 2022 or 37 million US dollars and 78 billion KRW currency or 58 million US dollars in 2018. Whatever site you look at their financials calculate the KRW money to dollars US . On this site you can change it to quarterly or annual. You can even look at stock prices below just put in the year you want . It does show 2023 sales / revenue . I wonder if they moved to a different market because on the charts they just stop in march of 2022 or went private ?? I did notice at one point news releases that they partnered with Remark Holdings and Greenbox about NFT platforms in 2021 . Look at other sites and compare but they seemed to say the same thing about their earnings . We will find out from the company soon enough when they close on this deal what they have under the new company since Core Optics just purchased this line of products last year . Coretec did say their profit margins were good in the press release
Profile of isMedia Co LTD from this site .... sounds like what Core Optics purchased but not sure how accurate the sales / revenues are now

Armistice had 23 million shares up front then 50 plus million pre funded warrants which I believe they might be getting closer to almost be out of based on big column and again that's it until we go to 7.99 cents and with restrictions can get 82 million shares but only 4.99 percent of OS at a time . It's all in crtgs SEC filings 10 ks 10 qs etc
My opinion is still that according to SEC filings and agreements with Coretec Armistice still has had millions of shares 13 million left on hand as far as I could see last Feb14 2023 and got 12.5 mil may 2023. It's all out there.they started with Like 50 million pre funded warrants and I think there the big seller. They have 82 million warrants at 7.99 cents or above they can exercise rights to with restrictions. They have to be close to selling their pre funded warrants. For we've traded 20 million plus shares recently. We hit 5 cents a while back and we ended up at 1 cent then it went back up and then hit 1 penny again last week . I don't see insides selling million of shares at st time we see big orders going through quickly . I like this deal I trust management just look at isMedia revenue before when they were public I just wonder how much of that was CCM sales and the rest had to be from much bigger holding other tech they had cuz they had 56 billion in sales did i see that right from the market watch post I did with that companies financials . No worries here

heres some news reports on isMedia Co Ltd
When isMedia was public until March of 2022 they must have a alot more assetts and technology products than now because the Market Watch page shows their revenue in the billions It shows a chart from 2017 to march 2022 they must have gone private then ?? Could they have sold off a lot of other product lines and Core Optics bought their last line of products , the CCM product line ?? perhaps Would like to see what the CCM product line revenue was in 2021 time frame when they were public but they were in Korea and filings may not be accesable like you can look up US companies old filings .
