MJNA fails to report their capital structure even in the reports in the link you provided. None of those filings mention who their auditor is either?...What is their cash flow like? How much debt do they have and how is it structured? How much of the authorized share count is at risk from convertibles? None of that info is in there. Do they only report some numbers?

In the link you provided it also says there are no filings on record with the SEC. I know that is optional for penny stocks but it is a requirement to get up listed on to a more credible exchange. I thought MJNA would already have been doing that since they wanted to get on NASDAQ two years ago...
