The proposal provides a premium of 114% to LogicVision's closing price of $0.49 on December 1, 2008, and values LogicVision at approximately $10.0 mln.

LGVN buyout offer at 1.05 a share and still trading at .81,I hope the board takes the deal,easy money if they do.

We know most likely not going to be good,but things are going the right way. Iam in at .05 to .064 and will add anther load on any dip.German bail out is a few weeks away if done,so Iam holding anyways.

Yep,that with no bail out,If their is one after the first of the year we go 2.50 easy.I bought at .21 sold at .17 for a loss and loaded at .054 to .063 and holding.
