Looks like marketing kicks off today, throbin. "Inergetics will kick-off 2015 with a new Bikini Ready "Too Hot to Date" TV advertising campaign on January 12th featuring pro surfer and model, Anastasia Ashley. The integrated campaign targets women ages 18-34 who are looking to fulfill their New Year's resolutions and become bikini ready. The spot will appear on cable TV networks, including MTV, VH1, E!, Bravo and BET during primetime and other day parts. Additionally, two free-standing inserts will be distributed in major U.S. markets starting January 25th. A national "Spring Break" promotional contest with event sampling, digital and social media will round out the ground breaking marketing push."
Ok so if/when marijuana is legalized this competition would indeed HURT MJNA as your quote CLEARLY states they are invested in the hemp business. This company is going to be left in the dust.
What is MJNA's track record in the legal system?
Thanks Capt. I agree generally with what you said. I was simply making a point. I would love to ignore more people but I have already maxed out my "ignores" and with the amount of misinformation that's permitted to spread on the website as a whole, I really don't see the value in paying to subscribe just so I can ignore more people.
I value the 2-7ish genuine people (on either side of the trade) that each board seems to have who offer real analysis, but unfortunately those people are far and few between.
They stated that they are expecting to enroll another patient in mid January if the FDA liked the two months of data from the October patient, no? Additionally I thought that getting approval for the 2nd patient also meant that they could enroll more patients? Which would infer that the data from the first patient was positive even if they don't state it until a scientific forum or what not...IMO
The progress the first patient is already making is stunning considering the injury.
Who is to say the shares are "cheap" right now or were ever? Every long just says it's going up. Zero fundamental analysis. The sector interests me but I don't want any shares until the company can provide enough info for investors to properly value them.
Do you have a link that shows their $50M deficit? And can you explain the difference between deficit and debt and how those two different things affect a company?
Where is your research to support that? Do you know what products they sell or do you blindly throw money at things and call them #1?
Do you know what it is then? I'm trying to do some research. Companies don't need strong cash flow if they lose money but keep raising funds. One way to make that happen is dilution. That is why I keep asking about the share structure and cash flow
How is cash flow at MJNA? They have been in business for 10 years...
mjna red today YIKES !!
Hi, do you have a link to the Anson report that came out after the close yesterday? I actually can't find ANY research from them on TRTC...do you have any links? Still holding out for the report that was promised on 12/24/14 and then 1/07/15...maybe some day we will all be blessed with some extremely valuable due diligence! I'm always trying to consume information as wisely as possible!
My one post
Has anyone in the US seen where the NRTI option chain is? I still can't find where to buy some July .009 puts!?!?!?
MJNA fails to report their capital structure even in the reports in the link you provided. None of those filings mention who their auditor is either?...What is their cash flow like? How much debt do they have and how is it structured? How much of the authorized share count is at risk from convertibles? None of that info is in there. Do they only report some numbers?
In the link you provided it also says there are no filings on record with the SEC. I know that is optional for penny stocks but it is a requirement to get up listed on to a more credible exchange. I thought MJNA would already have been doing that since they wanted to get on NASDAQ two years ago...
How much debt does MJNA have and what is their share structure like? For some reason I can't find any relevant documents about them on the SEC website when there are plenty of penny stocks who do have those docs up for the public to see... What is cash flow like since they can sell all their products in all 50 states?
Knock knock knockin on .11's doorrrr
Hey so today is the 7th and the market has closed too. Did Anson Funds forget to release the extremely valuable due diligence again? Looking forward to reading more unbiased and factual posts to save all of us sheep this year. Do you think DP, along with being a pennystockjock, is also the dark figure from the book of Revelation that signals the end of the world? If so, what are some good places to invest in the world the ending?
My one post
They don't even outline their debt or share structure in their "filings" PR's also. It's literally a dream story for American Greed with Llamas as the cherry on top
Could've had a V8
10 DIFFERENT insiders have bought this stock since Dec. 19. Big conference call scheduled for tomorrow after the close. Friday could be really interesting.
Insiders sell for many reasons. They may sell to pay for a divorce or to cover taxes even if they think the stock won't be going down. But insiders only buy for one reason and one reason only.
How can you be invested in a stock "otherwise" than with money? That made the whole argument sound fishy. Who knows though I'm new here and just picked up a small chunk last week to test the water
It's hard to argue with math. This clearly shows the inefficiencies in MJNA's supply chain and it is going to crush them when competitors come in after marijuana is legalized. This is because MJNA doesn't grow anything because they DO NOT TOUCH THE PLANT and they get their CBD from whoever will sell it to them wholesale which is currently a company in China...
Even the highly anticipated CNBC special kicked MJNA between the legs!!! Maybe Kannaway will pull this company from the ashes
Sooooo as was correctly stated by myself yesterday, they are NOT touching the legally defined marijuana/cannabis whatever you want to technically call it? They are using inefficient processes with Hemp, the federally legal plant.
Oh so MJNA is in fact NOT touching "the plant"? "The plant" being the still federally illegal part of the cannabis family? Remember that stretch yesterday? Thanks for clarifying
THERE ARENT OPTIONS THATS THE POINT DUMMY
Solid news!

Maybe you should go ask Robin where to buy some NRTI puts if you think it's going back to sub-penny since it went up on no news. Ever heard that volume precedes price? Oh and isn't there a widely anticipated CBD launch coming soon? Yeah...it's going back to sub penny for sure - got it thanks
LOL what technical indicator are you looking at that is telling you this stock is overbought???? Is it a gut feeling? Ha haha hahahaha
Not according to the legal definition but that was a comical stretch thanks for the chuckle
What is MJNA going to sell when they run out of hopium? It's going to be a rough hangover for hoodwinked retail investors. No big money is here and they aren't coming any time soon. Audited financials matter to people with deep pockets looking for opportunities.
^^^ THIS
I want to see a filing with audited financials. I don't think either of us will get what we want though. You have to be named Llamas, Sides, Roen, or Judge to get something like that.
LOL another shell company???? I hope everyone enjoyed the dead cat bounce last Friday its heading back down on an UP day for the entire sector. That is not good. Maybe you'll get a chance for .05's you wanted last week!?
It looks like the quality of the produce in the videos progressively increases over time. The latest video shows very high quality living herbs. They are definitely doing a great job. This actually is great DD, thanks LPR. Have you gone to any other locations too? Hopefully with spring coming they will have even larger displays with more options!
Check out their Facebook page. Nothing is being neglected EG is doing great. Nice try.
They have grown to 1 BILLION shares outstanding. That WREAKS OF DILUTION GAWDDDD. At least on a percentage basis they've only hit 20% of the authorized shares so there is plenty of room to go. GAWDDDD
Is this January 7 launch the same campaign launch that was advertised to start at the close of the bell on December 24th? My clothes are going out of style but I'm still anxiously awaiting the extremely valuable due diligence!
That news about the town in NJ from last April sounds devastating! In some of the un-highlighted parts from that article it says that if it became federally legal, any local laws banning it would be undoubtedly challenged.
Considering the construction TRTC has done since April 2014 would suggest that this stale news is not an issue and probably never really was. Were those 400 "signatures" from a senior living community even verified? Were they legally attained? Hmmmm
....ENOUGH SAID....
"Money means little to me because I have an unlimited supply of cash at my disposal."
"At any rate if someone can gin up enough fear to allow me to buy more shares at .05 I will be grateful"
Folks if you can read through the white noise you will see the truth. At least I call it how I see it. This is going to test .105 and .10 and if those don't hold then he may very well get his chance at .05. Be careful out there, do your own DD, and CONSUME INFORMATION WISELY. Don't try to catch the proverbial falling knife.
MJNA is facing some major legal and dilutive headwinds. There is a difference between a great stock and a great company and MJNA is neither at the moment.
Lol this hurts MJNA. That will open a flood of competitors. I thought the fact that MJNA uses HEMP CBD was their competitive advantage? But now, losing their competitive advantage will boost the stock price? #fallingknife
